Was sent to Dr. Wang for a root canal on a molar that was causing intense pain. Dr. Wang took care of the root canal successfully as well as adjusting the tooth when it was causing issues during the healing process because the bite was off. I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding care I received by Dr. Sandy Wang for the multiple root canal procedures during the last couple of months. Dr. Wang isnt just an incredibly skilled and professional endodontist, shes also a warm and empathetic soul. Right from the initial consultation, she took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. What truly impressed me was Dr. Wangs unique ability to blend professionalism with genuine warmth. She always listened to my concerns and addressed them with patience and understanding. Dr. Wang is wonderful. She is a very busy woman, working on her own and always doing what s best for all her patients. She is so good about checking in on me and making sure I m comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. I didn t feel anything. She truly does have gentle hands. Thankfully, they take insurance and her receptionist/assistant does her best to work with insurance as much as possible. Unfortunately dental work is never affordable but, at least they do their best to work with you. They are respectful and super nice. I love how clean and modern the interior design is too. It s a great place. I continue to see her for routine check ups.

No need to look any further for an endodontist because Dr. Sandra Wang is amazing. She took the time in explaining what to expect, listening to me and my husband s concerns because I was very anxious. She would show me my then n now x-rays. Dr. Wang made me feel comfortable during my procedure. This was my first root canal. I m happy to say I don t have the same stories of some of my friends and family with their horrible experience of a root canal. I will only refer her and go back to her if I need another one.

Dr. Wang is very knowledgeable and skilled at her job. The office setting is very nice and welcoming. I did not have to wait long to be seen and start my root canal. She walks you through the process and ensures you are comfortable and pain free from start to finish. My treatment was completed over the course of two visits. Her receptionist did a great job scheduling my appointments and getting me in the office quickly. Overall I have only positive comments on Dr. Wang. Wow, what a great experience! I was referred to Dr. Wang for an emergency root canal. I had a cracked molar and lots of pain. My procedure was absolutely flawless and exceeded my expectations many times over. Dr. Wang is not only one of the coolest doctors you will ever meet, her professionalism and quality of work is of the highest standard. She completely erased my entire problem with zero pain. I couldnt be a happier patient with FM Endodontics and Dr. Wang! From someone whos a lifelong non-fan of the dentist and people prodding around in my mouth, she makes the process SO much more bearable. I came in for a root canal, and the process has been phenomenal given the circumstances of needing a tooth basically cut out. Dr. Wang has been more than accommodating to my rescheduling habits, communicated every step along the way, and just overall a professional in every facet. I cannot recommend this place enough! Hopefully I never need another root canal, but if I do, I know exactly where Ill be coming!

I went in for root canal. She numbed my gum for less than 10 seconds and just stuck a needle in my tooth area for anesthesia. It was excruciating pain because my gum area wasnt numbed at all. I was asked to wait 10 mins before starting treatment but ended up sitting and waiting for more than 40mins while my anesthesia was wearing off. She was obviously over booked. I had enough when I was told to pay incredibly expensive treatment fee even before the procedure started. Totally unprofessional experience and way over the price range of normal root canal. Do not be fooled by the D magazine awards. D magazine is just a paid advertisement. Incredibly disappointed and felt like I was being scammed the whole time. Do yourself a favor and look for a Doctor with a heart. One positive note was front desk lady. She was very apologetic and understanding. It felt like front desk lady was used to apologizing on behalf of this rude dentist. Please shop around and avoid this place.

My husband came to Dr Wang by dental recommendation for a 3rd time. Each Dr telling him something different regarding is issue. Dr. Wang had no idea what to do either. Kept telling my husband needed more xrays 3d xrays and to do a root canal just to see down inside his 1 tooth, but likely not fixing the problem. We spent hundreds of dollar for Dr. Wang to not know whats going on. Do not recommend.

