EJ our waiter was polite, communication with us was amazing and he had great energy. We ordered drinks and not only did the bartender mess up a margarita, but watered down a 10 dollar shot of patron which didnt even top the line for a full shot. When the manager came out he was rude and aggressive. Needs training obviously. So we left and went to twin peaks right down the road and had great service, great drinks and great food! The one star is only because of EJ being a great human! (He needs a raise)

As much as Buffalo wild wings is struggling to stay open you think theyll take customer service a little bit more seriously but no thatd be asking too much I ordered potato wedges with queso at 1:01 I was told itll be done by 11:10 I pulled up at 11:20 paid and was left in lobby waiting until 11:30 I called spoke with Jon who proceeded to argue and attempt to gas light me after I called ask for the manager and asked why did it take 27 mins for potato wedges Jon said and I quote you didnt wait 27 mins I said I called and placed the order 27 mins ago sir he said we made the wrong order you only waited 5 mins I told him no I did not it was actually 10 mins AFTER i paid before hanging up on Jon he said well it w as a mistake we made the wrong order basically acknowling my complaint why he choose to argue with a paying customer in the right to question the sercice provided idk but Ill be avoiding this location

Didn t take photos, we were too hungry after a high school football game. Paid about 69 bucks. I ordered the boneless wings and fries, it was obvious they grabbed my order from a warmer! Our wings weren t fresh and the fries were almost cold. There s a stench as soon as you walk-in, but ignored it (hungry after a Thursday night football game). Perks, engaged crowd for the Chiefs and Ravens game tonight! And our server was actually attentive. All in all, may just go to Wingstop next time.

SKIP THIS PLACE... most of the staff DOES NOT CARE about orders. It took them 30 to hand me 6 wings. Yes, 6 wings. Whats worse is that my order had been at their window (kitchen, I suppose) for a while, and no one cared to grab it. On top of that, the wings had no flavor, and were dry. Thanks to the nice gentleman who took charge.

Busy. Not enough servers. Company insists on making the restaurant have seat yourself signs and order & pay on the app stickers; running the staff around without having proper hostess, bussers, or wait staff is a surefire recipe for disaster. BWW company hates their staff and in doing so; their customers. Have I ever worked for them? No. And I feel bad for their staff for having to work within a broken system clearly constructed from some think-tank that also has never worked in the industry. The staff at this location are amazing regardless of corporate B. S. Yall rock

We love bww food its great! But we actually stopped going because service was so terrible. This past week we decided to give it a try again after several years and thank god for miss Paris!! She s amazing she made us love this place again or at least while we have her. Interacted with out kids while she circled the restaurant to see what needed to be do e. No one greeted us for the first ten minutes that we arrived. We sat ourselves, cleaned our own table, and found where the high chairs were. After ordering our food online, the server brought over waters setting them down in front of my toddler who then took one of the drinks and dumped it on herself. The server apologized and never returned. Never checked on us after our food was brought out, never brought napkins to get the water off my toddler, and didn t acknowledge us leaving. The food runner was kind, and brought us more silverware and napkins. The soda machine was down. It smelt like stale beer everywhere (the floors were not clean & slippery). Our kids milks were never brought to the table. Nor, did we receive celery or carrots with our food when it was brought out. The wings were extra crispy and the fries were cold. The bar looked extremely dirty as shown by the picture attached. For a $50 meal for a family, I would expect better service and quality food. Highly disappointed.

Food was good, but we got stuck with a bad server that made our experience poor. She rarely checked on our table. We had to flag down other servers to get utensils/refills. When she did come back, it was to give us the check and let us know we can pay on our phones or cash. We had cash and waited for her to come back but she never did. We left the cash on the table and walked out. We weren t even five feet out the door when she comes running out and asks if our payment went thru on our phones. We informed her we left cash on the table, which she would have seen had she bothered to go to the table from the start.

Tried to give this place another try but once again I was let down. Not a single person to help me upfront for 20 minutes. One heavy set girl said my order was coming but she never checked or got my name. Then I finally got someone to get a cashier and a keke finally came out to help me. But I am not coming back again. Wingstop or pluckers for me. Old post Phone just keeps ringing and ringing. There is only one person upfront doing everything. Answering phones, taking orders, seating guests. Orders wrong. This place just seems like it needs new managment or owner to turn it around.

