Five out of five stars in all categories. We felt like the only diners in the restaurant. Food was delicious. Wine perfect and service extraordinary. At one point I dropped my napkin and hadn t noticed. Our server appeared at my shoulder with a clean napkin. I wish I lived nearer. I d be there weekly. Congratulations on getting it done

My wife and I were discussing who we had been to many high end restaurants, in an effort to find a great dining experience. Though I won t mention them here, you ve heard of every one. And over the last two years the quality of the experience has dropped precipitously, like groceries out of a paper bag, that has a wet bottom! We spent I know at least 4 figures on these dinners and each time was so disappointing, we vowed to never go back. Enter Towne Grill. We had been home hunting and getting new glasses for me at Lens Crafters, just down the road. We were seated and our server, Alexa, was there to take our drink orders. She is courteous, engaging but not overly so, she was there when we needed something but left us alone to have an intimate lunch. She really knows her business. The food was delicious. My wife had the Sonoma Steak Salad & I had the Japanese Salad. Both were prepared to appeal to our tastebuds and visual appetites, as well. And the salads were superb! Toward the end of our meal, the GM, Jeni Harmon came over, introduced herself and inquired about our experience. The both of us simply raved about the entire aspect of our experience at her restaurant! I found out from her that this is the first Towne Grill and they hope that this concept in dining will be worth pursuing. We will be back often. And in a world the mediocrity has seemed to pervade the restaurant industry, I cannot recommend Towne Grill enough. They are outstanding in every way!

I came in for happy hour, and my host, Christian, was such a friendly, welcoming, and accommodating host! The drinks were wonderful and the food was delicious. All in all, I strongly recommend this place for happy hour!

Don t order carryout. Every time my food is made wrong!!! I am kind of ticked off because the host made a huge deal about taking my order and that it was going to be correct and I asked to omit dairy and it was included anyway. I asked for meatballs and they chopped them up and told me they are meatballs. Is it still a meatball at that point? They are willing to remake or replace but why not just do it right the first time? $60 on food and 2/3 I can t eat. Service is exceptional and I d absolutely ask for Faith or Mia as your server. The food on the other hand is great when prepared properly. I seem to struggle getting meat at the temperature requested. On one occasion, I was served a raw burger - literally raw.

I had a lunch date yesterday and my experience couldn t have been better. The food was great, however the service we received is the real reason I m leaving this review. I m having trouble remembering the bartenders/servers name but it started with a J .maybe Josue? Anyways, he was amazing and represented the establish better than I would have expected. He showed pride in what he did and deserves all the recognition possible. I will be coming back undoubtedly. The biggest reason is because of him.

Old post that never posted: Our family had never been here before and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The atmosphere was perfect for a calm Friday night and our food was outstanding. We ordered two appetizers and an old fashioned in addition to our meals. The food came out hot, the steak was perfectly cooked, and the sides were great. The best part about our experience, though, was our server Christian. He was attentive, kind, and gave excellent recommendations for food. We will be back! Update: We have visited many times in the last two years! We had Mia tonight and she was absolutely wonderful. Our food was great and she did an excellent job making sure we had everything we needed, plus she is so funny! :)we cant wait to come back :)

We reserved a table for 7 for a birthday celebration. We were seated in an area that had very cold air blowing on top of us. Requested server to raise temperature. I had to order hot tea to keep warm & HAD to request hot water 3x. Only 1 tea bag was brought until I had to ask for one for each refill. I ordered Atlantic salmon topped with shrimp. I was brought Maui Maui instead. Our guests wanted to eat their food after I got the right menu Item. For this reason I felt bad & told them to start their meal before it got cold. Freezing air was not adjusted until after a manager happened by & I told him we were freezing. We ordered appetizer for the table & chips were never enough & never renewed. In my opinion. I will not want to go to this particular restaurant to celebrate another birthday or pay $300 for what I considered an unenjoyable happening. I still feel badly about the ordeal. It was supposed to be a happy occasion, but for me. It was not! Perhaps we got a newly untrained server.

