The first time I went to Snowy Bingsu was in late May of this year for a sweet treat after a girls dinner. Immediately stepping into the shop, I was met with a chill and VERY welcoming atmosphere. The menu has plenty of options, really suiting the needs of anyone who could walk in which I appreciate. My kids tend to be very picky, though they have managed to find plenty of delicious things here. My first time at Snowy Bingsu I ordered the mango bingsu (of course!!), and my two girl friends each got a different type of bingsu (strawberry bingsu with cheesecake and blueberry bingsu). The service was excellent and the worker/cashier was very efficient. I d never tried bingsu previously and was unsure of what to expect, though my expectations were exceeded. The texture and flavor were amazing, I d realized I d found my new favorite treat. From then on, I ve been to Snowy Bingsu every week, sometimes more than once , trying different flavors and concoctions. My favorite so far has to be the pina colada milk tea with mango popping boba or the coffee bingsu . Overall this has become a staple in my family s routine for after soccer games, or even a weekend shopping treat! All of the treats and drinks are perfect for the summer time, though I suspect I ll be continuing the trips well into the school year. So so so many delicious options and cannot recommend it enough!!!!! Vegetarian options: Almost the whole menu except for a few items! Kid-friendliness: The workers are so kind when I bring my children in, answering any (annoying ) questions they have

This place gives off an amazing energy the moment you step in. It was pretty full but not stuffy and there were many decorations that made it feel unique. The workers are friendly and helpful with any questions you might have and were quick to get orders out. I tried the strawberry mango bingsu and as soon as I looked at it I knew it was going to be worth it. It was smothered in fresh mango and strawberry slices. The first spoonful felt like I was digging through air and when I took that bite I felt at peace with the world. The fruit was refreshing and the bingsu melted in my mouth. I didnt think it could get better until I dug deeper and was met with strawberrys and mango filling. Overall this place is a must try if you even think you might like bingsu. I got a small but even that was a shareable size so definitely worth the 10 bucks. I will definitely be coming back with friends the moment I get the chance.

The staff is super friendly! I kid you not but my drinks came out less than 2 minutes after ordering. The shop had comfy furniture and games on the tables to play while sipping. The boba was cooked to perfection and the drinks were so tasty. It may be a 30 minute drive but any amount of time would be worth going to this specific shop any day!

We went with my husband, one year old and our newborn and had a great experience. The menu is massive - this was my first time trying Bingsu and it is delicious. We had boba tea too and it was delicious as well. The Kims also own Daylight donuts in Little Elm and are always so friendly. A true family business that we will definitely visit again!

We were introduced to bingsu at Jejubing in Hawaii. This place is just like it, but a little better. You need to try shaved milk (bingsu). Its awesome. They have a lot of flavors. And they have Boba and smoothies and other things. Great place. We will be back. Update*** Back again and tried more Bingsu. But also tried the Taiyaki. We all loved the filled pastry. We tried the custard and Nutella. Both were great.

Love this place! This is the closest Bingsu spot to me and I loved how friendly the workers were. It s nice not having to make a far trip anymore to get some good Korean dessert. Update: hmmm. Things have changed in the last couple of months. We no longer see the kind man with glasses and even the young staff are replaced. They used to recognize you and they used to be so warm and kind, and so appreciative of your business. Now, you no longer feel that love. Its just a business. One time I waited a long time for service and food. They saw me at the counter, but just walked past me without saying anything. This was a clue that things were different. After ordering, we waited 25 minutes for Bingsu. The menus are different and you get less for the same price. I dont want to be a hater. The fruit bingsu was delicious today.

My family and I really like coming here! The drinks and sweet treats have always been delicious - I personally love the mango and brown sugar milk teas - and theres always something fun to do with the games and cozy seating areas around. However, Ive noticed lately the place seems to be understaffed. There used to be 2-3 people splitting the duties of taking orders and making drinks, but the past few times Ive visited, it seems like theres just been one person handling everything. And prices have been going up - we paid $25 for 3 drinks on our last visit. Ive seen other reviews say the changes are because of new ownership...I hope they take the feedback into account rather than let a good place slowly decline.

I been to plenty bingsu places and this is honestly one of the worst ones I visited. I never seen a bingsu place such with misleading photos on the menu. I ordered the small Matcha & Strawberry Bingsu and the Large Mango Bingsu. My main issue being the Matcha & Strawberry Bingsu. The base of the strawberry and matcha bingsu being just the traditional condense milk shaved ice instead of the matcha shaved ice base is not how it s traditionally done. The mango was alright but with the amount I pay for the Large Mango Bingsu you would think they would add more mango for how huge it is or at least sprinkle more mango pieces inside to even it out. Clearly not. Regardless I ll take my business elsewhere and not here again TDLR: just drive to carrolton for fantastic bingsu.

