This establishment is the worst I have ever been to... We were waiting more than 20 minutes for our order to be taken and neither of the two employees who had done so... I will definitely never return to this establishment... I will continue going to another establishment because this is without a doubt tremendous rubbish

Oof. 15+ minutes in line today only to get to the window and have the kid ask me to repeat my order because he was really busy and didn t get it. I was wondering why the car in front of me was bailing out while I was pulling up. Whoever owns this place needs to wake up or this one is going the way the Lakeside and 407 locations went.

I am not normally one to leave poor reviews, but we just waited 35+ minutes in the drive-thru for two smoothies. This is not to insult the team working there, but management and ownership have not been training or implementing systems well. The store was very inefficient and we were barely acknowledged by the team. We finally got our order and it was wrong, so we had to wait even longer to have it corrected. The service here is normally slow, but today was a whole new level. I hope this review can help management see the need for better systems and more training for the team.

I don t know what changed, this used to be the best location but the past few times the smoothies have been very bland like they forgot ingredients or cut down on something, the smoothies with yogurt are almost all yogurt, and it s hard to get the correct size sometimes even if the correct item and size is on the receipt.

Sunday Afternoon at Flower Mound Smoothie K, this African American Girl with beads didn t know what she was doing. First, she made me wait 10 mins at the drive thru, even when there was only one car in the front. Then finally when I ordered and it was time to pay, she blamed my Apple Pay wasn t working when clearly I used it fine at a different store a day before. Smoothie King you need to get your workers and machines in order.

They re so frugal with their toppings. The other smoothly kings fill the smoothie bowl up to the brim. They fill theirs 2/3 of the way to the top. I ve asked repeatedly to fill it to the top and they refuse. These bowls cost $12. What they give is not worth 12.00. I ll drive out of my way to a different location instead of returning here.

So I came here one time to get a smoothie I had no idea what I wanted and so after a little bit I was like I looked through the menu and I saw a banana Passion on the metabolism boost section legitimately the best smooth. The lady in the morning is always so sweet and she got me on the rewards app and Ive been getting so many smoothies and racking out my points that I love it thank you sweetie king

Patient, helpful employees and good smoothies. We dont normally go to Smoothie King, so they were very patient with all of our questions. We greatly appreciated that. The smoothies themselves were very good, but priced a little high, which is why I gave them four out of five stars. But, I do recommend them if you dont want to make your own smoothie and are looking for something in the specialty market.

Very tasty and quick so you can be in and out if youre rushing somewhere. I like that they have a drive thru as well and the inside is clean. One of the employees was a little rude, but other than that a good experience! I ordered the Green Tea Tango with raspberries and definitely suggest trying it.

There is no reason for water to not be free especially If you order a smoothie. On top of that the service is slow and it takes ages for me to get my smoothie. Prices are expensive and even on 5 dollar Friday s it s barley worth the price. I could make all of Africa a smoothie at their prices.

I love smoothies but feel like they are overpriced here. I dont like the plastic cups either because your smoothie melts way too fast. The Styrofoam cup kept it colder longer. So I have stopped coming here for those reasons.

Absolutely awful experience and customer service. I asked for no milk due to breastfeeding and my son is allergic, well they put milk in it anyways. My son had a horrible allergic reaction, I have had to stop feeding and pump and dump. Milk can take up to 3 weeks to get out of the system and that means a severe issue for my supply. When I called there was no manager in all weekend. When I called the morning a manager finally came in she refused to look up my order at that time, never called me back, then when I called to follow up she lied saying she tried calling me 5 times then when explained the issue she just kept saying ok with an attitude. This will go further and above her. This is a serious issue. If I could give a review with no stars I would.

My boyfriend and I try different smoothies at this location often. The smoothies are always good. We do miss the old cups but we bought the smoothie kings koozies and just keep them in our car. No biggie. The service is good here. But we always love when the attendant reminds us to add muscle builder or whatever cause I always forget unless they remind me.

Extremely disappointed in the changes of protein. Really enjoyed the strawberry lean one protein. Ordered it twice last week and was not told about the change. It tasted horrible so I had to go back in the second time to find out why. Turns out they don t have strawberry protein and now it s the vanilla one with strawberries. Would have been nice to know before I paid almost six dollars for it. Also, online it still shows the drink containing strawberry protein, so I m not sure if it s just this location that made the change or all of them.

Smoothie King gets 2 stars at best. The drinks are barely nutritious because the majority of the drink is comprised of ice with very little of the other items. Observe them make your smoothie!! Also, the employees seem as if they dont want to be there and are not friendly!

My family and I have been going to this place for as long as it has been open. Up until recently, the girl that worked there was amazing. We generally drive-through in the morning on the way to school for kids breakfast. The girl that worked there was quick, able to take the order without asking twice, and processed a smoothie that tasted consistently good. In the last few weeks, several new teenagers are now running the store in the morning, and it has been a huge disappointment. At first, we figured it was a learning curve. Now we have realized The overall quality has just dropped. Orders now take two or three explanations, our minimum wait time for two smoothies is now between 5 and 10 minutes (even when there is no one in the store) and overall attentiveness and customer service is not professional. My wife and I agreed that we would give it one more chance, but if we have the same lack of service and slow service, that we will stop ordering from this place. The reason why the time is so important, is that the kids have been late to school every time we order from here. The school is not accepting a reason like the drive-through was slow. Hoping this changes, but for now, it looks like we will most likely be going to other morning restaurants until this changes.
