Found the wrong 2x4s still in the same bin after telling them about it 4 weeks ago. I also needed roofing today, but couldnt even get to the tar paper or drip edge because the employees staged orders and products to be stocked in front of it. I refuse to have to work to get to the materials I need to get work done, or waste time waiting for someone else to move it. To the point now where Lowes is making it hard for me to get the materials I need, so going to go elsewhere. Update 09/01/2024...tried Lowes again because it was close by. Needed some pickets that they had in stock but had none stocked in the bin. The pickets I needed were stacked up 8 ft high outside the lumber doors and bundled. A cashier tried to get people in lumber and other departments to help, but every employee he asked refused to help. This just reinforces that this store doesnt want your money....or at least my money anyways. If I could take away the one star I have to give, I would.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Lowes location. The store manager, Martina, and the customer support team are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I ordered a grill from Lowes website, but this store sent me a defective product with no packaging at all. The grill arrived with deep scratches, fingerprints, and a Lowes price sticker attached. When I called to exchange it for a new product, the staff and manager were not only rude but also ignorant of customer service. After being placed on hold multiple times, they still refused to exchange the product. To make matters worse, they scheduled a pickup for the defective grill on the next Tuesday without my approval. I strongly advise avoiding this store due to their poor service and lack of professionalism.

You have kids that wanna do the kids workshop make sure you sign up before. We didnt and didnt know. My kids sat on the table ready to start. Just for me to tell they said no. Kids crying! Then my 5 years says lets go to HD instead. Teenagers working the workshop said yes go to HD, its alot better kinda laughing at my kid. Reported it and never got a apology.

Lowes in Flower Mound is a decent option for home improvement needs, but it doesnt quite measure up to Home Depot. The store is well-organized and clean, and the staff are generally helpful, but the selection isnt as extensive as Id like. I often find myself having to go to Home Depot for items that Lowes doesnt carry. Prices are comparable between the two stores, but Home Depot often has better sales and promotions. Overall, Lowes is a decent option if its convenient, but if you have the time, I recommend checking out Home Depot for a wider selection and potentially better deals.

Looking for storage racks, this was interesting to accommodate the 27 gallon snap on lid containers. They also have a nice Craftsman rack that has solid shelf metal instead of the wire rack at a decent price. Pricing is competitive or lower than the Depot.

Nacion the MOD, and Dee in returns was over the top on Customer Service last night. Explained my problem with my item. I didnt have my receipt, usually this can be an issue. However, they looked me up by my phone number, then my cc, they did their due diligence. Found my purchase and purchase date. Did my return, replaced the item. And I was on my way. That is Customer Service!!! When you have been in the Customer Service business like myself for over 35 years, and a Customer tells you. Ive been in the customer service business for ya da ya da ya da. I want so badly to say but cant. Anyone that has a job is in the Customer Service business . Its all in how you take care of your Customers. And Nacion, and Dee took care of me yesterday. Thank you for keeping me as repeat customer.

I was up there the other day and I heard slurs yelling from some kids in the gardening department but I was there for wood so I didn t really care but I ended up getting help from someone named Logan Launch or something like that and he was very helpful with a grand old helpful face (wife thought he was cute and so did I) but that s not the point. Very helpful on which type of wood I would need for my backyard and he rocked my world!!! Wish he would rock me but that s unprofessional. He then said have a good night sir and it really made me feel a certain way. Will be back!!

Signed a contract for just five replacement windows 50 WEEKS AGO and there is still no resolution. The whole episode has been farcical from the start - installers not showing up for appointments, items not at the store for contractor to pick up, incorrect window (not to code) installed, incorrect items supplied by Lowes to installer, another window installed that is faulty, screen missing on window, and so on. An email was sent to the store manager in July but he didnt even have the courtesy to respond. Today, the installer called to say they couldnt make todays appointment to re-install one of the windows. And zero communication from Lowes at all (again). We have spent thousands of dollars at Lowes Flower Mound over the years as local and loyal customers. Unfortunately, they just do not care. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THEIR INSTALLATION SERVICES!

Better finish your home improvement project within 90 days, otherwise you cant return any unused items, even if you still have the original receipt. This is a terrible return policy, especially in todays contractor climate where many of them are scheduling 60-90 days in advance. I try to support brick and mortar businesses, but if they are going to start giving up on supporting their customers after 90 days, then whats the point. Extend your return policy out to 365 days just like you do for people who also use the Lowes store card. One shouldnt have to play the financial allegiance game just to receive equal treatment.

I ve been a Lowes CC holder for several years. I am always amazed at the disrespect many of the Flower Mound location associates exhibit to individuals they presume don t know anything about home improvement and or have no clue what they are needing. Which most of the time, I do know what I need. Although, I may need help finding it in the store. Also, again, many of the associates assume everyone who has served in the US Armed Services wants to be put on blast! Asking, Military of MyLowes? Then, there s the issue that comes after that, Do you have a military photo ID? If you are military, they want to make darn sure you re not lying for their 10% discount. My spouse turned in his Military ID! Learn what that means! Furthermore, I ve said to heck with the discount! It s just not worth the hassle. They almost act robotic in their customer care and check out practices. Not to mention the self-check out options as opposed to actually encountering a real person at a register. Not all Lowes locations are like this specific location. And, why I have stayed a Lowes CC holder. The Flower Mound location could be and ought to be managed better than what I and my family have experienced over the years. It s gotten to the point, I m seriously considering to switch to the other big box home improvement store.

