Get ready to not receive a proper portion of meat when you come to this location. They even. Tried to give me a tiny amount of guacamole which im paying three dollars for. This is the reason why I no longer go to Chipotle regularly.It is few and far between that I will choose to spend my money here. Tiny scoop of steak, tiny scoop of brisket, which you are paying extra for by the way. Not happy

Visited this location on 9/10. Went into the location placed an order and went to check out. During checkout my wife order a large bag of chips. After receiving the chips my wife notified they were old and requested a new bag. The young lady that identified herself as the manager snatched the bag of chips from my wife, and grab another bag and threw them on the counter to my wife. Afterwards i requested a refund, she asked my name and i told her when i asked her name she stated she s not allowed to give out her name and would appreciate if i told come back into her store location. I ve contacted chipotle customer support and requested to speak with a general manager because the young lady s behavior was unacceptable and not called for. Still have not had a follow up call or email from the general manager or anyone from chipotle. As a paying customer requesting fresh items that shouldn t be a problem, definitely would never spend my money with chipotle again.

Just picked up an order from here to take home. Was missing the free queso reward that I used. A little ticked about it but oh well. Now moving onto the chips they are days old and super soft. They are so stale. I cannot even eat them. The whole reason I go to chipotle is for the chips because they used to have the best chips around. I thought they were made fresh daily. I cannot believe I was given old stale chips. If I could give them zero stars I would have been a lifelong customer.

DONT GET SCAMMED. Weight your portions. A double chicken portion is 8oz. I meticulously removed every drop of chicken from my burrito and it weighed 4.7oz - I was shorted over 40%! I emailed them and attached their response. LOL - any class action lawyers around? This seems like an easy one.

Came in for a barbacoa bowl. The worker put two tiny tong pinches of barbacoa and acted as if that was worth paying $18 for. I asked for extra thinking theyd charge me more but it would be worth it. Nope, just one more little pinch. I was blown away and walked out. Most chipotle locations understand now that they cannot get away with skimping the customer but this specific chipotle has not gotten the memo. Will not be coming back.

I saw this trending on social media platforms about portions being small and thought, no way, not chipotle . Let me tell what. It is 100% real. I ordered a burrito bowl and was astonished on how little you get for the price you pay. No wonder their stock is well over 3K per share. They charge you $14 for bowl (with guac) and give you unbelievably small portions. I see this rectifying itself very soon because people won t put up with it any longer. There are so many other options out there . Bye Chipotle!

***Corporate needs to get involved. This is too much now!! Poor service, quality of food has gone down. We get kids meal and they dont even fill the slots in the kids meal box. When you ask them they start arguing. Do they get any customer service training? Every time we come here, we go back in a bad mood- by how we are treated. Purchased a catering order. Was over $300. I ordered 25 burritos for a work event. When I arrived for the pick up time I selected they hadnt even started it. No apologize for it not being ready. Then we were shorted 2 burritos so my mgr had to go buy food for the 2 others. While waiting for my order I was observing the staff. No one was friendly. A man in a gray shirt got in the assembly line to help but was slamming down customers cups with a very aggressive thank you. Nothing about it was sincere. Absolutely worst experience.

Even when this location is busy, they re very efficient and the line goes quickly. Staff to me have always been kind making sure that they get my order correct every time. Vegetarian options: Chipotle offers a wide range of vegetarian options. But I can t speak to vegan because I would assume unless you just had a maybe? Parking: The only reason getting out of there is a bit more difficult is because the design and layout of all of the shops together, it s a high traffic area since it s in a shopping center. But still worth it for me for a delicious burrito bowl!

This my experience. We came family and ordered 5 bowls. But in one bowl we ordered veg and at the counter I told the cashier its veg and then a middle aged African American lady(not sure if she is manager) came and said its same price, then I told, can I able to get separate chicken, that moment she felt very disappointed and agreed hardly to put chicken. After 5 mins we went and asked for two red chili sauce then she immediately came and charged $3.47 per two. She acted like she did right thing for us at the end customer service matters which she failed to give. We never got this trouble before. Funny part is see the picture the quantity she gave us.

i hate to do this but this Chipotle location use to be one of my favorite locations up until yesterday! I went in on my lunch like I normally would to get a chicken bowl. A worker was getting ready to create my bowl AFTER he was digging in a dirty water bucket im assuming they use to clean tables. The fact that i had to ask dude if he was going to wash his hands and put on fresh gloves before making my food was crazyyyy to me! Had i not said anything, he wouldve just thought it was okay! The food wasnt fresh, no trash can was present for trash, food smelled spoiled after i ordered it and got back to work ready to eat it, i felt sick immediately after tasting it, i had to throw it away!!! So thanks Chipotle for nothing!