She is professional and very experienced at her job and even though the VA chose her for these procedures I was very pleased on how everything turned out. I would use her again without question. I was in terrible pain. My dentist referred me to Jeannie Wang DMD, MSD who has a 3D imagery system and who graciously opened a spot for me a few hours later! Dr Wang was able to find the bad tooth and preform a root canal procedure to cure my problem. Dr. Wang was not only friendly and concerned about my well-being, she is a master in the art of dentistry, with all the modern techniques. I was awake the whole time as she explained each step of the procedure and skillfully preformed each task with the utmost precision. As far as root canals go, it went like a walk in the park. I needed a root canal and my Dentist referred me to Dr. Wang. If it werent for the unpleasant procedure I would want to go visit the office and Dr. Wang every week! Extremely disappointed in the whole experience, will NEVER be going back and here is my story in few words: Called -> inquired the avg. price for a specific tooth -> was given $1,400-$1,800 by Brenda -> made an appointment to fix my tooth. Upon arrival on time I was asked to pay $100 and till today I do not know for what, no receipt was provided at all and when I asked for it over e-mail, $100 was reimbursed back to me. I was happy to get my $100 but I just wish I knew what I was charged for to begin with. I waited WAY over an hour, was never approached thank you for waiting, doctor will be with you soon, none of this sort. This showed me a really poor customer service. I was honestly ready to walk away but they made me pay $100 with no receipt... After so much wait I finally saw dr. Sandy Wang. She spent with me 3-5min and asked me to book another appointment to come back to fix the tooth. I was actually confused as why we were not fixing it that day or why I was never told it was a 5min appointment. I drove 40 min all the way from Las Colinas to fix my tooth not to see a doctor for 5 min that I waited for so long just to tell me the same what my dentist diagnosed me with. As I was ready to leave, Brenda asked me to wait. After waiting for 10 min I approached her and asked her why I was waiting, said if it was ok to leave and get a call if anything urgent. Her tone has changed, Brenda preferred to waste my time and make me wait to make her job easier instead of accommodating a patient, me. She became very unpleasant and told me she was going to e-mail me instead. I said I preferred a phone call, as I was a software engineer, not savvy in dental terms and that is why I wanted her to go over them on the phone with me. She insisted on the e-mail only and if I had a question I could call back....after her comment I was extremely offended and frustrated, after SO MUCH waiting the least she could have done is to accommodate my ask to get a phone call. I left -> Brenda called -> she did NOT explain everything clearly, she was short with her answers and I had a feeling she just wanted to get rid of me, I did understand the final price of my tooth was going to be $4,100 and till today I do not know why. I never got the promised price break down e-mail, but she had no problem charging my insurance for $306. Overall experience was horrible, I felt I was lied to by getting an inaccurate avg. cost so they would trick me in visiting the office. Waiting part was a complete disaster, I should have just left and let them keep my $100. I am NEVER going back there again and I really hope my post can be a good example what their office needs to improve on. Meanwhile I will file a report with my dental insurance about the shady business they do in the office, they DO NOT deserve a penny!! As my dental statement says, I should have paid only $16 so till today I DO NOT know why I was charged $100 and no one seems to care to explain it at their office :( I NEVER got a phone call, I was never asked what happened, and the office comment below is ridiculous, I was NEVER given amount of $174, this is completely new to me and not even sure what it is for, I am sure there will be no receipt for that either

Can t recommend Dr.Wang more highly. She took a late afternoon appointment with me due to pain with my tooth. My root canal turned out to be very complex and it ended up taking until 7 pm, well past her normal hours. I kind of apologized for my unusual root anatomy and how difficult of a procedure it surely was at the end, and her reply was - it s no problem, we got it and the root canal is perfect. She was attentive the entire time to how I was feeling, and I had zero pain through the entire procedure. Thanks again so much!

Dr. Sandy Wang is a-ma-zing!!! Very Satisfied. I wish I had the chance to visit her for all my dental needs. She is confident and definitely knows what she is doing. After visiting 2 different dentists for root canal, I was referred to her and she was able to take care of my situation the same day. Ive been so far told that I had 3 channels in my problem tooth but she was actually locate 4 channels via 3d imaging and she walked me through it! Her office is very modern and equipped with advanced tools. I also found it very helpful that she can take pictures through the operating microscope so that you can see the before and after results. Maddy was great at connecting with me in the office. Dr. Wang was super professional, kind, caring and compassionate. Her bedside manner made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She made having a root canal something not to be feared, which is great, because it took 2 visits because of my tooths root angle! I cannot say enough about this place. I had a root canal done through my crown and I am so happy that my crown was not cracked or damaged. My roots split on the bottom which makes it hard but the doctor did a fantastic job cleaning it out. My regular dentist was also impressed by her fantastic job; reserving my crown and the being able to do a great job with my complicated roots. All the staff are great and very respectful they even checked on me after the procedure. We need people like that who follow up with the patient. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.