I had the ham and cheese omelet with the complementary Cranberry/pineapple mimosa. My date had the breakfast calzone. This is our second visit and we had different items each visit. The food was amazing and more than we can eat. Very few people were here on both visits which were on Saturday mornings. It is becoming one of our favorites.

My cousin and I have never been to Towne Grill before, but after the experience we had with our lovely waitress Mia, we most certainly will be back for more!! As a gluten free individual, she provided me with so many gluten free options and suggested that any pizza can be made to accommodate my allergy! The other day, Mia served our table and she was so helpful, attentive, and created a pleasant, welcome environment. Our cups were never empty. We had brunch on Sunday and sat on the patio. (First cool-ish day in a while.) Our server was Faith and she was very professional and personable. The food was delicious (Breakfast calzone and Club Sandwich). We were here a year or so ago and the food was very good but the menu was not as enticing as it is now. A good change. I recently dined at this wonderful restaurant. I had the chance to try trout for the very first time in all my life lol, and I must say, it was absolutely delicious. Even with it topped with the pecans that I thought was an odd addition. My friend enjoyed the salmon which i came here for but decided to step out of my comfort zone. The salmon was accompanied by roasted vegetables and broccoli. Each bite we took of each others meals we had that ooooh this is so good look on our faces and the groaning noises when something tastes really good. Everything was just perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. The dim lighting created a cozy, intimate atmosphere. I also was impressed by their hospitality in accommodating a nicely dressed couple with just ten minutes to spare before closing. There are places that turn customers away depending on how close to close it is when they arrive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, marked by great food and attentive service. My waitress was McKenzie and she was great. At the end I asked to speak to manager (I think named) Brittney. I had to compliment the team for such a pleasant experience. She was pleased to hear great news since most of the time a is manager is requested when things are bad. Sometimes when i request a manager to compliment they dont know to respond and just say oh thanks lol but in speaking with Brittney i got a sense of genuine pride in the company she works for and in the chefs that work there. Gives me the impression that upper mgmt/ownership team is a high functioning group that believes in creating a good experience for not only the customers but their workers as well. Thats Awesome in my book! I definitely recommend this place and will return with more people. They have so many items i want to try .

They are both friendly and make us both feel like the most important guest in the restaurants. Many times our drinks are ready the moment we sit down. Atmosphere and food are the reasons I go here. Whether it s a burger or steak, the food has never disappointed. The furniture and decor is really nice, making it a good place to dress up and celebrate. The service is some of the best I ve had. I don t have any criticism for this restaurant. Parking: Never had any issues finding parking, even for dinner on a weekend. There are additional parking lots surrounding this restaurant just in case. Kid-friendliness: We had our baby in a highchair here. No problems bringing a baby.

If you re looking for the best food in this area, this is the place. EVERYTHING on this menu is delicious. I was addicted to the meatloaf with the jam for a while until I switched to the chicken sandwich with the spicy Cole slaw and thin apple slice. Best Mac and cheese ever. And a bunch of other great options. I come once a week, and you will too. But I m really coming here to say that the service is the real reason we continually return. Every server we ve ever had here has been top notch. Best of the best. Professional. Friendly. Personable. They even take the extra time to humor my needy kids. My daughter wants me to say that her favorites is Mia and Tyson, her friend that comes with us likes Julie and Tyson the best, and I m a big fan of my guy Vinny, although the bartender guy is becoming a close second. Had lunch at Towne Grill and the food and service was amazing! We had the Smoked Salmon dip appetizer, Fired Wings appetizer, Smash Burger and Salmon and crab over mashed potatoes. It was amazing!!! The drinks were great too. Espresso Martini was fantastic as was the pineapple margarita. Vinny was our waiter and he was absolutely amazing. Nice, informative and very attentive. We eat at a lot of great restaurants and this restaurant was up there with the best. We were a little apprehensive to go in as the parking lot was empty but decided to give it a try anyway. Tonight was my future MIL s birthday. We had a large group of 9. All non-drinkers and one with special needs. The management couldn t have been more gracious in welcoming us and catering to a large group of from ensuring there was never an empty glass, to ensuring that appetizers were hot and on the table reasonable time frame. Then delivering nine perfectly presented plates. While we brought our own cake they prepared it and made 9 plates fore each person. The to go bags were packed. Photos taken. Food is ok. There are a few items that are worth getting like the steak fries and mahi mahi. Everything else is just ok. The salmon I did not like at all. But their Atlantic dip is really good. Sitting at the bar is a hot or miss. They only have one behind the bar and never get a 2nd when there is a rush or during dinner time. Expect long waits and random attention when sitting at the bar. The salmon is definitely a no. Dont get that.