I have dined in at this location once and have ordered for takeout a few times. There have been repeated cases of orders not being completed at the estimated time and stuff in the order being forgotten. The food quality was a little disappointing. I will most likely not order takeout again, but the dine-in experience was not terrible, although I will probably not return for this experience either.

Spoke with Johnny to let him know our delivery order was completely messed up but was signed off by T. No extra ranch, didnt include our drinks, food was cold, and no sauce on wings. Oh and Fries were burnt. Johnny said there was nothing he could do and then preceded to hang up on me when I told him that I would be leaving a review. Food is pretty standard bar food quality. Pricing is high for what you get and quality. Service was pretty average considering it was a very slow night. Lots of TVs but also noisy overall. Parking: There is a parking lot with plenty of parking and overflow to common lots could be used. Kid-friendliness: Shouldnt be an issue unless during a very busy time or late on weekends

This place has gone downhill. Not sure how you can send this burnt mess to a table. Emilio behind the bar apologized and was very courteous and replaced the order. Dont listen to the bad reviews. Was a bit nervous because of them and was already not expecting a lot. The waitress Brittany was very nice and attentive with our party of 12. The food was really good. I got the cheese burger and my wife boneless wings, and they were both way better than we expected! Im not sure if its because we came on a Thursday and itwasntt busy, but the food is good, and compared to 2 other BWW, Ive been to the fries were the best here. Im guessing theyve listened to the bad reviews and improved! Only complaint is maybe consider cleaning the menus more frequently.

The food was good. Our waitress was friendly. There was a lack of professionalism in the management as it appeared they terminated an employee in the main dining room only feet from where we were seated and in front if several other staff members. The entrance had a bad smell near the restrooms but it did not affect th dining area. Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot needs ramps near parking spaces for handicap. The restaurant seems to be accessible enough.

Ordered $50 dollars worth of food for takeout, roommate goes to pick it up. He gets there and they gave our food to the wrong person, they remake our order, roommate comes home, were given a 10 piece boneless instead of a 20 and for both of our orders only half the wings are even sauced. If youre an Eagles fan this is the place for you. They have multiplied since last year and now you cant watch another game, eat or talk without having to pause for their cheering. The food is average and so is the service. We eat, we watch our game and we return when we have to; But ONLY when we have to. Appetizers are usually good. This company is despicable, disrespectful, unsanitary and every manager under the leadership of Homer Vasquez is a complete disaster including Homer Vazquez himself, who is an absolute despicable, pathetic person and a joke of leadership for this company and management team and all around just an embarrassment. This company has stolen from me, insulted me and more importantly has done the same to the people around me. I spoke to Homer Vasquez at length, giving him details about the incident/ management (timeframes, presenting dined in receipts) on duty about my experience and not only how they treated me but others around like garbage, trash, that you would throw away in a dumpster and the food that was served was a complete disaster and on top of the unsanitary conditions of the bar top, the tables in the dining room and most importantly the restrooms in the facility of Mansfield Texas and Fort Worth Texas were absolutely disgusting! I took my top 12 performers in my company out to the location in Mansfield, Texas and the location in Fort Worth, Texas for cocktails and wings before a flight to New York to take them all to dinner at Peter Luger s steakhouse and needless to say the experience that we were given, I don t think actual words can describe how awful it was and how embarrassing for me to have chosen such a disaster of an establishment and the food in my CFO s own words looked sickly again just comes down to leadership, that s all and yes, it s really that simple. How dare you serve me food like that, not one request was fulfilled on ALL of those orders and how dare you allow me and the others in my group to sit down under those disgusting unsanitary conditions and be served that way in two different locations! This company has had up-to-date in 2023, 928 emails or communications regarding the sanitary conditions of the restaurants/ Food quality/ Service just in the DFW area and the leadership that surrounds this entire area of DFW and yet nothing has changed. You still have the same leadership. You still have the same failing fiscal numbers each quarter and there after. Let s not forget about the absolute horrible/ unjustifiable prices on your menu, and the fact that your restaurants are absolutely disgusting, and the quality of this company s food has plummeted so badly that most of your food comes frozen in bags If you want this brand to continue, I suggest you change your leadership immediately if not, it is my professional and expert opinion, that this brand will die out and cease to exist in less than five fiscal years in the locations mentioned above and most likely most of the south region. The leadership of this corporation can t figure out why they keep closing locations across North America, it s not rocket science! This particular company does not do a good job, the leadership does not care, and it shows in the quality of the food, the quality of the service, the quality of the atmosphere and most importantly THE LEADERSHIP and so on! As of September of this year, I have acquired 1.7 million followers on my social media accounts. I think it s best if the truth comes out and I post, not only this email, but my entire experience from start to finish in both locations. The food is okay. Thats all thats good about it. The service here was awful. We sat down to a less than half filled resturant, and waited about 15 mins until a waiter finally showed up to our table, yet there was about 6 waiters. We ordered drinks and had to wait another 10 mins till our actual waiter showed up and ask if we wanted appetizers, we were ready to order out meal also, he said okay just a moment and came back about 5 mins later to take our order. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees. One just being wings. And an order of fries. After about 5 mins the people who ordered after us got our appetizer. Ours never showed up. After about 15 mins my food arrived but they gave me fries instead of potato wedges, my husbands didn t come, this is when we realized we weren t getting our appetizer. After about 15mins i was almost done eating and after asking two waiters where my husbands food was it finally came but didn t bring the fries. So of an order of 4 items. Only 2 were brought out. The waiters never asked if we wanted a refill or needed anything else. There was no manager in sight. It was just a mess. We will never go here again. And i don t recommend anyone else go here.