My experience with dr. Wang started when I went to my regular dentist for intense pain on my jaw bone, it was under a molar that had a gold cap that have been on there for at least 10 years I thought for sure my tooth was bad and I was going to have it pulled but my regular dentist took an x-ray and immediately referred me to Dr Sandy Wang for a emergency root canal they didnt want to take the tooth out because of the gold crown and the tooth is still in good shape so I went to Flower Mound Endodontics. Because my condition was so serious I needed to be seen right away the pain was getting unbearable. By the time I got there, it was about 5 o clock and Sandy had to come immediately from another surgery she took a couple x-rays explain to me what the problem was and begin to work, she worked until 8 p.m. my tooth had calcified so it was a difficult situation. She handled this without hesitation, without delay, and very professionally. She truly cares about her patients here I was in her office after normal working hours and she stuck with it until the job was done and I left pain free and have had no problems since. this is a definition of a real professional. Ive been a business owner for over 15 years I know what its like to deal with the public, Dr Sandy Wang also understands the importance of her customers. To say the least Im completely satisfied with her expertise and her compassion for her work. Although I dont look forward to another root canal, but if the situation ever came up, I would go no other place. My root canal procedure is a a hard one. I had infection with my back molar tooth. From the xRay I can see the root cannal on that teeth has been started in the past but stopped. I could not remember when and where that happened in the past. Dr. Sandy told me all the root canals on that tooth were closed up completely and she needed to re-open them all and get them cleaned... But it took longer time. The procedure did take longer time than expected due to the difficulty and complexity. But Dr. Sandy demonstracted great patience and professionalism with me and I believed she followed all the professional procedures to ensure the treatment was done right. When the procecure was finally completed, I was so happy to see my root canals all opened up and can be clearly seen from the xRay.

Dr. Wang and her assistant were exceptional. After finding out I needed a surprise root canal from a dental cleaning, I called Flower Mound Endodontics. The friendly assistant set me up with a same day appointment. Dr. Wang welcoming demeanor and her willingness to explain each step of the process helped ease all the anxiety I was having. It felt as though I was having a friend perform my root canal. After the root canal, which was surprising relaxing, I took the ibuprofen and headed home with no pain. As I prepared for bed, still no pain. It was at that moment I thhought the pain is going to hit you in the morning. Well it s morning, and I still have no pain. I do have very minimal soreness, but no pain. If I ever need another root canal or hear of anyone needing one, I will highly recommend Dr. Wang. This has to be one of the best dental decisions I have ever made.

We arrived at 8am for our consultation and treatment plan. Dr. Wang s office was able to schedule the procedure that same day, at 10:30. We were informed every step of the way during the root canal process. Dr. Wang is very thorough and takes multiple x-rays during treatment. After the root canal was finished, Dr. Wang met with us and put all the x-rays up on a screen for us to review with her. She explained each step of her process and what work she completed. Dr. Wang has an excellent professional bedside manner. I would recommend her to anyone who needs to have serious dental work done. Morgan is really great too, on keeping us informed every step of the way. This root canal took three hours, which is why communication was key. Dr. Wang called us later that night to check on our son, and make sure he was doing ok. Her personal touch reflects her care for her patient s.

