Came to bowl today and ordered food on the app. I ordered 2 chicken strip kids meals. The waitress brought out 1 chicken strip meal with no napkins and no drink. I asked her about the other meal. She came back with 2 kids meals & no drinks. I was confused. Apparently she had dropped off a full chicken strip meal that belonged to another table. Well, we had our food. Just had to wait on our soft drinks which never came. I had to go to the counter n ask about our drinks. Another waiter finally brought them. Well the food drama was over. Next, my husband had ordered 2 drinks on the app and again waited & waited. They never came, so he had to go to the counter / bar and ask for the 2 drinks. The bartender said he would make them. Drinks never came so AGAIN, my husband has to go to the bar and check on the 2 drinks. The drinks had been made and were sitting on the bar and the bartender was chatting away with 2 customers talking about high school. My husband was mad and interrupted their conversation and said CAN I PLEASE GET MY DRINKS!! Finally the drink drama was over. Theres plenty of staff here but for some reason are not on their A Game.. Lastly the opposing team bowler 1 bowled on the wrong lane, so I used the intercom and asked the front desk attendant to erase frame 1, she said ok. After a few min, AGAIN I had to go to the front counter and ask her to delete frame 1 on lane 9. I asked her about it and her response was OH IM DOING IT RIGHT NOW. Every week we eat here and have drinks, only to expirence poor service. The food and the drinks tasted good. Props to the chef.. I guess from now on, we plan on eating dinner at a local restaurant before we bowl. Why would anyone continue to pay for poor service. Ricardo.....

Spacious and plenty of room to move about without being on top of anyone else. All the equipment was in good working order and the restrooms are clean. Seemed they were short staffed for the volume of customers and there was a bit of a wait for everything. Ask the staff was super friendly and helpful though. Overall, this is a fun place to bowl, play some arcade games or shoot some pool.

Really enjoy this place from the food to the lanes. The only thing I can say about the food on the bad side is that the chicken tenders are small, and a lot of times are burnt. The food is overall good, just they dont pay close attention to detail on our orders when we placed them, they always forget to add the mayo. So with that, I say 4 stars, and if we can get our order correct, 5 stars

This place is about is has old school bowling ally feel to it and that s kinda the best part. We had a large industry event here and they took great care of us. It s a large venue. There was another company holding an event as well and we never felt crowded and the service was very good. The bartender was friendly and on top of his game. They kept the pizza coming our way and we never went hungry. Throw in a couple of beer towers here and there and you ve got a pretty good party.

Started bowling in league play for the very first time. We enjoy coming up here to practice a couple times a week. The staff is awesome. Everyone is very friendly and fun to be around. If you are a frequent bowler Id suggest the summer pass.

They treat us like royal family every time we go. The staff is amazing the atmosphere is awesome. I finally bought my son his own bowling ball today and Kenny in the shop is a great guy. If you want a ball, go see him. He will take care of you.

Lack luster experience. Brittanie was very good at making us feel unwelcome. Clearly she didnt want to be there. She could barely answer simple questions without snapping at us and licking muffin bits off her fingers. We finished 1.5 out of 3 games before the bartender clocked in and then he went outside to smoke so we had to wait even longer to order food and drinks. The fries were good but the chicken was poor quality. Lastly we tried the arcade. We were disappointed to discover that most of the games had a defect and didnt work properly so that was money down the toilet. Paying 51$ for two bowlers to pay 3 rounds of bowling and then 38$ for drinks and dried up chicken and 15$ on broken arcade games was a huge waste of money. Definitely wont be back.

Havent been here in years! No more carpet and cigarette smoke. It did smell like urine upon walking in. Food was just okay. We tried their pepperoni pizza, chicken wings, appetizer sampler, and a steak quesadilla. Bowling was fun, but their bumpers arent automatic like newer places. We had 1 child in our party, and gutters had to be up the entire time. I like how places nowadays have it to where it goes up/down if the player chooses.

Customer service here is unmatched. I lost my ring because I threw the ball down the lane and it flew off. 100% my fault. I let the staff know and all of them searched the lanes up and down till they found it even with all lanes being occupied. The level of professionalism and persistence to keep searching till they found it left me in shock. I gave up and accepted my loss but Scott kept going till he came up with the ring. I can not thank Scott enough. Thank you guys, definitely got a repeat customer with this experience.

