Liked shop, clean, organized and efficient. What I am unhappy with is that 13 days later my nails look awful. Certainly my fill should last longer than that. I noticed when I left the polish did not cover the full nail, but since it was my first visit, I just left and figured I d see what happened. I have been getting my nails done for a long time so I know it should last longer than 13 days before you see so much outgrowth. I will give them another try, but I will be sure to let them know that I m not happy when I go in and then check them well before I leave. Hopefully this was just a one time thing. I wish I had the opportunity to show the pictures of my nails so you would understand what I mean.

I went in Friday and got a set of new nails. They came out great. Its my first set of nails over 10 years. I was trying to get used to them. The design wasnt really me. I absolutely adore this nail spa! To start, the building and atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and soothing. Everything from the decor to the layout screams LUXURY. Let me tell you out of all nail spas I ve been to for years , this one is absolute the best !! They are really clean , really nice , tons of colors , no strong smell , they clean the chairs like from head to toe !! I know most other ones hardly clean where your hair has been or arms etc :( From the front when you come in it s really clean no dust and they don t use the same stuff they throw away ( buffer ) . That s really really good . I hope they continue always because this is the place to come to !!! Recommend !!!

This salon was awful to my daughter for a birthday mani/pedi because apparently kids are only 50 inches or under. Sorry but every other establishment determines kid based on age, not making a tall kid feel more awkward about their height. I will gladly go to one of the amazing other salons in town that offer kids pricing for a kids manicure/pedicure.

I recently visited Milano Nail Salon for the first time and had an amazing experience! Alyssa did a phenomenal job with my Gel X nails. She was meticulous, friendly, and ensured every nail was perfect. I left with beautiful nails that Im absolutely in love with. Don also did a great job with my pedicure. I recently visited Milano Nail Shop in Flower Mound for a dip manicure and a color change on my toes. The prices listed were $45 for the dip and $10 for the color change, so I expected to pay $55 plus tax. However, when I checked out, I was shocked to see that I was charged $72 instead. I brought this to the attention of the staff, and after some discussion, they only refunded me $5, which still didn t add up to the correct total. I feel frustrated and disappointed with how this situation was handled. It s important for businesses to be transparent and honest about their pricing. I don t think they were transparent because of the color of my skin or because I am a young customer. I still ended up tipping $11 on top of my $72 tab. While the services themselves were satisfactory, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope the management addresses this issue to prevent it from happening to other customers. I wont be returning there.

Came in this past Saturday and had a few minor mistakes on my nails and toes. I called a few days later and they were more than happy to fix the issues that same day and I let them know my next available day to come in was today, Friday. We chose this nail salon based on its excellent online reviews and were not disappointed. The location was clean, and the staff were friendly. Review update 8/4: knocking off a star, was not impressed with Gel-X application by Alyssa. She kept curing my nails with gel on my skin (annoying at best, one-way ticket to developing a permanent gel allergy at worst) and did not listen when I kept insisting that she clean / remove gel before curing. On top of that, she cut me several times AND did not clean the wound immediately - AND proceeded to pick off cured gel from my skin with the metal tool???? On the application itself, a couple of my nails are tilted up, and pretty sure there s a giant air bubble under the Gel X nail on my right thumb. PROS: they switched out the team member for my polish application, and Elly did a good job with the magnetic polish application but this was subpar application. I really appreciate management for hearing me out and offering a small discount as well. Also, the Vietnamese coffee is incredible. Original review: Great Gel-X by Ivy, she was super friendly and the service was reasonably priced. The owner and team kept checking in with me to ensure I was getting what I wanted; unfortunately this salon is unable to ombre with gel (only dip powder or acrylic), but they gave me lots of options to find a color I loved. 5/5 It was great that they could accommodate my mom as a walk-in for just a basic manicure / buff-and-go type cleanup. However, her cuticle work, nail shaping and top coat application was a little rushed and messy. She had a great experience with a pedicure here before and will come back; all things said and done they were very busy today so it might have affected the quality. 3.5/5

Wanted to try out cat eye nails for the first time today and Lynn did not dissapoint! Not only did she do an amazing job (I have not had someone take care of my cuticles this well in a LONG time), but she made sure every step of the way that I was happy with them and did a test of two different colors for me. I recently went to get a manicure and pedicure. However due to a lack of communication I ended up not truly getting the service I wanted on my nails. That lead to my nails getting imperfections very soon afterwards. I spoke with Chloe about my concerns as she was so kind to reach out to me by phone. She was so understanding and offered to redo my nails at no charge because of the misunderstanding. I truly believe in giving second chances because miscommunication can happen. After our call I made an appointment for that evening to have my nails done again. Chole greeted me at the door and made sure I was so well taken care of. But I will say, they take fantastic care of everyone they offer their services to. My nails were redone in no time and I was so happy with how they turned out. I would highly recommend this business because they really do want you to be happy with your experience there and if youre not, they will go out of their way to make everything right. They are ok. My nail guy did ok. They do not remove your cuticles unless you pay FYI, which I think is kinda crazy other places do it with the price already. The lady that did my toes, I did not like how she did them. I got the same color as my nails, the yellow, and she put too much white polish on the bottom and a yellow coat. It looked thick and wasn t even. The girl that did my husbands toes cut them way too short. Pretty atmosphere but a lot of people. I probably won t be back, I found another place closer to me that I think is better.

