Ok, so how I never found this place until now is a mystery. Been a huge Mod Pizza fan for a while and had no idea this was so close and comparable. The gluten free crust was amazing. Dairy free cheese we such a treat that I felt like I had real pizza for the first time in a very long time. The staff was nice, the place was clean, and we will be back. Update: weve been here many times and continue to enjoy the food.

Hayden, Jackie, Nadia, Cole... Whole staff For 1. Being a vegan trying to eat pizza is not easy unless you make it your own. Originally was going to order online but Hayden & Jackie made me feel like I needed to give them a hug for their phone etiquette and informative responses. When Jackie invited me to dine in I had no idea she would enhance that service with making my pizza herself. Nadia checked on us and was very attentive and I appreciate the smile from Cole while telling me more about the company. The pizza was EXCELLENT and worth every penny. That BASIL PESTO is definitely worth trying. It is VERY CLEAN very friendly welcome in environment. . My meat lovers son made a joke , he thought he would not like the veggie lovers but enjoyed every bite with a smile.

Despite your advertised closing time of 9:00 PM, I arrived at 8:40 PM and was informed that I could not place an order for a pizza to go because the restaurant was soon closing. I understand the need to prepare for closing, but refusing service 20 minutes before the stated closing time is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be able to place an order up until the closing time that is advertised. This experience was very disappointing and did not meet the level of service I expect from your establishment. I hope that you will address this issue to ensure that in the future, customers are able to place orders until the restaurant s advertised closing time.

I will definitely be returning to Craft Pies in the near future! As soon as I walked into the establishment, I was pleasantly greeted by a woman named Jackie, who then proceeded to explain the concept of Craft Pies and how I go about ordering. I absolutely love how you pick your own ingredients, watch the employees make your pizza, and then get your pizza within a few minutes delivered to you at your table. When I got my pizza, it was absolutely delicious. It was cooked properly, delicious, and it tasted like it was made from premium ingredients. Definitely a step up from the pizza I am used to and I dont skimp out when I order either! Service was fast, professional, and most importantly (to me) - friendly! Thank you Jackie! Also, I hardly place reviews, but when I do the experience definitely meant something to me. If youre looking for a delicious bite to eat, with friendly staff, I highly recommend giving Craft Pies a try.

I recently visited and the food was ok, but what made my experience bad was the manager (I am assuming since she looked older than everyone else) Jackie, was standing around talking and joking about how she fired an employee months back and laughing about it and making fun of the poor girl. She was talking about the former employee and making fun of how she made her cry and used foul language as well. I dont believe that is very professional at all I think something should be done about a so-called manager talking about making former employees cry when let go and joking and making fun of them that is poor taste especially from an adult who is clearly working with teenagers. I unfortunately will not return to this place for that reason. EXTREMELY BAD MANAGMENT

I just arrived to this store to pick an order up for Kelly, the male worker with the glasses and hair in a ponytail said he s still working on the order. He was stand offish and uninviting when I tried to make small talk, ask what area I m in, speak about how cool that s there s a place you can build your own pizza. I m not from Texas and he was kind of rude. So I stopped talking and I just stood to the side to wait for an order. A few minutes later a couple came in, took a minute to look at the menu, he welcomed them and spoke to them with an inviting energy. They placed their order, about 7 minutes later another worker walked out the kitchen and asked if I was picking up for someone and I told her yes I m waiting on Kelly. Then the guy looked up and said yea I need help with them, I have these 2 customers im working on. The entire time I was in there he did not start the order for Kelly. I was the first customer for 5 minutes and he never began to prepare it. I arrived to the establishment with no one in there. 5 minutes in another couple walks in and decided to ignore my order and prepare theirs. I canceled the order and left. I was in there for 10minutes, it was empty and the order was never started. 1 star for their service.

Never again. When you order for take out, they give you a pick up time and it is usually wrong by 15 minutes in either direction. Rarely, you end up picking up cold pizza (and their pizza is significantly better when hot) and frequently you wait. Last visit I waited to pick up for 25 minutes and was handed my pizzas only to find that one of them was cold and the other was the wrong order. I was given no updates during the waiting process and was standing in a group of people who appeared to be waiting excessively too. By that time I asked for a refund which they gave on the one pizza. I wish I had not pre-tipped. I also will not return unless something significant changes. I like the pizza ok but when your food is ok, you really need to nail the customer service. I just wish they were better.