Ordered a dishwasher on 10/15, that was in stock, for installation and was assured that I would have a phone call within 48 hours to schedule install. It took three phone calls on my part to get the install scheduled for 10/23. On day of installation, I received a phone call that the dishwasher could not be located and the installation would need to be rescheduled with a call promised within 48 hours (by Wednesday) as to when that would be. Completely unacceptable! I am cancelling this ordered. Installation team / contract needs to be replaced!

Very disappointing and frustrating! The store is fine, but their Professional Installers are anything but professional. They didnt reach out when my item was delivered for 2 days. I had to call the help line to figure out why, but there were no apologies or excuses for the delay. They eventually called but didnt leave a message to let me know who they were. The burden to schedule an install is entirely on the customer because they couldnt care less.

This is my favorite Lowes location. Its in an above average strip mall with ample parking. It could be nicer if there were more trees in the parking lot for shade but thats my only complaint. The store layout is typical for a big box hardware store so stuff is fairly easy to find. There can be a wait to checkout but usually its short. I like that theres a separate entrance for returns so theres no interference with other shoppers entering the store.

I ve been wanting to buy new cabinets for our kitchen. It seems like the folks at Lowe s in our hometown don t seem as friendly and helpful as the ones here at the Lowe s in Flower Mound. Marc, the associate working in the cabinet area, was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products and gave us lots of different ideas and options. He suggested how to get us started and seemed genuinely interested and excited for our project. I will definitely be returning to this Lowe s for help with my next projects.

After having a gallon of paint explode in my car, I went to the store to share my complaints and to get my money back. Thinking I would be apologized too and refunded a manager made it more difficult. I went into the store to share my complaint about the manager to the store supervisor to hear the supervisor told me I m acting the way I described her. The disgust this brought to my stomach, that a 60 year old store supervisor would tell me, a teenage customer. In the years I have worked customer service I have never heard a client nor employee speak so wrongly to someone. I have contacted corporate and will make sure to cancel my Lowe s credit card and go to Home Depot.

I always have a hard time finding assistance. Need more employees on the floor. Go to The Home Depot for an example of good customer service! U ship both more than once a week and I much prefer Home Depot

I was shopping with my mother in the garden center and she had 2 items in the basket and I had 4 items. We pushed the basket to the register and the cashier Kris came around and immediately started scanning. My polite mother said to her that only 2 of the items were hers and the rest were mine as she was already scanning things.The woman sighed and rolled her eyes. Ok, I let this one go. Then my mother said my husband is military and the woman literally threw her head back, rolled her eyes again, and sighed again as if she was so put out. I picked up my things and told her I was going inside to pay since we were being such a huge inconvenience for her. I went to the customer service counter to pay. The young lady working inside was very polite as I told her what happened. I m not one to normally complain but that woman s behavior was ridiculous. I did go back in to the garden area so I could see her name tag and I told her I did not appreciate her rolling her eyes at us. She was argumentative and said you got mad at me first . I just walked away.

I wanted to purchase some decomposed granite and encountered the most helpful and pleasant sales associate. Not only did he advise me as to how much to buy but he carried it from the back of the store to my truck. Thank you to Hunter, the associate.

Placed an online order and was told it would be ready within 30 min. I called back and no one answered. Proceeded to go inside and there were four people at the customer service counter just standing there while the guy who was supposed to fulfill my order told me he was in the break room and was going to get my order in a minute. The lady who I spoke with had zero personality and seemed as if she was high. Terrible service and lack of good leadership if any here.

Lowe s measured my floors yesterday for new flooring. I received a call with an estimate for a lot more than what the salesman and I talked about. I drove to the store and the salesman was at lunch. Claudia, in the floor department, was about to get off but was kind enough to go through the estimate line item by item with me. Underlayment was included in the price but I didn t need that. The floor has the pad attached. Once that was removed plus the 5% discount on materials for using a Lowe s card the price was where it was supposed to be. Claudia gets 5 stars because she stayed after and helped me. Lowe s gets 2 stars because they just called and said the floor is back ordered and the issue with the quote!!!!

Tyra at the appliances department was very helpful. She did what Samsung couldn t do for me for over 4 months! She was caring enough to go back to the storage to find out that they had the refrigerator that I wanted in stock where the system said that there was none. Tyra got as excited as I was to find the fridge. I placed the order right then and got it delivered and installed in less than a week. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Heading home from Lowes with my problem solved, thanks to Christina at the service desk at the Flower Mound location. I had made 3 calls and 2 visits to the store to exchange a broken vanity top. I was told I had to bring the entire cabinet back the night before, which was alot of work but we did She asked some questions, did some troubleshooting and some research, and was able to find a replacement top in store vs us having to return the entire thing and order another one and wait 3 more weeks to get it in. She did something any of the other 3 people I spoke with could have done, but didnt! I appreciate her going to extra mile to get us taken care of!