After being in constant pain for a week, I called Dr. Wang for an immediate root canal. She was able to get me in the next day! A two hour appointment was extended by a couple of hours due to complications. Yet, Dr. Wang continued to exemplify patience, precision, integrity, kindness, and phenomenal customer service. I needed an emergency root canal but my regular dentist couldn t fit me in so unfortunately they recommended me here. 1- The original quote was $1500, when I got there it went up to $2000! I asked for a discount as I would pay up front. They only gave my $300 off, gee how gracious. 2- The dentist needs to take more care in numbing patients! I was in tears after she poked me. I ve had lots of cavity work recently and my dentist has never hurt me when numbing. 3- I ve never had a root canal before so I didn t know what to expect. I was anxious the entire time, cried half the time and my jaw was beyond sore the numbing didn t help that pain. Yes they offered a break but no laughing gas was ever offered. 4- They put my temp crown back on but it came off 4 days later on a holiday weekend!!! Once I complained they said it can happen but they did not warn me of this at all. My crown cracked, I had to pay my other dentist for a new one and had to take time off work to take care of this in time before vacation. 5- I requested a refund of some kind considering the experience was not upscale and inconvenienced me afterwards. I have never had an issue with my regular dentist even being in the chair for an hour- hour and a half. They only offered $100 refund! Yes everything is taken care of, no problems now but the experience was not worth paying now $1600 all done. Everyone I ve talked to, including my regular dentist, said that my experience here was not acceptable.

I called the emergency line for Dr. Wangs office over the week end, due to the fact that my original dental provider didnt answer their line or return my call for over 12 hours. She promptly answered the call herself, it was not a call service answering the line for her. She found out the severity of my condition, provided me with antibiotics and advised of pain meds until I could be seen the following morning. I had a very painful abscess and needed a root canal immediately so I made an appointment with Dr. Wang who got me in right away. I had previously had an awful experience during and after root canal treatment at a prior dentist that hurt for over a month after. So needless to say, I was very scared to have this procedure done again. I have to rave about how amazing Dr. Wang is. This was the best experience and outcome you could hope for with this procedure. I was relaxed and almost fell asleep twice during the procedure. (until the end because I had a 5th root that was stubborn and did not want to break through, thats my luck lol). My front tooth RC done by Dr Wang failed just in few months. I wasnt happy with my treatment just right after RC was done. I had horrible pain for first two days which initially subsided. But recurring current like pain for 1-2 second I had several times since. Until it failed completely. I went to Dr. Wang because my previous endo was on vacation. I wish I would have waited - very good experience with him painless RC and no problem/ pain. I will never treat any RC with Dr. Wang.

I highly recommend Flower Mound Endodontics!! Nobody likes getting a root canal...but if you must, I suggest you go to Dr Wang. She was very reassuring before the procedure, checked on my comfort often during the procedure, and took time afterwards to review the entire process..and show me pictures!! My dentist had avised I needed to have a root canal redone (which he says are very rarely successful) or an implant. He referred elsewhere and I wanted to be close to home. I was so pleased I chose Flower Mound Endodontics. My first visit was just a consultation and I was so thrilled and she said there was no reason for an implant. I had my root canal done yesterday and went back to work when I was done. I have really no pain when I left and only a little through the day. Dr Wang was very patient with me as my tongue seems to roam where it should not be and makes it very hard for an e-xray. The best experience I have ever had in the dental area. I just received 6 new crown from my dentist, however I needed 3 root canal. I was VERY skeptical. I had heard horrible stories about root canals that went wrong. The 3 root canal were to be done in 2 visits. The first visit took about 1 and half hours. After the procedure was completed, I was shown high definition pictures of my teeth. I was given an ibuprofen 800mg, and I went back to work. I had no pain after ether procedures. This was my first root canal procedure, and I was apprehensive and nervous about it. Dr. Wang, Deandra the assistant, and Morgan at the front desk, however, all worked to dispel my anxieties, and settle me in for the experience. I cant say it was fun--it wasnt. It was a root canal. Dr. Wang explained in detail what would be happening, and then went about the procedure, paying careful attention to my comfort. Every root canal is different, she said, and mine was a difficult one, taking two visits to complete. But regardless, she went after it persistently, and it became clear she is more than just competent. After each of the two visits, she called twice to ask how I was doing. When the whole thing was completed the shooting pain Id originally been feeling was gone, and one extra strength Ibuprofen was all I needed for the post op pain. I highly recommend Dr. Wang and her staff.