I am a veggie lover and everytime I order the same pizza. And everytime the pizza is served with consistent taste and texture. The combination of toppings in general is awesome. The team members at the Flower Mound location are very cordial and friendly. After I begin to taste pizza from Craft Pies, its almost every night for dinner thats my choice. Vegetarian options: For a vegetarian the options are plenty and reasonable. The choice of toppings for veggie delight and the pesto base sauce are wonderful and in addition I always love to add pineapple for that tangy sweet and artichokes. Its fantastic !!!

Gluten free crust available. Pizzas are pricey, if cost is no option, then its worth it. The toppings appear fresh and it is tasty! Easy to follow small scale menu with steps to select your own toppings or select their house specials. Although the prices are set there is no extra cost to add toppings. Thin crust I dont believe thck crust is available. *My son orders a meat pizza with extra meat! Customer service is good. We visited a couple of times, outside seating is shaded, clean and gated in. Inside seating needs more attention such as floors and the drink area. A couple of benches were worn and the cracked vinyl caused discomfort to sit on. However, the restrooms appeared clean and stocked. They do not serve the pizzas to the tables. There is no intercom so if you are outside you will not hear your name being called. If you order glass bottled drinks they do not have a recycle bin. And for leftover pizzas carry out boxes are available near the trash bin area.

I would be giving this rating 4 stars normally for the tasty pizza but the service tonight was cringe-worthy. I hope the manager takes notice. I was Order #68 FWIW. We ordered online for a pickup at 6:30pm. We arrived at approx 6:28pm, went to the pickup area and noticed there was no one in the restaurant and a group of employees standing in the kitchen just out of sight of the pickup area. I had to announce myself with a hellloooo in order to get some attention. Finally a teenage kid appears and asks what he could do for me. I gave my name for a pickup order. My friend that went with also had a pickup order. Her order was ready at her designated time. I was told mine would be about 5 more minutes. My attention was piqued and I was suddenly more observant. We sat down near by to wait. About 6:37pm I noticed an employee at the pizza making area was making a pizza that looked exactly like what I had ordered! What a coincidence. At 6:40pm I inquired as to what the problem was and where my order was/how much longer it was going to be. (My friend had pizzas that were now getting cold). I asked for a manager. No one could give me a straight answer. I pointed out what the time frames were for my order were and what the issues were. One of the kids went back to the kitchen and snarkily announced someone is mad . Loud enough for me to hear at the counter. Finally another kid came out and I explained one more time. I asked that they do the right thing and because it was 15 minutes past my pickup time -they comp my order. There appeared to be a couple attempts to refund my CC but that is TBD as if this moment. Service was horrible and I hope management takes notice.

For twelve dollars a pizza you should go somewhere else. This pizza is very forgettable. The very cheesy and well topped pizza from reviewers one, two, or three years ago is not what you get currently (7.30.2022) Even the restaurants own pictures do not reflect what is being served there now. We order three of THEIR OWN SIGNATURE PIZZAS and they managed to mess up the toppings on two of the three. All of them were light on cheese and toppings. They were more blistered bread than anything else. Basically a large cracker with some cheese. The edge to edge cheese and toppings in the Review pics is not what we got. My ten year old loves all kinds of pizza and also eats the crust. Today he reluctantly ate his margarita pizza and left the overly blistered crust. Which was about half the pizza because it barely had cheese and ingredients on it. He ate it because he skipped lunch to go eat pizza four hours later. He filled up on soda instead. Sorry son. Also, they told him there was no wifi when he asked for a password. Something that is usually available at all the restaurants in this age. So dont plan on working with WiFi if you want to eat here too The place was completely empty when we got there. I thought we were lucky getting the place to our selves. Buy now I know why it was empty on a Friday after work. Save your money because the kids currently running the place have no idea or seam to care on how to make a craft pizza. Current review were are true that this place has gone down hill but I tried giving them a shot since it is five minutes from home. 07.30.2022 Wheelchair accessibility: One Parking in front about five lanes away. This single spot is shared with Three or four business. More handicap parking in the rear of building. Door is not automatic and hard to open without help if handicap.

