I have to change my review. Ive ordered twice now and picked up through the drive thru once in the past month and each time the food tastes less like it did in the couple of years Ive eaten here. I dont know what has changed but I hope it goes back to normal. I really loved the food here but I will have to buy from elsewhere or just make my own.

This was once a great place to eat with a nice serving of food but not anymore. The portion is so small and there are only a few pieces of protein in the plate. Dont waste your money. I know we are going through hard times but, it makes no sense to pay more for less.

I came to Wok Express a few months ago and I thought it was a bit over priced but the food was pretty good. Well, after last night I ll never return. We paid an extra $2 for noodles instead of rice and I asked for no vegetables. My friend paid for the food and I noticed she didn t leave a tip and I felt a little bad. But, when we got home and no napkins, no noodles and there were vegetables on my food, which I love vegetables but not on my sweet and sour chicken. So I call up there to talk to someone and the lady gets on the phone and no offense but I had a hard time understanding her, but she tells me to come next weekend, she only works weekends. Then we hang up. My friend starts eating and she s like eww the egg roll tastes funny, I taste one and it is sour tasting. Awful! The sweet and sour chicken is over cooked, not much chicken, the sesame chicken is fine, but now I can t eat it because I m just disappointed. Will not be returning, not even for a possible free meal.

Being raised with a traditional grandmother from Japan always had the desire for good asian food. Wok Xpress they have a very tasteful authentic Asian culture cuisine selection is well done. My personal fav is the Mongolian Lil spicy but definitely worth it

This place deserves ALL the praise. Their food is extremely good and very reasonably priced. The staff are always beyond friendly and helpful. I ordered delivery online and it was at my door 15 minutes later completely hot and fresh. So much better than any other delivery service. This place has quickly become one of my favorites.

Not a fan. Firstly, in the drive thru, there is a note on the menu board that warns you of them being in the process of updating their menu prices, and if you see a difference in the posted price vs what youre charged, what they charge stands. Theyre basically letting you know that they will charge you anything, and you can take it or leave it. What ideas charged was $3 to $4 on top of whats on the menu board. And even the menu has pieces of tape with prices written on them (which still arent their updated prices. And the food...the fried rice had the same texture as the steamed rice but mixed with soy sauce. The entrée wasnt fresh and cooled very quickly. The food doesnt seem authentic. I would not visit again.

Ordered Sweet Sour Chicken which was decent. Ive had worse but Ive also had better. Their fried Rice however was terrible. It tasted old and as if it was reheated over and over. I set it aside to mix in with my Dogs food as a treat and he wouldnt eat it. Find another Asian food spot. This isnt it.

Today I ordered for pickup our favorite sesame chicken but the chicken was extremely dry and non tasty. The rice was dry too. I was completely surprised as we have been eating at this restaurant since 2006. I called the restaurant and all the person could say was he would talk to the kitchen. We are so disappointed. We will have to find a different place now!

Had the worst night of my life from stomach pain small hour after eating at Work Express. Shaking, chills, stomach pain, heart pounding, I honestly thought I would die if I fell asleep. Ordered crab Rangoons that were so tough, I had to spit them into a napkin. Moo Goo gai pan had a hair on top and was scalding hot. Hot & sour soup left a bizarre metallic taste in my mouth. I only had a few bites and was up for hours in pain after that. Please stay away from this restaurant.

Ate here yesterday for the first time since before COVID. Is this joint under new ownership? What happened to the Asian owner? The Mexicans running the place could hardly understand me. Anyway, the menu seems to have changed and is very complicated. After about 10 minutes of trying to figure out what to order, I suddenly saw 50 cents being charged for our water! What! No one does this. What a cheap sideways move to do on a customer! After all this, we were rewarded with a fresh plate of lunch priced food! We will be back, but will carry water in with us!