This place has got to be the worst managed place on Hulen street. As we walk in we are told to pick a table anywhere as they do not have a hostess. The place is maybe 1/2 full with most open tables full of dirty dishes. It takes about 5 minutes for a server to come and take our order. Another 10ish for us to get out drinks. It looks like only 2 servers are sharing all the tables (they are trying). I can clearly see two employees sitting at a table near the front. They have bbw shirts on with laptops open. Not helping a single soul. They are both completely oblivious to the needs of ANY person in the building. No wonder stores are closing.

Havent got my food yet they said 10-15 mins I came back in 15 mins. I ask how long she said its coming now and it still not ready 25 mins going on 30 mins for 6 wings at this point it not worth it. But the customer service representative amazing came out and apologized and even gave me a drink for my wait.

B-Dubs is almost always pretty good. The food is good, but it does get a bit loud in there, but you should expect that as it is pretty much a sports hangout, so you almost always have the half-drunk table of dudes yelling at the Tvs.

Horrible customer service by Kiera the person I talked to over the phone about missing items from my web order. She had lack of concern as if o well and continued to have a very rude demeanor. There is suppose to be a refund hopefully that s done properly. This was an online order of $80 so one would think the customer service was complimentary. so you would think the order would be checked by kitchen staff and the To Go person the bag was just given to my daughter just tied up. Not everyone is deserving of being in the hospitality field by far. BWW not everyone is capable of be the face of your company. But when it s not their establishment why should she/they even care. Overall very poor customer service.

This place is not recommended. Take-off seems like a nightmare, when you arrive you have to wait hours for someone to show up, they charge 1$ to pick up your order (they deliver it incomplete, by the time you get home and realize its too late to go back) Employees must pay attention to the orders. The food is not fresh (overcooked) PD: you owe me 10BNLS, and a limonade. Order 1070002 05/14/23. . There is no orders & visits on your website. We got wings and burgers. Um the food was alright but tbh wouldve tasted better mentally if the servers were more attentive. We were at the bar and (I never do this) but I gave her the lowest tip ever due to her service. She looked and walked past our empty drinks multiple times, definitely didnt follow our orders and forgot them.. it was just so awkward. MIND YOU the bar was empty and it wasnt even packed at all. There was only 2 other persons there and one already had all their food so. The whole place wasnt filled that much at all. Never going back. Also the bone in wings yall are extremely small.. 6 WILL NOT fill u up if u want a good amount lol

Nicely remodeled. Upstairs dining still not open. Bar has more selection and taps than previously, nut the location still seems understaffed whenever I come here. Food is great, love the fried pickles with marinara and some sweet wings. Dietary restrictions: Waitresses and kitchen staff are happy to work around my mayonnaise allergy and let me have marinara sauce with my fried pickles instead of ranch or bleu cheese.

First experience not the best. The bone in wings were small and overcooked. The boneless wings were dry from not being tossed in enough sauce. There was a bone that somebody cleaned (no meat on it) in my boneless wings (explain that). I asked for a wet sauce and got dry seasoning. Overall unacceptable, nasty and a mess.