This place has really declined. The last two times the food has not been as good as it used to be. Once time I went and the place was a complete mess. The last time I went, the sauce was so thick that it was more like a paste than a sauce. They had to pat the paste down instead of brushing it on like they used to. Walked in and first thing I see is a teenager employee leaning way over the toppings rocking back and forth waiting on a pizza to make with very long hair and no hat or hair net. I asked him to not lean over food and to get put on a hat. He stood there looking at me like he didnt understand English. I repeated what I said. And asked him if he likes hair in his food or body fluids from someones mouth or nose. So I asked him again. Do not lean over the food and go put on a hat. One of the other employees said yeah go put on a hat abs said we should be wearing hair nets. I agreed. So he went to back and got a hat and came back with an attitude and pulled his nasty long hair to the front. I will attach pictures of him and others not wearing hats. Gross. Next i noticed they were out of a couple toppings and the ones they had were not cut or prepped properly. The ham slices looked more like huge nasty looking chunks. Again I will attach pictures. The owner or management changed at some point since they first opened. And its going down hill fast. The world on the street around the lakeside area is dont go there anymore. Its too bad because it use to be great. It still can be fix but it will take new management and training. I will be reporting to health dept.

I hardly leave reviews, and I used to LOVE Craft Pies, but if they don t fix what happened today, I will never go there again. Some buddies of mine and I decided to go to this location on 5/1/2022 at around 1:15 pm, as is custom when we are all in Flower Mound. We got in and saw there was no people at the pizza station, but there was someone who we made eye contact with in the kitchen. We proceeded to wait 10 minutes, while we went up and asked for help as a long line started to form. I eventually warned her she would lose customers if she kept doing nothing back there, and that s what happened after being ignored for 10 minutes. Came in with two friends at around 1:15 may 1st 2022 the one woman working saw us did not acknowledge that we were there went over to her again after waiting 5 minutes to say were ready to order and she did not come out at all, and then my friend did as well and she continued to refuse to come out and serve us so we left after waiting 10 minutes and no service at all

First time eating here and it was not a disappointment. I did a CYO mini pizza and my husband did a traditional pizza of one that was recommend on their wall. The process was easy but they did leave off an ingredient on my husbands pizza. I thought the pizza child have been cooked a few more minutes but overall, it was very enjoyable.

This is a great casual place to eat in Lakeside and service has been good when I ve been there. The pricing isn t outrageous and the ability to customize your pizza is nice. There is a fair amount of inside seating and some patio tables as well on the side facing 1845.

Great pizza. Extensive menu but more importantly, the Build-Your-Own is the best part. Make it exactly how you want it. Good quality bases, extensive options for sauces and toppings. Super friendly, reasonable prices. Guy making the pizzas was really helpful and ultimately I just had me make his favorite for me. It was a mix of spicy Buffalo and pesto. It was spicy and really great. You can pick anything they have gor your pizza or just have them make one of their recommended pies. Give them a try. Totally worth it.

Delicious and local! 5 of us shared 4 pizzas and all were delicious! Staff were friendly and pizzas came out of the oven quicker than the estimated time. Unlimited toppings made sure everyone was happy and it is a great price! Mom got the cauliflower crust and it was great. Will definitely be back often.

I would recommend stopping by this location and trying popular varieties at this pizza place. I stopped by here for an early dinner and I found that the store wasnt crowded. I ordered several of the popular items on the menu for my family. We found that the variety of pizza toppings were plentiful for the taste buds of my family members. All of the pizzas we ordered were great tasting and prepared on top of a thin crust.

I usually like to dine in at this place. Today I ordered a delivery and a DoorDash guy delivered on time. When we opened the Pizza boxes, instead of our Order of Vegetarian Pizza, we received Chicken (thanks to one of our friend who point it out). The delivery box label was for Vegetarian though. Now when I called the Crafts Pizza at Flower Mound, I was told it must have been one of our rookies and the leady hung up on me. When I called again, the manager Andrew answered and apologies and promise to return the amount. They need to lean to be more careful when they bake and pack Pizzas.