Very clean and modern bowling alley! Prices were $10 per person per game and then $6 per shoe rental. They offer a military discount, that was great! The drinks at the bar are a bit pricey - 8.50 for a vodka soda with well vodka (absolut is their well). They have a small arcade that has fun games and earns points for prizes, which you redeem through a machine! They also have pool tables, which we played on as well. The only thing that could have been improved is that they dont offer individual bumpers on the lanes. If the bumpers are used for one person, they have to be used for all players. We had a mix of kids playing on each of our lanes, and not everyone wanted bumpers, so the kids got a lot of gutter balls! Overall the bowling alley is very clean and safe!

Every time they give us the corner place every time i request her to give us atleast middle but because we use Groupon we have to take the corner with chairs which is a bit unconvinience Groupon r not for free either their discount matters .But overall my family enjoys time spend there its a local bowling alley for us so we compromise.

Enjoy the league. No servers bathrooms are always missing paper products. They seem to be worried more about outside water.I was buying beverages from bar until they were so worried about the one water bottle my girlfriend had. Not spending any extra money at bowling alley

I went to the Euless location on April26,2024. The service was horrible let s start with how long we had to wait in line just get shoes and a lane over 30 minutes and it was only 2 people in front of us. We get the lane finally then decided to go up the bar to order drinks and food there was no one back there so we waited again like 10 minutes. I seen a man that looked like a manager looking at his computer acting like was busy, I walked over and asked him politely is anyone working the bar, he said yes he is in the back somewhere and the I said okay my friends and I have been waiting over 10 minutes. So he calls over the walkie he had his ear and the bartender appeared quickly and started helping my friends. So we are finally enjoying ourselves. My friend place order of food around 9:00pm we did not get the food until 9:40pm everything was fried hard as hell and the gentleman who brought it gave us no napkins at all. I decided to order another drink at 10:40pm did not get my drink until 11:20pm. At this we had left the lane to go play pool and I still had not gotten my drink so I went up to the bar was waiting in line to be helped when the waiter was looking at lane 24 asking the bartender where we was and I said that is my drink y all took long enough to get to me thanks.

Cheap bowling and rude bartender. You ll wait in line 15/20 minutes for one drink and as a bonus - the bartender will roll her eyes at you when you ask for a glass without lipstick all over the rim. Rose (I know - shouldn t even be ordered at a bowling alley) will be served room temp too! Avoid, there s a ton of other cheap bowling in the area that appreciate their patrons.

This used to be one of my favorite centers when it was AMF Euless. Lost all its character and the staff couldnt be bothered half the time when we need a pin respotted. Not to mention, its hot as hell in the summer time and too hot in winter. Maybe direct some of the heating budget towards air conditioning. This is by far the warmest of the 3 Bowlero /amf houses I bowl at regularly.

Ever since I started bowling, I have never in my life had to pre pay to bowl the number of games you want. Ive have always been told how much each game was and if I needed to rent shoes. Now, you have to give a number of games you think you want to bowl and pay beforehand! That makes no sense. Now, if I say I want to play 4 games but only play 2 games, they have to refund me two games I didnt play. This makes absolutely no sense.

If you re looking for a chill spot to bowl, this is not it. I ll start from the beginning, I planned a date night on Christmas Day and AMF Bowling was supposed to be the last stop of the day. First thing first the gentleman at the front with long blonde hair was great, he assisted us numerous times however we went to lane 5 originally and mid game our lane stopped, I went to the front to get it fixed. At the end of the first round the lane stopped again so again I went to the front and we were moved to lane 3 where the lane didn t even start. So once again I went to the front and we were moved to lane 21. Also drinks were ordered and I had to go to the bar twice to get them. We weren t offered anything for the inconvenience. Not even an additional round.

I attended a family b-day outing at this location and it was pretty mediocre. Our lane kept shutting down throughout the evening for some reason. Ive only been once so Ill need to give em another shot at some point. The atmosphere was a pretty good party setting with music and associated videos. I went bowling with a friend here with a friend. We are both wheelchair bowlers. The lanes usually used for wheelchairs was reserved for a disabled group. The manager was very accommodating and put us on the opposite end to bowl. Not perfect, but served the purpose.