Dr. Wang and her team are AWESOME! And this is from a facts only please guy with zero tolerance for gushiness when rating anything. I have to really be impressed to even give a four star rating, but my overall experience gets Dr. Wang and her team an honest five. I have heard the horror stories about root canals, all the pain, etc., etc., but my experience was quite the contrary. I was able to eat a normal meal last night after the anesthesia wore off, and my morning after pain factor is .5 on a scale of 0 being no pain and 10 being I wish I were dead. I am usually more sore the day after a thorough cleaning session. If I ever need another root canal, Ill go to Dr. Wang, and anyone reading this would be wise to do the same. Dr. Wang knows her stuff, she and her team are very professional yet still human and friendly, and genuinely interested in you as a person, not just a patient. How do I know this? I felt that way from the moment I first walked in their door, while in the chair with all the fingers, toys of the trade stuffed in my mouth, and especially after Dr. Wang called last night to see how I was doing, and another call this morning to check up on me. They really go the extra mile.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wang and her practice at Flower Mound Endodontics. Below is a very detailed review of my experience with a molar (#15 tooth) root canal. If you are in pain or have been asked to find a specialist for endodontic work I highly recommend you give Dr. Wang a call. I have gone to a small home town dentist all my life. This small home town dentist was the only dentist I ever had complete procedures and cleanings on my teeth. After moving to the DFW area I grew lazy and missed several cleanings and, unfortunately, found out I had developed a cavity so bad it required a root canal. Because the tooth which required the work was my back molar I was recommended to go see Dr. Wang for the procedure. Dr. Wang and her RDA Morgan were great Pre Op, Scheduling my appointment quickly and spending long hours on the phone with my difficult insurance company to identify my expected costs associated with the procedure. The day of my procedure Dr. Wang was running about thirty minutes behind I received a call from Morgan several hours before my appointment warning me so I could delay my arrival. When you walk into FM endodontics you will see that Dr. Wang invested in her practice. Dr. Wang not only has brand new top-of-the-line equipment in her office but the fixtures and finishing s are all also very high-end. The office is spotless and very comfortable. All of these put me, a very anxious person at the time, very much at ease prior to my root canal. Please do not interpret my high end comment to indicate high end pricing. After receiving several quotes Dr. Wang s pricing was very comparable to others in the area. As many surgeons do Dr. Wang has a very unique playlist. While waiting and during my procedure, music stretching from Mozart, to Beethoven, to the Chicago musical, to the Lord of The Rings played throughout the office. If you have never had a root canal, you know it is a pretty lengthy process (depending on the tooth). Throughout the two hours of my procedure Dr. Wang and Morgan both were very patient with me. They allowed me to have regular breaks, and constantly checked in to make sure I was feeling okay (i.e. not feeling anything). Dr. Wang recognized I was nervous and wanted her to talk me through what she was doing. Excellent bedside manner and was very gentle every step of the way. Dr. Wang was extremely careful and meticulous when it came to the procedure and took many pictures and x-rays throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Wang must have taken classes in dental linguistics because several times I tried to talk with my mouth full of tools and she still, miraculously, understood me! After finishing up Dr. Wang will take you into a side room that is much like a board room with a large flat screen TV where she will show you step by step photos of the work she completed talking you through each step of the process. I am a bit of a nerd when it comes to medical procedures and I really appreciated the time Dr. Wang took her to talk me through everything. Lastly, the highlight of this experience for me came several hours after I left their office and well after the office had closed. At 8:00 PM I received a personal phone call from Dr. Wang just checking in to make sure everything was feeling okay. Rarely do I have a customer service experience so great I am compelled to write this type of lengthy review, however, this experience exceeded my expectations such that I want anyone who is unsure or questioning having dental work done with Dr. Wang to be completely confident she will provide you with the absolute best possible, world class, endodontic experience. My only regret out of this entire experience is that Dr. Wang does not also see patients for general dentistry! Dr. Wang It is clear that you have a passion for both the work you do and for your patience experience. I almost never write a review, but my experience with Flower Mound Endodontics and Dr. Wang has motivated me. I m new to the area and TX altogether. I had some unexpected tooth pain and found Dr. Wang through referrals from a coworker. I did not have an appointment, but Dr. Wang fit me into her schedule right away to get me out of pain with what felt like a lifesaving shot of Novocain. When she finished with her current patients, she started my root canal. I had a flight to catch, so she completed the first half of the root canal in two appointments at my request. I think it would have been one appointment if I didn t ask to try and catch my flight. I appreciated the extra accommodation. I received personal follow up calls and first class treatment. Absolutely AWESOME experience!! I would highly recommend Dr.Wang (and her assistant Morgan) for your Endodontic (root canal) work. I was well briefed prior to and throughout the process. My case was an unusual one. Apparently I am one of 5% of the population with a extra canal and one of my canals had a 90 degree turn that required very careful handling to get exactly right. I was physically and psychologically comfortable throughout - WOW - never any anxiety and never any pain. I was treated as a person and not a procedure. I cannot express in words how appreciative I am of the wonderful service I received from the team at Flower Mound Endodontics. I was in horrible pain and was referred to Dr. Wangs office as the pain was coming from a prior tooth with a crown/root canal. She was able to fit me in that afternoon. The entire time she kept me informed of what she was doing and how things were progressing. She was patient with me when I was having some trouble staying still as there was a lot of work to be done on and my back and mouth got sore. Called me 1 1/2 hours before my appmt to tell me I would have to pay $1200 out of pocket WITH insurance. I was excited to visit this office since my initial interaction with Morgan was a great one. Originally I was given an estimate of $400-$600 for retreatment of a failed root canal. Once they found out I had a post in my tooth they called back with a new estimate of $1200. I ended up going to Dr Lee with access endodontics and he did a fabulous job. From start to finish. And I only ended up having to pay $434! Dr Wang wanted to charge over $300 for her scans. Dr. Wang repaired a root canal which had been completed more than a year ago by another dentist. During the original procedure, one of the root canals in the tooth was missed (not cleaned out) and two canals were over-filled (beyond the root tip). The nerve tissue became infected and calcified and the overextended filling material protruded into my sinus. I spent roughly three hours in Dr. Wangs chair (actually dozing off a couple of times) while she and her assistant completed this complicated and labor-intensive procedure. Dr. Wangs professionalism (explained in detail every step of the process), use of the latest technology in her practice (3D X-ray), awesome assistant and overall office cleanliness made me feel very confident that I was in good hands. I am generally a bit leery about Dentists and I just wish I could go to Dr. Wang for all of my dental needs!