Chipotle: Satisfactory, but not Stellar I recently visited Chipotle for lunch after a long break from my last visit. I ordered a chicken bowl. The food was decent but fell short of being impressive. The dining area, though not busy, could benefit from better attention to cleanliness. While the experience wasnt terrible, it didnt leave me eager for a return visit anytime soon. Visit Update: 10-30-23 - I always believe in giving businesses another chance, so I returned to Chipotle. Unfortunately, my experience wasnt great. I came in around 5pm and was the only customer at that moment. I opted for the chicken bowl, but it seemed they were running low on rice, beans, veggies, and the mild sauce. They were very stingy with the portions and nothing was fresh. I felt like I was getting scraps. My order of chips was also disappointing, with many crumbs in the bag. Perhaps it wasnt the best time to visit? Additionally, the dining area needed some attention. Many tables were untidy, although someone did start cleaning after I sat down. However, the litter on the floor was overlooked or ignored. I don t think I ll be visiting this location anymore but the jury is still out whether this an isolated location issue or a concept wide problem.

Today I bought a Burrito Bowl and I was disappointed because the employee served a ridiculously small portion of each ingredient. I had to ask if she could put a little more beans, and she only pretended to do so, putting only half a spoonful of each thing. This is not the first time this has happened at this location, and they constantly change employees. I imagine the management must have terrible policies, which is why employees decide to leave. But today was definitely unpleasant. I wasnt asking for anything for free; just what I paid for. Thats why I dont recommend this place; its terrible.

My wife entered our order online, as we have before, and this time we received an error that said we would need to pay in the store. My wife was charged twice for the meal and so we were confused as to what happened. I go in to pay for the food and am told they dont have it. I ask if the manager could come and explain whats going on. Cynthina, the manager of this establishment, comes out and states without any word of welcome or concern we dont have your order. I say fine and bring up the two charges from Chipotle on my phone and she says snips at me to call their corporate line and immediately tried to wrap the conversation. I thanked her for her convenience and left. I wont be back. Im shocked at how someone so rude and incompetent could be a manager that is customer facing. All I wanted was a respectful explanation and an apology for the inconvenience. Not comps. Not prostrating grovelling. Just common courtesy explanation, and acknowledgment. I received nether. Incompetent. Rude. Clueless. That said, this location also likes to skimp on portions recently when you order online. It feels like youre only getting half of what you used to get. Buyer beware.

One of the worst chipotle restaurants I have been to. The manager (short Hispanic lady) is very aggressive when taking orders. She is the only one who yells at us when we walk in and I am not sure why. The next guest always gets another worker. Also, the steak is inedible. Very chewy per the usual but even worse than any other Chipotle I have been to. If you want better quality I would recommend Freebirds.

I came in today around 7:15PM. I am not sure what the issue was but I could have made the bowl my self the young lady making the food was not listening and it seemed as if she would rather be somewhere else. I kept my bowl but I am almost certain it s not right but after constantly having to repeat myself I just said whatever. The serving dishes were empty and the line was a bit messy. I really hope this location improves because it was just very disorganized and it didn t help that the server was not really listening while I was ordering my food.

My food is always correct and fresh. I usually get the burrito/ burrito bowl. The chicken al pastor is my current favorite. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist when I request extras on my orders. Parking: It is in a busy shopping center, sometimes parking can be cluttered/ limited. This was my first time eating at a Chipotle since before their 2015 contaminated green onion problem. I ordered a chicken bowl and was shocked at how few selections there were to add to the bowl. I didnt see any veggies other than some corn mixture. Also, I was surprised that lettuce was situated as one of the last items on the bar instead of near the beginning so it could be created like a salad. They were rather skimpy with the amount of meat given. The person I was with had a steak bowl and said the meat was dry and chewy. I do give this location high marks for their friendly staff and service, but as far as food selection, quality and portion sizes, Freebirds is miles better.

