Great froyo flavor options. Fresh toppings were mostly empty. This was my first visit, and none of the staff greeted me or anyone when they walked in. Also, when I was checking out, I was asked if I was a member of the reward program. I said no, and that was the end of it. There was no offer to sign up or explanation even about benefits. At the bare minimum, a simple welcome or hope to see you again wouldve been nice. Great service goes a long way and Ididntget that. Also, I paid $11 for froyo and there was a tip jar at the register. For what? The employees werent waiting tables or refilling topping. They werent helping people with building their froyo. The owners of the franchise need to do better in teaching staff about cleaning and tidying up and just overall friendliness. This was not a great first experience. The froyo made up for it.

I had a disappointing visit to Menchie s Frozen Yogurt in Euless. The customer service was poor, and the staff were unhelpful. I won t be returning and suggest looking for better options elsewhere.

This place sucks, bad customer service. Plus google says it closes at 10pm and on their door it says they close at 10pm but they kick you out at 8:45pm and don t let you in. By 9pm they are completely closed. I thought it was just one time . But nope been here 3 times total and I m done with this place. New management needs to take over.

Nice clean place with great tasting fro-yo. Interesting variety of flavors and you can customize your cup and add toppings. Staff is very friendly. They also sell cakes. I love that they are involved with the 2 HEB high schools. My kids love this place. They also have a rewards program that gets you discounts for frequent visits. I got 3 cups for free on my last visit!

It is a good choice for a cool sweet treat. We probably only go once a year because we end up piling on too many toppings and pay about $20 for two treats. We would go more often if it was cheaper. Personal preference.

Owner is hateful and act likes all children are bothersome. We ve been into the store several times when she is working and couldn t be less welcoming. She yelled at my child and someone else s child in the 5 minutes we were there. We love the store but we won t be back. So dang disappointing.

Went here last night with my husband. I love that the toppings (liquid and hard) are numerous. I suggest, however, that you put the toppings that are just under a sneezeguard (the mochi, popping pearls, strawberries etc) into bins with lids as well (just like the candy toppings on the far right). It would be more sanitary. Also a few more vegan options (for your lactose intolerant customers) would be nice. Last night, they only had dark choc mousse made with almond milk and pineapple sorbet for dairy-free options. I had the dark choc mousse and it was not phenomenal. In fact it tasted like a Fudgsicle.

Online, on the door, and on the answering machine it states they close at 10pm every day of the week. We showed up at 9:40pm with high hopes to enjoy a nice treat and were devastated to find out the store was closed. I waived the lady down and she shook her head no at me and said we close at 9pm. I pointed at the sign on the door and shook my head no back bc the sign says you close at 10pm. She then shrugged her shoulders at me like sorry idk we close at 9pm. Why does everything state you close at 10pm if you close at 9pm. I got up off the couch and raced to get ice cream and my two kids cried the entire way back home with no ice cream. Thanks for your updated hours. I ll be expecting a free cone for my children s tears. I

Wish I could give 0 stars, aside from the horrible customer service and being treated like a child upon entering the store, you are required to use their horrible chemical scented watered down hand sanitizer without regards of health hazards or pregnancy safety. The bratty teenage girl behind the counter couldnt care less about her job and lacks common courtesy skills or knowledge about her jobs products. You are forced to buy pre-filled toppings in containers that weigh more than what you desire to consume and dont take in to account the extra weight those plastic containers add to your end bill. When asked if that was taken into consideration, the elderly woman straight up lies to your face and tells you youre not going to be charged for that. I could write more about this horrible experience but Ive already received too much negative energy from this establishment. save your time, hard earned money and keep your pregnant wife or girlfriend as far away from this place.

Absolutely do NOT recommend. My husband and I visited for the first time since the pandemic and it s honestly a such RIP-OFF! First off they FORCE you to use their chemically polluted hand sanitizer before going in, which last time I checked isn t mandatory anywhere else. Then they started separating all of their toppings into individual containers with a preset amount in each one. Basically you can t control the quantity on the toppings you want which means you re being ROBBED now and last but not least the containers themselves are added onto your bill so you basically paid for them to rob you.

The lady at the front is so rude. Creating a fuss because of Corona. They have mini containers filled with all the toppings and fruits which is over weighed. Then they weigh the yogurt cup along with the containers. Over priced and rude customer service.

Probably the best frozen yogurt place around. $0.62 cents an ounce is reasonable. The flavors are actually reasonable stuff and not some crazy jelly doughnut stuff, but they do offer 1 or 2 like that. Variety of fruit and chocolate/cookie flavors, and plenty of topping options. Get the app for free $5 credit. Overall: Clean, nice employees, good flavors, and well priced!

Great, healthy yogurt. I saw they have various probiotics in many of their unique flavors. They had a apple tart and caramel flavour that I swirled that tasted sooo good. This is a very family friendly place and the service was awesome. The amount of toppings was more than you would see at other shops and their sauce selection was awesome. I dont know the last time I saw Hershey chocolate sauce available for your dessert. They also have yogurt cakes that look super professional. The decorations and frosting work looks very pretty. They said they will be celebrating their one year anniversary this weekend and I will definitely be going back. This place is a tasty and healthy substitute, or even replacement, for ice cream and other frozen desserts.