Great experience considering the procedure I had to undertake. Experienced horrible pain with a back molar. My dentist advised to see an endodontist as he suspected a crack. He also informed me that there was good chance for the need of extraction as the roots were extremely curved and would be very difficult to perform a root canal. Called Flower Mound Endodontics as it was the closest to my house and after reading the good reviews. Morgan and Dr. Wang were able to immediately see me. Dr Wang took the time to talk all my options out with my after the examination and didnt push one way or another. In the end we both decided that a root canal would be the best option. The procedure took 3 hours. Dr Wang stayed late to finish the procedure and did not push for a 2nd appointment. Wonderful bedside manner and patience. My dentist even commented on the beautiful work done by Dr. Wang. Also, its important to note that I was informed b Morgan of my total charge before the procedure and what was covered by insurance. Morgan and Dr. Wang took great care of me for my first (and hopefully last!) root canal. I was very anxious about the procedure and it ended up being a very long one, but they were great about letting me know what was happening every step of the way and tried to keep me calm and comfortable. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Wang. I went in for my first root canal and it was a tricky, difficult one. Dr. Wang took her time explain the procedure to me. She is a perfectionist-which means that she will do her very best to ensure you get the best quality treatment available. Her bedside manner is a 10 plus plus. I never in a million years would have thought i could praise a dentist but Dr. Wang deserves it. I was in her office for like 4 hours but the work was needed and Dr. Wang and her assistant Morgan took their time and completed all they needed. Then to top it off Dr. Wang phoned me at like 7pm to check how i was feeling. Pure Class. Highly recommend her. Thanks so much to you Dr, Wang and Morgan.