Dont go here with your kids. Not a kid friendly place. Poor service and orders take way too long, despite the hefty price tags. My daughter loves Boba, and we used to come here in the past. I stopped by this place today with my daughter and son for a quick Boba and a Smoothie. Not a big order in my opinion, but after an hour of waiting for our order, I began to wonder. It was getting late, and I noticed others that had ordered after us had already received their food. When I inquired about my order, staff was telling me that smoothies would take very long make. Something I could hardly believe, since they completed other Bobas and a Smoothies for customers that had ordered after us, and after one hour, our order was still not close to be done. Staff was very unconsiderate, and I had to tell my daughter that we needed to leave since it was getting late and that our order was taking too long. My daughter became sad and started to cry. Something no parent likes to see their child experience. This really ruined her love for Boba. Still, staff could care less, and we left. Waiting more than an hour with two kids for two drinks is unacceptable, and being served lame excuses by indiferent staff is just shameful. I cant recommend this place, especially if you intend to go here with your kids. The high prices, lack of customer service, and long wait times make this an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, we live in a society in which customers are a nucence to businesses, and the customer experience really does not matter any longer. What a shame, looking at the past reviews this place is definately not holding up to its reputation. I for what will take my business elsewhere, and I hope others will too, to show business owners that customers determine the success and not high prices and poor service.

This place used to be my favorite boba restaurant, I had not gone there for a few months but went back today, and it was not the same as before. I think management may have changed? The drinks are not as good anymore, they messed up one of my drink so I went to ask them about it but they wouldnt change it. Employees/management before was always making sure everything was up to your taste, and I had never had any issue with my orders in the past. Not sure why the service changed. My 16 year old son and I wanted to try this place near our house. It is so cute and cozy in there. The desert looks amazing and tates so good. I got the strawberry mango fruit with teramesu cake on top. My son got a cold cappuccino with chocolate small Boba hurts. The combination is amazing!!! We want to come back and try different things. Also very affordable. The small smoothie was like $6. On my way out, I noticed they have boardgames and books. It looks so relaxing. The gentleman who helped me was very nice, great customer service. Nice, small, cozy store. Very homey atmosphere with cute post-it notes all over the walls with cute drawings. Ordered an Oreo Twix bingsu, the texture was soft and light, and its much more refreshibg than ice cream. Ordered the ham & cheese and the bacon & cheese tayaki, really nice savory options in a place that serves mainly sweets. We also ordered 2 sweet tayaki, red bean and strawberry with cheese. The red bean is nice and sweet, not a paste, but really nice! The strawberry and cream cheese was my personal favorite, not too sweet, good cheese flavor balanced with the strawberry. I ordered a matcha and strawberry boba with chocolate popping pearls. the strawberry matcha was well made, a really nice mix, and the chocolate popping pearls were surprisingly good!

Went out of my way to try this place. Nice workers - they answered all of my questions. Parking was plentiful. Decor was cool. I got the taro milk tea and matcha green tea. Both were good, but taro was intense with a little too much taro flavor. Matcha green tea was good. Pricey. The price includes 1 topping. While I usually dont get any toppings with my boba, the price was too steep for me. The bingsu looks good. I will try it next time Im in the area.

Best customer service! They made us feel so welcome! We were actually on a walk and had been wanting to stop in, we decided to give it a go, and what a wonderful surprise! They took mobile payments (which was good since we didnt have our wallets). The gentleman that took our order was very sweet and even gave us a little dish with water for our dog that was with us. He accommodated my daughters request for something not on the menu (mango and blueberry bingsu) We each got something different, Tea, Smoothie and 2 types of Bingsu. The Bingsu was very good! Its basically shaved milk (kind of a cross between a snow cone and ice cream). They were so nice, they even brought another chair to the table out front so we could all sit. Definitely heading back in, cant believe Ive been living next to this gem all these years and hadnt stopped in.

