Listen, I ll give this place another chance but hear me out.. I stopped in yesterday for a drink or two before heading home because I like this place. I ve only been to the one in Bishop Arts which I really like. Never been to FTW location, so why not. I was 1 of maybe two parties (was by myself) there at the time during happy hour. I was greeted as I sat at the bar. Few minutes after the bartender took orders from other parties, she took my order. Here s an important note: she was by herself and her help was running late. After she took my order, a couple gentleman approached her at the bar and sat down right in front of her at the end of the bar. I believe this is the edge of the bar where they make the drinks. They quickly engaged conversation with her and one of them was probably a vendor of some sort. He was promoted some drink in a can. Well, their conversation lasted about 6-7 min while I sat and waited for my drink. At least I had a water to sip on. During those 6-7 minutes she was very occupied by the two gentlemen and they would literally not stop talking. Not entirely her fault. I waited patiently. Got my drink. Drank it in about 15 min or so. Wanted to order another drink, possibly even order an appetizer. My drink was empty for a solid 15-20 min. During that span of time the place began to fill up. She began taking orders for people arriving and passed by me multiple times not acknowledging me or my empty drink. Still not her fault? I don t know. Mind you, the gentlemen at the end of the bar are still engaging in conversation. Her help finally arrives. Not my drink has definitely been empty for over 20 min. I m trying to flag her down at this point raising my hand. Doesn t see me. I m thinking ok, if she doesn t acknowledge me, I m going to have to close up because I m not going to order another drink and an appetizer if it s going to take this long. She has help now? And still hasn t approached me and still stuck in conversation with these guys at the end of the bar. I finally got fed up and stood up out of my chair, interrupted their conversation and handed her my card and said I needed to close up. Might ve been a douchey move but if I m being ignored, what else do I do? I had one drink in 45-50 min of being there. I gave grace when she had no help. Then there was no excuse when she continually ignored me and entertained those guys at the end of the bar. I don t care if you want to talk to them, just give me my drink? I m a very good tipper if I get good service but sorry, I wasn t going to tip well if I m being ignored? Am I pretentious? Maybe I expect too much? I m being nice with my review as far as the stars I m giving. The ambiance is very nice. Probably the most pleasant part of my visit. And the reviews are great. People seem to love it here. Like I said, I ll give it another try but I m going to give it some time.

Great service and the environment is fantastic. Very interesting makers mark exclusive to Atlas? Whiskey lovers delight because they also offer a whiskey flight. Seating is comfortable and plentiful. Board games to pass the time as well as tvs for popular games. Feels like a fancy old timey bar. One of my favorite bars in southside

Delicious drinks! The ambiance in the bar is sultry and comfortable. The spinach dip was not a favorite and I loved the dry buffalo rub but unfortunately my wings were a bit undercooked. Still rated a 5 because our server was incredible and we did not wait more than a 5 minutes for anything we ordered.

My 1st cocktail lounge, since I moved out here. And, I think this will be my spot, when I come home from trucking. I wanted the Italian meatballs. But it was too early. So I got the wings (forgot the rub that was on it). They were top tier. The drinks. I had The Yokohama and The Sling. So, good. The music, was also chill. The bartender/dj. Shes well informed and has a good energy. Im definitely coming back. Thanks for a positive experience.

Love this place. Great atmosphere, cocktails, and small bites. Love the pretzel bites. Good service. The only thing Id change is adding one more server as the lone server had trouble covering the whole place, when they seemed to have 2 to 3 bartenders behind the bar.

I started this with a five star (rounding up from a 4.5) rating but there were several little things that made me change it to four stars. Went in on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty empty. The music was too loud to have a conversation. It didn t match the vibe of the speakeasy design in the middle of the day. Ordered a Singapore sling and a B61. Both well crafted but I thought the B 61 was way too bitter. Ordered the hummus which was good but didn t get any silverware (we got plates) and there weren t enough accompaniments to eat all the hummus. Service was okay they quickly greeted us and took our order, but didnt check on us other than to refill the water. We would have asked for silverware and another round of drinks. Had to go to the bar to tab out. It was empty and the staff were chatting behind the bar. Will definitely try again as it is a cool space and want to try some of their other drinks.

Atlas is a great place to hang out and enjoy cocktails! The atmosphere is nice, the service is amazing! Travis is the coolest and knowledgeable of every ingredient that goes into the drinks. We tried the Cuban Sandwich and Flatbread, both were delicious! Mya is the sweetest and very attentive. We had the opportunity to meet me the general manager Adelaide who is just as equally sweet and stives to give the best experience! We came back twice in the same week. Overall, this place is great!!