I was recently referred to Dr. Sandy Wang by my former Endodontist who no longer accepted my regular health/dental insurance. I was somewhat worried about finding a good Endodontist for a tooth I believed from prior experience needed a root canal. I was able to research Dr. Wang on her web page and was very impressed by her medical credentials and prior listed experience. Dr. Wang was on my health/dental insurance plan as a preferred provider. I was provided an appointment within a couple of days of calling Dr. Wangs office. Being the first time to visit Dr. Wangs office, I found her office and facility new, extremely clean and sanitary. She has several rooms for performing dental work. She performed an exam and was able to confirm my tooth was cracked. She also said she would be able to save the tooth. I was extremely pleased with Dr. Wangs bedside manner, and her experience showed while performing the root canal. There is no hustle and bustle in her office and the atmosphere is relaxing and calm. Her assistant, Morgan, was kind and she was on top of all aspects of assistance from appointments, to billing, to insurance and finally to assisting Dr. Wang during my procedure. Dr. Wang will be my Endodontist of choice for any future procedures I may need. I highly recommend Dr. Wang for any future patients Endodontic needs. Outstanding service! I can t speak highly enough of my experience with Dr. Wang and her assistant Morgan at Flower Mound Endodontics. A tooth had been bothering me for quite some time to the point of radiating pain from my ear to my jaw. My dentist gave me the names of a couple of endodontists to chose from and based on the quality of patient reviews I chose Dr. Wang. The procedure called for a retreatment of a root canal performed many years ago that had become infected. Dr. Wang took the time to fully explain the process in terminology that was easily understood. The process was completed in such a way that the problem root canal was not only retreated successfully but done so without removing the crown so that it didn t need to be replaced. I highly recommend Dr. Wang and Flower Mound Endodontics. If you are in need of the services of an endodontist, don t hesitate to call and make an appointment.

Dr. Wang and staff were fantastic through my whole procedure. Very accommodating with time frames and schedule, Dr. Wang took her time explained everything in detail: before, during, and after the procedures. Also followed up with me regularly to ensure I was healing and feeling okay after the procedure, this was done by Dr. Wang directly and not just her assistant, which made me feel as though my care was always Top Priority. I was referred to Dr. Wang by my regular dentist. I was leaving the DFW that day to return to New Orleans, and I was needing a root canal. She was able take me. The 1st face I see in the office is Morgan and she greeted me very warmly and was expecting me. The office is very modern and nice! I felt very comfortable inside of her office the minute I walked inside. Prior to getting started Dr. Wang told me exactly what she was going to do and how she was going to do it. She also uses modern technology in her office. While she was working on the root canal, she kept me informed again as to what she was doing. I can tell you how great, nice, funny, down to earth doctor she is with a nice office and wonderful staff and awesome dental equipment, which she is/has all of this :-) But to sum it my visit with her this is how it happened. I went in her office in pain due to a root canal, while she was working on my tooth I fell asleep! And she followed up on with me after I left the office to make sure that I was not having any more tooth issues! I am confident the work that she did to my tooth, my pain is gone! I would recommend Dr. Sandy Wang to anyone that needs a root canal. I went to Flower Mound Endodontics to receive a root canal, and left with a great experience. Initially greeted by a very friendly and accommodating Morgan, which immediately placed me at ease. A brief wait time quickly passed as I relaxed in a very well decorated and modern waiting room. I came to experience first hand that rare combination of well-trained skill set, with deeply caring attributes to match, in Dr. Wang when I had a terrible tooth ache over a weekend that caused me to loss sleep. Upon learning my plight, Dr. Wang was able to squeeze me into her Mondays schedule. Her office is modern and chic, yet inviting and comfortable. The equipment is state-of-art and makes you feel that you are receiving the most advanced dental care possible. When was the last time you saw an operating microscope in a dental office with live imaging capability all in the same room? As I had suspected, I needed a root canal treatment to take care of the tooth ache. The most exposure to a dentist office for me had been for regular teeth cleaning. Dr. Wang patiently explained to me the procedure involved and immediately put me at ease with her calm demeanor. The procedure was quick and painless. I jokingly told her that it was less painful than my teeth cleaning, which is no exaggeration. The relief was immediate and I am exceedingly happy with the result. Needless to say, she earns a five-star rating from me.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Wang and Morgan. Dr. Wang is a phenomenal Endodontist and was incredibly gentle and sweet with my 8 year old daughter. She explained every single thing to my daughter as she was working on her and made sure she was comfortable. I was referred to Dr. Wang by a Southlake Dentist for an emergency Root Canal. I was able to see Dr. Wang the very same day of my recommendation. Hows that for being accommodating? :-) Dr. Wang and her assistant Morgan could not have provided a higher level of service. My Dentist referred me to Dr Wang for a root canal that he didnt feel comfortable preforming. WOW! What a fantantasic experience! Dr Wang & Morgan went above and beyond to take care of my needs. Their professionalisim and care are off the charts. I needed this done ASAP as I was leaving the country and they got me right in....I requested all 4 canals be done in one sitting (normally a 2 or 3 visit process)......well they stayed until 7pm that evening to make sure it was completed per my request. The next day Dr Wang not only called to check up on me once but THREE times,,,,this is unheard of in todays world! During our last call I told her I felt the swelling was a little more than it should be, without hesitation and knowing I had an 11am flight the following moring Dr Wang offered to see me early the next moring telling me if 6 am works best shed be there. Well 8 am worked...I arrived and she was there and looked me over....all good. Went on my trip without any issues what so ever. I was referred to Dr. Wang after I developed some issues from a previous root canal. On initial contact with Dr. Wang and her staff, I was immediately impressed with the facilities, equipment, and professionalism of Dr. Wang and her staff. Dr. Wang took the time to explain all the options, up to including possible surgery. Dr. Wang said the procedure would more than likely require more than 1 visit, but she was confident she would succeed without having to do surgery, and succeed she did. After multiple visits, the root canal was completed and repaired. After every visit, Dr. Wang took the time to phone and check on my condition and continue with follow-ups throughout. Dr. Wangs bedside manner, professionalism, and general care for her patients far exceeds any expectations you could have. If there was a rating more than 5 stars, she would most definately receive them all.