Its a cute place. Cozy decorations. There are games and books. Taiyaki with Boston cream is a must have! Its a little fish shape pastry with cream filling. It went so fast I didnt even get a chance to take a picture of it. The shave ice was yummy, but I found it a bit expensive for the size compared to Carrollton. The fruit refresher which is fruit syrup with soda water, my kids loved it. The strawberry smoothie was decent, it was mixed from powder not fresh fruit. Overall we had a good experience. I have to start my review with the service. Absolutely amazing. The gentleman who served us was extremely polite and helpful. He offered to explain the menu, and got us plates and spoons when he saw that we changed our mind from takeout to partly dine in, and in fact, provided us with one of those hot/cold storage bags, so that our leftover Bingsu wouldnt melt during our journey back home. Hats off! Platinum standard for service!! Now to the Strawberry Bingsu. Absolutely awesome thing. We havent had a Bingsu before and I can definitely say that this is one of our favorite go to dessert items from now onwards. Yummy Very nicely decorated ambience in the Cafe. First time ever ordering from this restaurant and definitely will be my last. I ordered off door dash a brownie ice cream and a Oreo one and let me just say the pictures were false advertising. What I received was 2 cups with what looked like vanilla ice cream but tasted like shaved ice and freezer burnt. There was no brownies on the ice cream, no whipped cream, no syrup, no sprinkles. Same goes with the Oreo ice cream I ordered. If I could post a picture I sure would because it tasted terrible and looked terrible.

Undoubtedly the best Bingsu (Korean shaved ice) and bubble tea shop. A conscientious and kind shopkeeper and top-notch bubble tea and Bingsu. For example, in the case of other bubble tea shops, there are traces of artificial coloring or additives such as water and syrup being separated after a certain amount of time after purchase, but this shops bubble tea is not at all like that. This is a place where the owners efforts to serve the best food are evident. The service of the staff is top notch as well. The reason I only went to this place for over 10 years.

First time ordering online. At the time of pick up we were greeted by the most respectful nice gentleman. He wanted to make sure our drinks were made to our satisfaction by letting him know if they were too sweet. He said they could fix them but they were actually perfect. I could smell the bread, OMG. Been a hot minute since weve been here. The ambiance is great for dine-in. Lots of choices, from Boba to bingsu* to taiyaki with a wide assortment of flavor choices. Today we got some mango bingsu, strawberry tira misu bingsu, and of course my own personal favorite, Honeydew Boba half-sweet. It was all delicious! The service was friendly, fast, and hospitable as well. We will be back soon! *for the uninitiated, its basically like Hawaiian shaved ice, but instead of frozen water its frozen condensed milk, layered with fruit or other sweet toppings. Its really an indescribable experience to eat. Try it!

I can t believe I ve been living in the Lewisville/ Flower Mound and have never gone in here! I stumbled upon this location whilst shopping in the area. I was immediately awestruck by the atmosphere and cleanliness of this cafe. The cashier was super friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure service was to our satisfaction. He made many suggestions and recommendations. He suggested an ice pack for our To-ordee and he even gave us some bottled water for the road. We ordered the Bingsu and some boba tea. The Bingsu is a must try! The ice is super soft and melts in your mouth. The matches and red bean was a great combo and it is a pretty good serving size. The taro boba tea was one of the best ones I have tried. They offer popping boba and jellies. Because of the great customer service and the delicious Bingsu, I will definitely be back. Do yourself a favor and cool down with some Bingsu in this Texas heat.

Fun, quirky atmosphere, combined with genuinely kind and friendly staff, and of course, delicious treats. Had two different drinks with boba, both were great. Also had a matcha and taro bingsu, not overly sweet like some American adaptations, not skimpy on the matcha powder or taro, overall excellent. This is one of the best Asian fusion dessert shops in DFW, despite not being in Carrollton/ downtown Dallas/ etc. Seriously, its worth a visit.

I had the Taro & Strawberry Milk Tea with boba and it was just alright, I think the strawberry flavor was too artificial. I also tried the Strawberry and Tiramisu Bingsu and it was delicious. The only negative thing I can say is that it s take out only. They have a place outside for you to sit but it was miserable sitting in 105° weather and everything melted fast. We live in Denton and didn t want to eat it in the car.

So glad this place exists!! We haven t tried anything other than the boba milk teas, but we really enjoy them! The classic milk tea, less sweet with boba is my favorite. The Thai tea is also great. The brown sugar is pretty good, but I definitely wasn t a fan of the taro milk tea. It tasted a bit like lavender soap to me. But the people that work here are always smiling and super sweet!! Highly recommend!

My husband and I have visited twice now. Once on a date night and once for my daughters birthday. Both times we received the most wonderful customer service from a very informative young man and the sweetest lady. They really are very kind, patient and will answer questions you might have. The sizes are generous, many toppings to fit your whatever you could want and the boba is also fantastic.