I went to get a gel manicure before a wedding I attended and was disappointed by the quality to say the least. I got the manicure Friday and this is what my nails looked like by Sunday. In that time I didnt do any activities that would cause the nail polish to peel and lift like it did. In addition, the polish edges were very messy and didnt cover my entire nail and the polish was applied very far from my cuticle. I tried to reached out to them via email because they claim to have a 10 day guarantee for their gel manicure and never got a response. The nail tech who did my manicure was Anna. I would expect more attention to detail and for the polish to not chip only after a couple of days for a $50 simple one color gel manicure. Do not recommend. Requested style: Gel Manicure

I got a pedicure and a manicure with dip powder. My toes and the customer service were really great. However, I got dip on my nails (short) and several cracked the same day unfortunately. I was going out of the country for a wedding so I was unable to go back to get them fixed. It has been a week and they have all cracked. I am really disappointed because I never get my nails done and decided to treat myself.

Salon is beautiful and the nail tech was great. The 2 star rating is for pricing. First, they charge for soaking off nails? Everyone knows it is bad for your nails to take them off yourself. However, I agreed and said that s fine because I do understand it takes time to soak off. Total for dip set with soak off is $45 When I went to check out they told me my total was $50? I saw the receipt and they charged for special shape . Mind you, my nails were already shaped round, have been for months, that is literally the natural curvature of nails? It wasn t like they put 10 tips on and had to cut and file them. My real nails were already round. I enjoy the salon but I do not appreciate the lack of transparency about pricing.

UPDATE: I am adding stars back to my review because the owner/manager clearly takes pride in her customer service and truly wants her guests to have an incredible experience. Although my nails weren t great, the environment is definitely top notch as I stated and backed-up from the other stellar reviews, I think I just had a misfortunate isolated experience. I am incredibly impressed with the quality and pride she takes in her salon. I would definitely recommend going to see Chloe and her staff just setting maybe a clear expectation of what you are looking for. I plan to revisit the salon and will definitely be updating my review again, as I m confident this was just an isolated incident. ** I contemplated leaving a review because the owner and staff were so nice! But I hit up a new place because I happened to be in Highland Village and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted kindly and showed a picture of what I wanted. I will start by saying Dee did an amazing job on my pedicure and the owner was pleasant through everything. Also, my nail tech (name not disclosed on review for privacy but happy to share with owner) was also incredibly kind and friendly. HOWEVER, he definitely was not experienced to do a simple short almond nail with simple nail design which I opted out of after the painful and not aesthetic service I was getting. I had a photo of how short I wanted my nails and I kept having to ask for shorter and they still were extremely long when I left. I could have dealt with that but the problem was the shaping and OVER-filing. Most of my nails were over-filed and broke the skin on almost all my nails to the point of bleeding (see photos) and the shape just was not clean or consistent. I ended up going to my regular salon right after to get them redone (so painful due to the acetone to soak off and all the damage but I couldn t live with the nails for them to heal). The point is, not every nail tech can perform certain shapes, etc. This should be taken into major consideration when a customer shows what they want from the moment they walk in the owner should really take this into consideration when assigning a technician.

1st time here and it was overall a good experience. Excellent customer service. I was greeted right away and I didnt have an appt and I was able to be seated within 10 minutes. I was offered a complimentary drink which I thought was amazing! I got a gel mani and gel pedi. I felt very relaxed and both of my techs were great and attentive. My only complaint was my nail polish looks a little lumpy but maybe its just the brand. Other than that Ill definitely be back.

I took my daughter here today as a celebration gift for graduating from elementary school. She wanted to get tips for the first time with nail art. They never miss! I decided to get my nails done for a wedding and I came in with a rough idea of what I wanted, but wasn t sure on the exact details. They were so patient and accommodating as I was going through some ideas. I pitched in my vision and they created it! At the end, the nails came out amazing; even better that what I imagined. First time at Milano. Well worth the trip. Beautiful place and great location on Harden in mckinney tx. They greeted me and answered my questions as to the type of services they provide. Don a fantastic job on my feet and legs, pedicure. He was gentle and professional. I rate him a 10. And Raymond did my manicure. My fingers and hands look and feel rejuvenated. I even had the frozen mango margarita. My only regret was I wish I had time to have 2. It was refreshing. I plan to return for mothers day.
