Gladys is amazing!! She really cares for her work and that is getting you into your home, she works very hard and covers all the bases. She knows her stuff! For me personally, I would not have my home without her. We went into the final hour with the lender, we had an inexperienced loan officer at Chase bank who almost cost us our contract and earnest money. Gladys contacted the manager of that individual, and was able to find a solution for our situation! She really fought for us through every stage. The seller gave us a few days extension, again, thanks to her communication with him, he was not willing to extend at first. So very thankful for her. We did not have to talk to the seller at all, she took care of everything and answered all my questions very quickly. She also gave excellent advice on areas that would be good, specific to our family. We are new to Texas and she found us a beautiful neighborhood with everything we need/wanted in the area and close to my husbands work.

Simply the best! We couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Gladys. From the first time we met her, she was very professional, friendly, communicative, knowledgeable basically everything you need from a realtor and more! We gave her our requirements and as we gave our feedback on the properties, she was able to adjust what she showed us so it was easier for us to focus on properties that we would actually want to live in. It was great to have another pair of eyes when looking at the property and her insight on the location and the house was invaluable. The market when we were looking for a home was tough both due to inventory and the number of buyers in the areas we were looking at. The offers we provided were numbers we were comfortable with and as they said, you only need to win one. And we wouldnt have been able to get our place without Gladys help. She went above and beyond a number of times for us including doing a video viewing when we were unable to be physically there to see it but didnt want to miss out on a property.
