I CANNOT rave high enough about our event Held at Circle R. From the communication initially with the event coordinator, Kelli-to the food(BBQ- YUM!!), to the FANTASTIC attentive event staff , (from the girls who MCd the games, to the servers) and how well the games were handled and how smoothly everything went- We were -beyond- impressed! Everyone had a great time. The grounds were so beautiful. I never like to have a company party at the same place twice, but even while still there, I repeatedly said that I would TOTALLY do it again. It was SOOO nice not to have to have everything on my shoulders and be able to just relax and enjoy the party myself for a change. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Attended with a leadership event. The venue may be nice, but they were 1,000% overwhelmed. Stood in line for over 2 hours for dinner and never made it to the point where I could get food. They ran out of hot dogs and the chicken dish and trimmed the sides down to serving less than 2 ounces of each. Bronc rider got hurt and they didnt even have EMS onsite. Entire experience was very disappointing. My recommendation is to stick to event sizes you know you can support and have EMS onsite before the rodeo begins.

A fun place! Beautiful scenery and well kept. I attended Market Days this weekend, met some wonderful crafters and enjoyed some wonderful specialty coffees as well as a full menu for lunch. The kiddos enjoyed a bounce house and a petting zoo. They even had a well stocked bar selling alcoholic drinks of your choice! The afternoon rodeo was the frosting on the cake! Highly recommend Circle R Ranch!

We had our Staff Retreat at Circle R and had a great time!! The food was plentiful, and the building was cool. The Cowgirl Up challenge was fun and entertaining, to say the least! We also did the Murder Mystery show - it was a great time trying to figure out who dun it! Thank you, Kelli Green, for a wonderful time!

We had a fantastic experience at Circle r Ranch for a team client appreciation event. The venue was clean and well maintained, The staff was fun and friendly and excellent at helping to facilitate the event without anything feeling forced. The food was also excellent, I saw a lot of people go back for seconds on the brisket, lol. I would definitely recommend this venue if youre looking for a place to host a gathering.

This is a sprawling ranch! Big enough for picnics, dancing, catering events and other outdoor activities for both young and old. The rodeo was exciting to watch. There activities for all to enjoy. I would recommend this to families of all sizes.

A great venue for large groups. Was here for a company meeting of about 600 people. Large indoor space with picnic tables and stage area, and lots to roam outside and enjoy the ranch. Oh and yes there is A/C! Was entertained by a rodeo with local talented cowboys/cowgirls. Staff was attentive and the facilities kept clean.

Awesome event place for most any occasion. Theres a quaint rustic feel to the place, though still very modern and professional in appearance and quality. Very scenic area with horses, outdoor grilling, a well-kept pond with a fountain, and fully furnished buildings to host events with everything you need. Definitely recommend!

We recently went to a delightfil event here, with the Summit Club. The food was as good as last year and the venue really showcased the fund raiser. Staff were helpful and the 2 lady bar tenders were REALLY excellent at their jobs! Highly recommend.

While having dinner ... I informed the help that I was not going to eat the meat and that I was a vegetarian... they told me they will let the cook know so veggies could be heat up for my meal. After waiting for a while... a staff member came to my table to let me know that the cook said that it was too late for him/her to fix the vegetable plate. I definitely will NOT recommend this place. It will not have taken the cook ten minutes to steam a plate of veggies. The Circle R Ranch is Beautiful on the outside on the front...once inside the venue...it is completely different.

We were fortunate to partake in a corporate retreat on this down home north Dallas ranch. The accommodations, the hospitality, the entertainment, the food... were all outstanding. We enjoyed an awesome weather day with a plethora of outdoor fun activities and team building, capped off with an open bar and grilled steak dinner, as well as a singing cowboy. Some ranch ladies offered a good ole Western dance class later that evening that many partook in while others hung around the fire pit and told stories. Awesome evening. It rained on our second day but the on-site staff was able to conjure up a bunch of fun indoor activities. The corporate presentations were excellent, due in no little part to how accommodating the staff and facilities were. Id love to go back. It was a memorable ole Texas style few days. Very cool!

We come here for a very large company picnic every October. The place is large enough to accommodate a few hundred ppl for this function. Im sure they have enough space for 1000 or more ppl. They have a large area for parking as well. Thus area is grass. The facility has tables and chairs. This would be a great place for a large country wedding. I always look forward to this function. My kids love the hoarse back riding they offer.

This is one of the most beautiful event spaces in Texas. The facility is super clean, the staff is outstanding, and there are so many areas for organizing activities both in and outdoors. There is a beautiful performance stage. And the views are spectacular! If you are there at night remember to look up. Ive never seen so many stars. Its breathtaking!