This place has become our staple restaurant when we want to eat out. The sandwiches, salads, apps, nearly everything we tried has been amazing. The steak left something to be desired in my personal opinion, but the dozens of other fresh, delicious meals have made us return time and time again. My mom and sister recently came to visit from out of town; both of them said that this was now the restaurant we go to when they visit. Out of everything theyve tried in the area, this one stands out with its calm atmosphere, wonderful staff and delicious food. I highly recommend giving Towne Grill a shot, you wont regret it!

Had takeout from here. The employees were friendly and helpful. Three people passing by made sure I was being helped. The grilled artichokes were very salty and underwhelming, not worth $16. My dads philly cheesteak sandwich tasted weird, like the meat was just not the best quality, or maybe it just wasnt well-seasoned, idk. The fries were okay. The crispy chicken sandwich on the other hand was awesome. I got the toppings on the side. The spicy cole slaw was good, I liked the fresh jalapenos in it.

Update: Not sure what Bow Ties deal is, but starting to think he is the reason for some of the negative changes the last couple months, possibly some of the good staff departing. Hopefully the restaurant can turn it back around. Absolutely love this restaurant, our favorite Friday night spot. Staff is fantastic, along with everything on the menu. Food tasted good. Small portions. Server was ok. Didnt appreciate the woman manager yell at the bus boys to clean the tables in hearing distance. Not impressed for a $65 lunch for 2 people with just tea. Wont be back.

We came here for a nice family dinner and had a fantastic experience! To begin, our Waiter, Christian, was phenomenal! Christian was personable, knowledgeable, had great recommendations, and also engaged my children! ( My young children thought he was the coolest!) I had the Mahi Dish and found it to be very flavorful! Additionally, the kids meals were exceptional! Best kids menu around :) The presentation of all the meals was great! When you go, try the Bread Pudding! YUM!

All 7 of us had absolutely amazing food, grilled chicken, Texas cheesesteak, fish and chips, pizza and fish tacos. Not a single complaint on any dish. The kids meals came with ice cream and it was some of the best ice cream we ve ever had the pleasure of eating. We will definitely be coming back here.

A place worth it! It s like cooking from the scratch. My kids especially loved the mac and cheese, and the kids menu portion are enough to fill them up. Our server was so friendly, and I love the atmosphere of this place!

Service better than average for this area. Food exceptional. Consistency is what I love. Dining experience sophisticated than chain restaurants. Pizza is best I have ever had. Second episodes many great options like smash burger or crispy chicken sandwich. Salads are full of goodies and hearty entree size. Fish entrees are fresh and filling!

We went in tonight for dinner and we were seated in the bar area. It was somewhat busy but Britt M noticed no server had come to help us. She immediately introduced herself and said she would be our server and apologized for the wait. She was very attentive to our needs and was an exceptional server! If you re ever at Towne Grill, ask for Britt M to be your server. The food was also delicious!!