We, group total of 4, recently went to Bowlero in Euless on a busy Saturday night. We got the 3 games and an arcade card deal. We got there around 10ish and left about 30 minutes after midnight. Amanda was our host and did an awesome job. I could tell they were short staffed but she powered through it and got us our beverages and checked in on us. I had a good few hours of fun with my friends. We enjoyed the arcade after 3 games of bowling. Personally I think it was a little pricey but thats everything these days... Stuff you might want to know: If you want bumpers put up or set down, you gotta ask for them. If you have kids, they do have big plastic dinosaur things that will help kids push the ball like a slide down the lane. They have billiards (but we didnt play that this time) and even a jenga block tower. I hope you like the color orange. The old airplane is still in the back lounge.

Excelent coustumer service ,recommend to have a gattering/ birthday party, nice muxic,clean bathrooms just a litte dark need more lights! Food good but need to work more on the pizza. Overall great fun place to be to escape for a while from this awful extreme heat.!! Sorry Im very bad remembering names but the Spanish guy that help us was great very attentative to meet our needs great employee to have and the guy with glasses that had long nice hair in a pony tail went the extra mile and even got a candle fot my granddaughters cookie cake!!! Bc we forgot to get a candle!! Ha ha ha.!! Recommend this bowling alley!! Thank you so much !! For making us feel welcomed !! Keep up the great coustumer service! Have a great and bless day..!!

The place is in great condition. Kids liked the arcade area. Bowling is subpar for families because they do not have automatic bumpers, so they are either up or down, for everybody, for the entire time.

This is an ok place to go bowling. The atmosphere here is alright. Good music playing on a Saturday night. But, it took forever to get our drinks. We practically finished game one by the time our drinks showed up. Its also a bit pricey. It was nearly $100 for just 3 to bowl (not including drinks). Im not sure if we would go back here again.

We had a good time. The staff were incredibly proficient and friendly. They gave us free cards to play video games. There are a series of screens above the lanes showing videos. This is enjoyable except the glare distracts from the bowling.

Bowling for two cost $40 for 3 games on Sunday after 6 pm. You can buy arcade cards to play some of the games in the arcade center. They have food and drinks with the bar and grill. Our waiter was attentive and great. Overall, we had a fun time with all our friends!

First time here. We ve driving by on a daily, had family visiting so decided to give it a try. From the start, it looks really good from the inside and the staff was super kind! We were a party of 10, got our lanes and off we went! Sadly 1 of our 2 lanes was not working, they fixed, and then it broke again. We switched lanes! Problem solved. Not really! We switched lanes and they still weren t working. We dint get to finish 1 game, before we were done. We asked management for a refund, and the response was that their specific site was not equipped to handle refunds . We paid over $250 for ten bowlers, for half a game. Best he could do was give us 2 free game passes per person. 2 free games doesn t cover shoes, or the promotion that we bought. Overall experience was bad, did not meet our expectations, and sad to say not worth the price.

This place is an absolute joke of a bowling alley. I ve been here 4 times. The first time was incredible and we had so much fun, that we decided this would be the place for us to bowl every time! That would soon be a decision we would regret for the next 3 visits. (Ominous music plays) The vibes are great and it has so much potential. The service is the absolute worst and I ve found that when asking for help I m greeted with defense and attitude. I had to ask the manager to calm down once because he told me I could just leave, if I didn t like the service, after paying for rounds of bowling and drinks on my own birthday. Me not wanting to be out a couple hundred bucks, I had to take the high road. Believe it or not, that wasn t the last time we went. I came back this past weekend and there were issues with the lanes, this is common as we ve dealt with inoperable lanes consistently and long waits for food service. We ordered food and had to check up on it after about 45 minutes. They mentioned a cook walked out, so all operations ceased? Drink service, lanes service, and food? The owners should be concerning their priority to assisting their management staff. To anyone wanting to bowl somewhere whither great vibes, food, and drinks, I would recommended the extra drive to Dallas. Bowlski and Bowl Lounge are incredible and worth the drive. Bowlero is a complete garbage experience and I ll make sure to flip it the bird anytime I am driving down 183.