Didnt get free guac as the offer in store stated. Said free guac today. I went to scan reward and the staff said I couldnt get it because it takes a while to process . Were rude. Have never messed up an online order. Always appreciate how consistent the food quality and portioning is. My only complaint is they always keep the online orders in the kitchen, they very rarely are on the pick-up shelf preventing you from grabbing your order and leaving seamlessly. Might be due to theft or overall size of shelf? Just an extra step to get someone s attention to grab your order upon arrival.

Warning: Massive turnover at this Chipotle. They are always working from behind, causing order issues and a chaotic and messy location. Unfortunately, also the closest Chipotle for me... Ill update this review if they ever get it together.

I just ordered a bowl through door dash from this location. They did not send me a fork or spoon. I am cleaning an empty house and now have no way to eat my food. Not only that, but their automated phone service will not put you through to talk to a real person and their chat online option makes you sign in to a chipotle account to even begin a conversation. It s one thing for a restaurant to make mistakes at lunch time (I work at one, I know this happens), but to not have any way to reasonably contact them and get it resolved afterwards is beyond frustrating. Never ordering from this location again. Also, getting my money back would be nice, since I m about to shovel what I can of a burrito bowl into my mouth with my hands. Side note: props to the door dash driver, she was super fast and very friendly.

Food was ok, I would give it 3-4. Service in the line was really slow. The restaurant was dirty, dirty tables and floors. Makes me wonder what the prep area was like. Also Chipotle has gotten expensive. Almost $12 for a chicken burrito and a medium drink. Used to pay about $9 not long ago. I can go to a full service restaurant with good service for only a little more.

The chicken was burnt! The staff refused to drain the liquid from various food items. This place was filthy! Overflowing trash cans. Drink area wet and in complete disarray. Tables not cleaned, food and trash on the floor throughout this store. The serving line was nasty with food items cross contaminating. The staff was very unfriendly and rude when asked to bus and or clean the tables so we could eat in. They asked each other what did they want, clean tables- laughing was their response the staff also refused to answer the ringing phone let it go to computer answer. DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD PLACE!!

Way unimpressed today - this has always been a go to because it s close to work but the service isn t worth it. Young man at the counter is apparently a mute; no greeting or can I take your order , just a staring contest. Even after I clearly told him what I wanted it he didn t get it right and I had to restate my order. The black beans were nearly empty; there was less than a spoonful in my bowl. Top it all off that a bowl and a drink is nearly $14 and the Mexican place next door just got a whole lot better.

Seems like an employment prerequisite is that you must generally not enjoy your life, I have never encountered an employee at this location that smiles, uses manners, or gives property portions of protein. I know everyone will continue coming here, just dont expect to enjoy your experience.

This place aint bad. It can be a little pricy but thats just the economy these days for ya. I always get the barbacoa bowl and if Im feeling extra Ill add some guac. Be warned, guac does in fact cost extra but they give you quite a bit so you end up getting what you pay for. Overall not a bad experience.

Its not wooow, what a good restaurant... but it puts you in a hurry, why dont you have to wait for the food, but you serve yourself as soon as you arrive, its relatively cheap, and the flavor... Thats it... you eat and youre fine. Its typical fast-food... the service here was excellent, and the place was very clean.

This is our favorite chiptole restaurant and it s all because of Nate. Everytime we come in, he does an excellent job with cooking and serving with a pleasing attitude. I took my family here to eat lunch on 10/30/2021 and the place was filthy. The trash cans were overflowing, there was food all over the floor as well as spilled drinks. The bathroom was disgusting too. I spoke to a shift manager to express my concerns with the place as it was clearly a food safety (HACCP) violation. Unfortunately, the manger was very distressed making it clear to me that he had brought up these concerns to his bosses and they did not care. Tip for the restaurant owners. If you cant find people, for whatever reason, to keep the place decent maybe you should only offer to-go orders. At least until you can keep the place decent and offer clients a better experience, one where they health in not in jeopardy.