Golden food, service and atmosphere! The decor, lighting, staff demeanor, and bar all come together to create a laid back yet classy environment. Our visit was made particularly special by our waitress Natalie. She was mighty attentive and friendly, as soon as she showed up to the table everyone immediately felt at home. Much love to everyone at Towne Grill! Parking: Plenty of spots, even on busy nights the surrounding area accommodates more than enough people for the restaurant

The hamburger offered during happy hour, for instance, is noticeably smaller than its regular menu counterpart, which isn t clearly indicated, which might catch you off guard. For those with dietary preferences, it s worth noting that vegetarian and vegan options are limited, so choices might feel restricted. Nonetheless, Towne Grill Alliance is worth a visit for anyone looking for a cozy spot with great fries and a welcoming atmosphere. I forgot how much I love this place!!! We wanted some warm, cozy, comfort food and everything was perfect per usual. Our server Isa was wonderful and took fantastic care of us. I was raised on Middle Eastern and European cuisine and would always hear negative things about meatloaf from my American friends who were raised on it well, this meatloaf was out of this world. The char and crust from the grill made it perfect and the portion was so generous we have leftovers waiting to be devoured. Hats off to the chef and attentive staff, we ll be back soon.

The main entrée was ok but they should rethink the Jalapeño gravy, it just didnt work for me. As far as the sides go, EVERYthing was so salty that no one in our group could tolerate more a few bites. I can see why people may like this restaurant but I have no intention of revisiting.

Today 4/5/24 I got discharged from hospital and my husband decided to stop here and grab dinner. We were greeted by a lady and there was also a young man in the front. The lady was normal and the young man looked at us from toe to head and back down. I was wearing tan loungewear and no make up or jewelry. He kept just looking at my family (husband, daughter and myself) and he had a DISGUSTED look. We stayed, but I told the other lady and all she could say was that here was no dress code so she didn t understand. The food was not good, it was just meh. My family and I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE.

I rarely give 5 stars for all three categories, but I really feel I must for Towne Grill. The food was fantastic and I think the meatloaf there is the BEST I have ever had...grilled on the outside and soft on the inside with a lovely muchroom gravy. The steak salad is also very good...amazing actually. FInally, the kids mac and cheese, fried, and the deviled eggs were all delicious too. The place is very comfortable, clean and well laid out. Glad we had our anniversary dinner there! Kid-friendliness: Great kids food!

Horrible Service! Manager on duty was extremely rude- threatened to call police if I didn t pay a balance for my table. And because they put all 10 in my party on one ticket automatically they applied 22% gratuity. Thing is, the service was horrible. Our table had to ask the wait staff, multiple times for drink refills, missing food items, salt&pepper, silverware and plates. A couple of times I had to remind them. I can see why they put your party one ticket! They expect that percentage when that wasn t the level of service. I ve never experienced a situation like this. Very very disappointing and I won t be back.

My husband and I met there for a friend s birthday. Our party was two tables of 10 each. At the beginning of our order I told our waiter we d be on our own ticket. He said he would see what he could do. Well, at the end of dinner they brought out one ticket for our whole table. And added gratuity of 22%. We asked for a seperate check, but was told they wouldn t because it would take too long. Because our bill was a good 1/3 we asked if we could pay our portion with our credit card. They obliged but then came back and asked for the balance. I told them there was money on the table. They said it wasn t enough. And threatened to call the police if we didn t pay. We paid and kept the cash on the table. It took 45 minutes after we got the check to have to figure out everyone s balances. This could have been handled so much faster if they had just separated the tickets to begin with. But they wanted that 22% gratuity.

Beware of Onion added to WiseGuy pizza! My husband & I went for a nice dinner. Had ordered the Wise Guy before and was crazing it again. This time it came loaded with onion ( not supposed to be on it). They did remake it correctly had to just sit & watch my husband eat, then 30 min later I was eating with my husband watching me! No manager came to apologize, no accommodation given! Just shameful how it ruined our night!
