This is my Disneyland of donuts. The food and drink are good, but literally every person I have encountered working at this store is upbeat, smiling and seem legit happy to work there. Ms Renee and all her coffee slingers are there every morning without fail passing donuts and smiles to the masses. Did I break down and get the app so I could earn free coffees? Yes. Did I start experimenting with cheaper alternatives to my $5 cold brews so I could have more visits for the same money? Yep. I usually park the car and walk in cause honestly the vibe can set my whole day for success. Best Dunkin I have ever been to. Hands down.

I come here almost every week at least one day out of the week and it is honestly the highlight of my week just because of the people who are working. Their warm smiles, joy and intentionality to asking how your day is, is what makes me continue going here! As well as, good coffee too:) I dont know the managers name but she always is so happy and its beautiful and then an employee named Andrew is so intentional with making sure to have a small convo and make your day brighter. This location is great! The manager who I talked to today was awesome. I couldnt find something from the menu on the uber eats website and he did great to accommodate me. From the moment the sweet lady answered the phone to him struggling with me then just helping me out it was a great experience. It may seem so small but their friendliness really made my day better. Thank you guys! This is actually the further location from where I work but its honestly so worth that extra wait.

This place never, I mean never has whole bean coffee on the shelve. They have shelves and shelves of hazelnut flavor, midnight flavor, original ground blend, but zero whole bean coffee. When you ask the attendant do they have any whole bean coffee in the back, you get a I donts know. When you ask the attendant will you be getting any more in anytime soon, you get a I donts know again. Would someone please tell them its call supply & demand. If you have that much demand, has anyone ever thought about ordering more whole bean and less hazelnut?

Placed an order on DoorDash but this was no fault of Doordash as the bag was sealed upon arrival to my house. The dasher text me and said they were waiting for my food but they were really busy and no one would give them my order. I could tell the order was sitting there for a while because the ice coffee was watered down and the breakfast sandwich was cold as well as smashed, and burned and not prepared as it should have been. I ve never seen anything so horribly prepared. My hashbrowns were forgotten as well

I have been a costumer for years, and always had great experiences with the service, until this morning that this lady working the drive thru disrespected me while arguing about how should I call a specific donut to get the right one. Jeez! She said she was the manager after I asked her to speak with the manager for such a disrespectful and aggressive behavior, but she said she was the manager, which I doubt because it was the first time I saw her there, she didn t have any knowledge about their products, let alone her customer service skills. Where on earth did that person come from???!!! After I left, the line on the drive thru was simply horrific.

Be careful at this location. Purchased donuts Saturday morning and the old fashioned donuts were stale. Definitely wasn t baked on Saturday and stiff/stale. Hopefully this review will help others in the future not get stale donuts on Saturday morning. I m assuming this is not normal because this is the first time this has happened after many visits; however, it has been a while since we have visited this location. More reason to stick with local donut shops that keep it fresh!

I ve only been twice (don t typically go to donut chains), but this last time was Thanksgiving morning. The guy that took my order had a genuinely friendly and welcoming demeanor. It kinda made my day! My breakfast sandwich was a simple egg/bacon/cheese bagel, but it was fresh and perfect. Cold brew coffee was tasty! They all were diligently working a holiday morning and I valued that! The time before was also pleasant, no complaints! I will be returning.

This location has the nicest employees. We live 20 mins away and I drive to FloMo to grocery store and ran out without my wallet. I had my TMobile discount but didnt have enough cash. Told them Id run home and be back. The young gentleman ran out the door after me and said Its too hot today. The management there hires the best people. I am very happy with the service this morning! The lady at the window was extremely cordial, kind and accommodating. I wanted an ice chocolate drink that they don t usually make that and they made it for me and it was so good!! They were all very pleasant. I dont know what happened. I honestly dont. I used to love dunkin donuts! The coffee tasted weirdly like hotdog water?? Ill have to specify i only want a little sugar next time because I honestly couldnt finish it. The donuts were so dry which tells me they had been around for hours which I know theyre fine to eat but if I wanted dry old donuts I would have just gone and gotten a dozen from Walmart. You have lost a customer, I tried ordering the beyond sausage on an English muffin and they insisted that I pay for the egg and cheese. This place is NOT VEGAN FRIENDLY, we have had multiple issues with this over the year.