I don t usually leave bad reviews but I feel like I was forced to, today. I didn t even plan on eating out today but my baby girl wanted sesame chicken . We always get our Chinese food from Wok Xpress. I drive from Irving to Euless to get food here, bypassing other Asian restaurants. I ve been coming here for years but I m going to have to find a new establishment to frequent. The quality of the food today was subpar at best. It tasted old as if it had been recooked from days before. And there s barley any chicken. (See photos). I understand that a lot of small businesses have had to raise prices but you can t raise prices while also making the portions smaller and the quality poorer. This isn t the first time the food was lacking, but a pattern is definitely emerging.

While i frequent this place, but i am getting close to having to walk away from them. Their food quality is so inconsistent. When they are on, the food is great. When they are off, you might as well eat mashed potatoes. Tonight i ordered my norm, some combo lo mein, combo fried rice, egg drop soup, egg rolls and some wings. looking forward to a nice dinner and some lunch tomorrow while watching college basketball. Well, that did not happen. The lo mein is bland, the egg rolls and wings are just barely fully cooked and minimal flavor. The fried rice...oh did i mention they completely left that out of my order and i did not see it until i got home. Called about it and basically got nothing. The only highlight of the meal was the egg drop soup was great. However, this was in no way enough to overcome the overall lackluster performance tonight. If they could ever get consistent quality and consistent service, this location would be a great restaurant. i will give them one more try, but lately there have been more bad visits than good visits so they need to get their stuff together.

I LOVE this restaurant! I have been coming back to WOK Xpress again, ever since I heard they had new management, about 9 months ago. I did have a bad experience then but I am so glad to say they are just as delicious now as before! The food is ALWAYS fresh & delicious with no complaints! Well, the only complaint I have is they no longer serve brown rice & they charge too much for sweet & sour sauce! Other than that, I love to treat my family with take out from here! My favorite is cashew chicken & my kids love the teriyaki bowl!

New management is absolutely terrible! I dont know when it changed, but expect your order to be wrong most of the time. Make sure you check your food before leaving. This has happened three times in a row and its the last time Ill let it happen. When it is right, the quality of the food has greatly declined. The sauces are much sweeter than they used to and the meat isnt very good. It used to be a weekly must-have, but now I would recommend avoiding at all costs.

Quality has declined a lot recently, possibly due to change in ownership. No one answers the phone now, the cashiers have an attitude, the vibe is just off. I used to drive all the way from Arlington every week to pick up food here, havent been back in almost a month, last time I came by the guy at the drive thru window seemed almost hostile for some reason. I havent had the chance to go inside since they had inside closed for covid but the drive theough service is very good and Bonus since they amde my order exactly. I needed the sauce on the side and they made it perfext steamed meat and veggies ! Great for my type of diet! Always a treat!

Check your food before you leave. We waited 45 min before placing an order only to pay for our meal and get the wrong food. We left the drive through a min later another driver pulls up to say our food had been swapped.

This is a drive through, Asian American restaurant. Admittedly, it is high on the starches and low on the veggies. That said, its delicious comfort food. Its reasonably priced. The portions are generous. The people who work there are friendly. My family had the pad thai, steamed dumplings, veggie egg rolls and wonton soup. Everything was tasty and the kids were pleased.

Food is good and the price is reasonable. The soups are excellent, chicken fried rice and chicken loin mein are amazing at a good price. Steamed dumplings are legit too.

I love this place beef fried rice is excellent, orange chicken tastes great too and the husband and wife that run it are very polite always greet me with a smile and treat me like family good people clean restaurant so give them a try I think youll like it.

The food was ok but not bad. I got the Hunan Beef. It was missing something in taste I cant put my finger on it, maybe salt. The rice was just plain fried rice just egg and rice no veggies. The meal was a good portion. The beef had a good amount of veggies. I didnt like the egg roll so much. Tasted like a egg roll you would get at a cheap chinese buffet. Didnt have much flavor. Lol! My s/o got the General Tso chicken. Now that had good flavor. It came with the same plain fried rice. I will definitely come back again. There was no line and we got our food fast.