Atlas has such an amazing ambiance, a very welcomed addition to the near south side neighborhood. The staff is great, but special props to Zak. He had a level of service that is paralleled only by establishments like Employees Only, Death & Co, or even The French Laundry. Cocktails are incredible and the menu is diverse. Walking in the place was very nice. Kind of intimidating. But our server Travis was very welcoming I tried the Guadalajara it was great if you like pineapple based drinks. My wife had an espresso she was fond of it. The rest of the drinks look good but need to come and try more. The music was good more country. I love the FW Atlas location! It s nice and spacious and I really enjoy the dark academia vibes, it feels mysterious and elegant. My friend and I stayed at Alas and enjoyed some delicious snacks - the poutine, flatbread, and wings along with absolutely wonderful cocktails made perfectly and quickly by Zak, who we sat right in front of and enjoyed hilarious conversation with him for hours. We ve been back several times and always love trying new food items but most especially espresso martinis and old fashioned made by Zak!

Atlas is the bar Fort Worth has needed. The atmosphere is amazing and welcoming. The artwork is mesmerizing. Definitely a place you want to spend the evening. The servers are knowledgeable and provide great service. Zak is a fantastic bartender. They ensure the drinks are served cold and the food is served hot and fresh. The bartenders are excellent, mixing up amazing drinks including old standbys from around the world as well as house specialties. The French onion dip, pretzel bites are great to share. Their wings, with four choices, are the best I ve ever had. I can t recommend the Moroccan rub and Korean BBQ flavors enough! The drinks are sublime and classic. Atlas is my new favorite bar in the area and destined to be a regular haunt. Vegetarian options: There are numerous vegetarian options including hummus, French onion dip, pretzel bites and more. They are all delicious and fresh.

Wow what an amazing spot!! My boyfriend and I came here late on Sunday night for a little date night drinks. I had the Guadalajara and a margarita and he had the Cocchi Old Fashioned and a Lonestar. All were amazing thanks to our bartender (Andy I think his name was)! We also had the pretzel bites and those were delicious as well. Thank you very much Andy, you re the best! The one thing that stood out to us was the amazing service. It wasn t necessarily a busy night, but the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. I had spilled my first drink all over the table on accident and the manager, David, helped me clean it up and made me a whole new drink - without me even asking. The decor is also beautiful, but the service alone makes it worth it. Parking: Right out front and some street spots around.

Really interesting spot on the fringe of the south main district in Fort Worth. Within walking distance of local staples like Bearded Lady, Brick City, Southside Cellar and Tarantula Tiki Lounge. Atmosphere is like an upscale hunting lodge inside with turned down lighting and taxidermy animals on the walls. Impressive selection of spirits and lots of options for top-shelf pours and cocktails (with a corresponding $). Cool spot to finish with an after dinner cocktail; will definitely revisit.

First time being here and felt pushed too the side. The only people that were nice was the food runners. Bouncer said my ID doesnt look like the rest -what is that supposed to mean? It is a Texas ID that is less than a month old. I get they have a job to do but my ID is just like everyone elses. Made us compare IDs all night - cant figure out what made him say that. Sat at the bar for 15 minutes before anyone said anything to us. Bartender was nice, but just seemed dismissive. Drinks were okay, but not worth the price. Rather go literally anywhere else on this street for a drink. (Table got 5 drinks total- all were rated 5/10. Not bad, but nothing special). Food was the best thing about this place. The bruschetta was amazing. The tacos were a bit weird with the tortilla- almost liked it was cooked a bit too long, hard to take a bite- but the taste was great. BUT we had to ask for napkins. Such messy (but good) food that didnt have napkins with it automatically. Decor is great! There are a few pieces that Ill look up to add to my home. Music isnt bad, but too loud. We all had to lean in at our small table to hear each other. Overall, Id try this place one more time but eh, Id go anywhere else honestly.

I never would have come here bc i didnt know what it was but someone blocked me in right in front of this bar so I came in to ask if they knew who it was or if they had a towing company for the building. They were all very nice and went out of their way to help me, when they could have just shrugged me off. I didnt try the drinks but they looked amazing. The interior was crazy pretty and I would love to come back and introduce this place to my friends.

I come this way to avoid the clubs . Music didn t really fit what I had imagined and that was my only real knock on the place. We stayed for about 20 minutes and my group out voted me to leave and find a more calm setting. I don t want to drag the place so I gave 4 starts but my experience was closer to 3 just based on how the very loud fist pumping music changed the environment.

This place is very cool! I loved the atmosphere, service was great and the drinks good! On that note, be prepared to spend money on drinks. I think my bill was $70 before tip for 4 drinks. We did not try the food as we had already eaten. The menus looked good though. If you re looking for a cool place to grab a drink and bite to eat this is a good one. The bathrooms were very nice as well.

Didn t try the food but the drinks were delicious. Ordered a specialty drink off the menu and was delighted to see them accommodate. Bar tender makes a bomb gin fizz :)

Beautiful bar! The decor is stunning, cocktail selection and quality of liquors were fantastic, and shockingly the food was wonderful as well! On top of that the Dj Ali put out great vibes that fit the setting and the crowd perfectly. 10/10 will definitely be dropping in again!
