There are not enough words to describe the amount of gratitude I have for Waled Elsaban and his team. They are efficient, timely, caring, and very communicative with everything. After several failed attempts with other immigration attorneys and a lot of wasted time and money, I had the opportunity to meet Waled through a recommendation. My first impression was that he showed a lot of interest in my case before starting any process, by taking the time to speak personally to the immigration department, so as not to give me false hope with my specific case. In reality, he takes the time to listen to the interested person without time pressure and looks for a way to do his job as efficiently as possible to avoid having to waste time with multiple appointments. I cannot go into specifics. But Waled took one of the hardest cases on the books and finally gave my husband and I a life. We ve had other lawyers. Lawyers who were famous in this field. They got us nowhere. We even left Waled for a while because the case seemed so hopeless. The only thing our case was missing was a deportation. We d had one Stokes interview (where Immigration splits up a married couple and interviews them separately for hours to see if a marriage is real) many years ago that ended up with no answer. After no response for yet another few years, USCIS then scheduled my husband and I for a second Stokes interview. Finally after retaining Waled again, within weeks we got our positive answer. Thanks to Waleds expertise and guidance my husband finally received his green card after waiting 10 years!!! Our future was hanging in the balance, and not knowing for all those years whether USCIS would approve my husband s application to stay and live in the US with me was agonizing for the both of us. My husband getting his green card after all these years still feels like a dream!! I keep telling him, you re an American!!! My dream became a reality! I lost my US citizenship over 4 decades ago. I have been in this country as a permanent resident for all these years. After the death of my parents, I was encouraged to pursue my US citizenship. I honestly did not believe it could happen. In May, I hired Waled to help with my husband s case. My husband was from Nigeria and was currently being held in immigration custody and I was a US citizen. After spending thousands of dollars on attorneys that just took my money and fed me false hope, a friend led me to Waled. He is one of the best attorneys I have ever met. He tirelessly worked on my husband s case during the week and even on the weekends. He was very thorough, trustworthy, compassionate and really wants the best for his clients. Waled was truly a God sent! I usually do not leave feedbacks or reviews because they are too time consuming but the work that this attorney has done for my husband and I shouldn t go without credits to his dedication to society and the public alike. Highly recommend attorney Waled Elsaban for any immigration needs. he has truly been a BLESSING to our family. My father was working previously with another immigration attorney who had sent all applications in and 2 years later nothing was approved nor notices were sent, it was in a complete stall. all changed when we found Mr. Elsaban, he has been very honest and communicative regarding my fathers case since day one (May 2019). Because of his amazing work my dad has been approved and is due to receive his residency card in about a week.