I definitely would recommend Flower Mound Endodontics. My dentist referred me to Dr. Wang for a root canal. During the procedure, I sensed Dr. Wang was very thorough which is always very comforting. She checked on me often making sure I wasnt in pain or uncomfortable. The best part, Dr. Wang called me in the evening to make sure I was doing okay. I had the misfortune of needing a second root canal on a tooth and finding out that I needed a root canal on the tooth next to the first one too. My dentist gave me two endodontists in the area to choose from. I loved that Dr. Wang had excellent reviews and her bio was impressive. She is also young and innovative and I knew she was getting established in the area. My son is beginning his residency in pathology and I know how important it is to get the support and start from the community. Im so happy I went to Dr. Wang! Her office is beautiful and modern and clean and you get the feeling that you will get star treatment. She was truly interested in my situation and asked about my family and job etc. Each time I came back, she still asked and we got the chance to get to know one another a bit. I feel like I made a new friend. More importantly, her professionalism is beyond words. She is thorough, up to date on procedures, she uses state of the art equipment and she took the time to sit down with me each time I had an appointment to show me films and explain everything she was doing and why. I was referred to FM Endodontics by a friend of mine (Implant Specialist) on a Friday afternoon. FM Endodontics was nice enough to get me in at 5:00pm, and provide me the necessary treatment! By the time they finished up it was almost 8:30pm. 8:30pm on a Friday for a Docs office - you cannot beat that for a Customer Service experience! The team was very courteous through the entire visit, and made you feel at home. One thing that caught me was we dont send anybody home without treating if they come in with pain!. - Arun

I cannot recommend Dr. Sandy Wang more! Her office is clean, modern and the equipment she uses is very high tech. Dr. Wang and her staff demonstrated a superior level of professionalism, competence and compassion during my visit. My case was urgent and somewhat unique as my dentist (who is also my father) lives in Las Vegas and so was not immediately available. Dr. Wang put me right at ease (even more so than my own dad) and thoroughly explained my prognosis and treatment options. After the procedure she followed up with me several times to ensure I was healing properly, and always showed a genuine interest in doing what was best for me given my circumstances every step of the way. While I hope I never have to have another root canal done, should the need arise, without a doubt, it will be with Dr. Wang!