Got nothing against shopping in store. We shopped for new doors at Lowes and paid for the doors and install in advance. When our scheduled install day finally approached (1+ months later) Lowes didnt have our door in stock that wed already paid for. Took another month to reschedule. During the whole process I had to call Lowes to find out what happened. I was promised phone calls and explanations by the manager, but never received them. Wont use this Lowes again for any installation services. Further, when we finally did get the install, the trim pieces had dents and nicks in them. Poorly done Lowes.

Purchased 8 bags of mulch on 12/9/22 at the Flower Mound , TX location . The cashier called twice for assistance to load. No one ever came so I ask for scissors to open up the new palette of mulch as it was shrink wrapped . There was a male employee that saw me several times trying to load my vehicle and never tried to offer any assistance when I asked the cashier about him helping me. I was told he was the loader I just thought any employee could offer assistance . Team Work Makes the Dream Work Lowes. A little disappointed it the customer service today.

Trying to get new counter tops, they guy that was working that day, was busy, he told me he would be right with me. So I went to get the other things I needed. When I went back to that department, he was finishing up with the same other customer. As I watched for him to come help me, he went to talk to another person instead of helping me. I pushed the help button again and along came two other employees. I informed them how long I was waiting for help. They did give me some information I needed, and went to get the employee for that department. He finally came to help me. He tried to find a contractor to come measure my counter tops for the perfect fit, but no one was available. So he asked me to email him the measurements and assured me that he would place the order. Well I did what he asked and I have never heard back from him! I am taking my business somewhere else! How can you make it up to me? I get all my home projects stuff here. But since this happened I have been going elsewhere. This is the first time Ive ever had this kind of issue here.

Like the selection. Sometimes its hard to find someone to help you. However, when you do find someone, they are always super nice and very helpful. We have purchased ceiling fans, a dishwasher, various toilet parts and assorted hardware and cleaning products. We have been pleased with the quality of everything we have purchased. We prefer Lowes to Home Depot. Our experience with Home Depit has not been terrible but we prefer the customer service at Lowes.

Plant clearance section in flower mound is pathetic! I was informed by a staff member that Lowes would rather just dispose of the plants than offer a better deal than clearance price even with half dead plants! In addition, F.M lowes is behind on clearance pricing compared to Lewisville on the same exact plants! When I pointed this out to a staff member, I was told to go to Lewisville instead hmmmm, rude!

We wont do any more special orders at this store. We get the phone call letting us know its in and to pick it up at the order desk. We go in a couple of days later to get our order and they cant find it. Some one in the back will bring up for us. We wait thirty minutes or more and nothing happens. We had an appointment to get to and will have to go back and try again. The folks working there are super, but the ordering process leaves a lot to be desired. We will try another store next time.

Dealing with this location has been nothing but difficult. When I call, no one answers the phone. I get re-routed and placed on hold, then hung up on. I would NOT recommend their assembly service. We purchased furniture and assembly. It took over a month to have it delivered without being assembled. I called and got attitude from some male staff saying they dont send people out for delivery. Eventually he admitted that they messed up and should have assembled it BEFORE delivery. He was rude and acted like this was my fault some how? When the furniture was finally delivered, a chair was delivered broken.Im constantly on their phones waiting with no answer. I complained to their corporate office and will complain again. Its not even worth dealing with them - i cant tell you how many hours Ive wasted on the phone with them trying to get in touch with someone or someone who could help!

Hats off to Kevin in the plumbing department. They are really understaffed today, but he told me the part I needed, told me where to find it, and came by the department to make sure I had the correct part. Tough times these days in retail, but Lowes came through for me big time today.

This place is horrible! Just moved here and been there twice. No one cares! The first trip I waited 20 mins to get someone to help me after asking for help, each time they page someone to that area but no one comes. After 3 pages someone finally shows up. Most recent trip (2nd trip) I was buying particle board to floor my attic. After gathering up all of the particle board and placing it on the cart i proceed back to the saw. There are no employees anywhere to be found. So i walk to the and have them page someone.No one shows up.So I walked up to the front again and asked again to have someone paged to the saw. Again no one ever comes. So the 3rd time I walk up to the front and asked for a manager. He comes out and tells me that person is out to lunch. First off couldnt believe he told me that. No one is cross trained? No one covers for anyone when they go to lunch? So I asked him if he could help me. So we proceed to walk back to the saw but he tells me on the way that he doesnt think its working. Really so he knew the person that worked that area was out to lunch and he knew the saw didnt work but continued to let me wait? When we get there he looks at it and tells me it doesnt work. So all this time (now 35 mins) at the store not only did no one come but the manager (Jeremy) knew the person was on lunch and knew the saw didnt work but was okay with me waiting anyway. So dissapointed in the lack of empathy! Dont waste your time here. No one cares and it always starts at the top!!!
