I wouldnt recommend going out of your way to see this (even in the Spring when all the flowers are blooming), but I did like that the city had a little spot for its name. During the Spring, the flowers are beautiful!

We love to visit The Flower Mound on Easter. I enjoy the tradition of putting up the three crosses to commemorate the holiday.

Winter time 2 stars or less. Why? No flowers. Maybe spring is better. I will add a star as I liked the walk, and view of planes landing at dfw.

Susan Stevens at the flower mound store was able to resolve an issue in 15 minutes that I had spent over 3.5 hrs on phone trying to resolve . ATT should let Susan show the company how customer service is suppose to work because ATT phone customer service is VERY lacking and aggravating. Thanks for a good job Susan

Humdrum place but keeps its beauty across four seasons. It s peaceful and cozy. Many people also visit to have family pictures. Parking lots are huge. There are flags for coming Memorial Day.

My first time visiting was December 2020. After all the time Ive lived in the area I have always wanted to stop by. Not much to see this visit since the fire department had just ran a control burn. I see people come here to be photographed when flowers are in bloom. Its a nice little spot.

Interesting to see the physical space the town is named after. There are some very old bw photos of this space in books on the history of Flower Mound at the Flower Mound public library; you would not recognize it today. The Flower Mound itself is surrounded by homes and retail shopping. Theres not too much to see there but during the spring the bluebonnets are beautiful.

Its a mound of dirt that has run of the mill wildflowers for a couple months out of the year. Why FloMo decided to take its name from this geographic oddity is beyond me. Youre better off going to any other FloMo park if you want nature or a slightly elevated view.

Wonderful piece of virgin prairie preserved right in the middle of town. A great example of what used to be here when European settlers first moved in.

Its The Mound this city is named after, and yes it has flowers growing on it. I heard it is an Indian Burial ground. So probably best to view from a distance, like from the road.

The citys name sake isnt much to look at outside of the spring months. No close parking and not much for kids to do... but during the spring you can get some fantastic pictures of literally hundreds of different wild flowers.
