Beware of this company. They were sent to my home by my insurance company to estimate damage from a car accident. After they sent an estimator (after touching my sheetrock) they decided to have an asbestos test performed. A few days later a technician came to my house to do the test. I told him that my house doesnt have asbestos. He insisted that it had to be done and that my insurance advisor authorized it. I allowed him to enter and take samples. Shortly afterwards I received an invoice from servpro for $725 because the insurance did not cover the test. I said that I shouldnt have to pay for this because I never signed any kind of authorization. Subsequently they sent the bill to a collection agency. Recently after the fact I received a docusign request for authorization. I did not sign it. Again they take it upon themselves to make up and trump up charges.

No one wants to deal with a busted water heater that floods most of your house, but that s what I had to do. Listen! Youre probably not having the best time in the world if these guys have to clone to your home, but youll be hella glad that they did. My home recently flooded. Im talking about the WHOLE house, front door to back! I never experienced anything even remotely close to the amount of water that was in the house. THANKFULLY, ServPro sent Jacob Marquez and his team. Before I knew it, they had all sorts of readings, measurements, and a game plan to get my house right, dry, and ready for repairs. My mind was in knots thinking about the hassle this was going to be, but theyve made easy work of cleaning up the excess water, pulling up the effected flooring, setting up equipment, and most importantly, easing my worried mind and assuring me that this was a job that they were ready to do. Jacob is great at keeping contact and letting me know whats going on, and is keeping contact with my insurance adjuster to make sure everything is getting done properly, working to minimize the water damage, and get the house ready for repairs. Having your house flood isnt the best situation to be in, but Im glad these guys are here to help me through it!

Very responsive at first. Reason im am giving a one star is because when they removed my cabinets. They dropped dropped a tool or something and damaged my tile. I let them know as soon as i saw that and was told the project manager Jacob would call me. Its been 3 days and i havent heard from them. From the first day of the incident, we knew we would be going through a process that would be an inconvenience and disrupt our everyday routine. After our phone call to the insurance company things began rolling. Servpro people showed up in a couple of hours and began the water cleanup and removal of damaged materials. It took about three days to dry out. Then the phone calls between the Insurance Co. and Servpro reps to get coordinated. SERVPRO was recommended by my USAA adjuster. They responded my phone call late evening and were available the next morning to repair a water leak from the heater closet into the guest bedroom. They repaired the water line that was approximately 2inches in the foundation. Dried the entire damaged area, water mitigation to prevent mold. I hired them again to complete the reconstruction of the entire guest bedroom and heater closet. The team was very professional and worked around the clock. I came home on a Friday night to find water raining from my ceiling. I filed a claim with my insurance and called ServPro based on these reviews. Later, i found out to my suprise that my claim adjuster recommends ServPro as well. And that i made a good choice in choosing them. We had water damage to our bedroom ceiling due to leakage. We contacted Servpro, and Joe Harrington came and gave us and inspected the situation for water extraction, asbestos mitigation, and final repairs and cleanup. My husband and I bought a new house and on the first use of our master bathtub caused a leak onto our living room ceiling due to the overfill pipe not put in correctly. We called Servpro team and they were amazing. The team came out back to back days to make sure everything was taken care of. My refrigerator sprung a leak at the hose that connects water to ice maker. I woke up in the morning and stepped into water on my floors in my hall, kitchen and dining area, I tried cleaning up all the water but was not able to, so I called Servpro and they sent out Carlos Martinez and he assured me that they could do the cleanup. My refrigerator malfunctioned late Saturday afternoon and flooded several areas. I called ServPro to assist in clean-up as it was too extensive for us to handle. They responded soon and got the water removed. This was critical for me as I use a cane and standing water is dangerous. I had a pipe leak in my house and insurance company referred this company to me to insure that the walls and furnishings were dried appropriately to prohibit mold and address other water damages. SERPRO was called late afternoon of the day of the incident and they arrived early the next morning as promised. I had already vacuumed out the standing water and repaired the leak so their job was to assess the water damage and dry out the house. SERVPRO sent two very professional employees, Joe and Sebastion, who kindly and expertly answered my questions, calmed my fears, petted my dog, and did what they had to do to evaluate the wetness in the walls and start the process to fix it. This is not a pleasant experience. My house is full of fans, dehumidifiers, and plastic tarps. It is also really noisy and hot. But SERVPRO is NOT one of my problems. SERVPRO of West El Paso Texas is the company to call FIRST if you have a water damage emergency. Once I filed my insurance claim at 4am. I contacted a company that had cleaned my floors in past. The owner called me back to let me know that he was out of town. So I went online to find another company. SERVPRO of West El Paso was highly rated and was open 24 hours. We had a water pipe to burst in our toilet area of the Master Bath overnight. We were flooded in Master Bedroom, bath and closet. Main hallway, front foyer, sitting area and dining room. Sebastian was able to put us at ease, that SERVPRO would take care of us. Sebastian walked through and inspected the flooded areas. He briefed us all what had to be done. Immediately he went to work to extract all of the water from our rooms. He then checked the moisture level of all the lower walls and baseboards. He then briefed us that he would have to remove the baseboards and drill holes all throughout areas to aid in drying process. He set up dehumidifiers and dryers all throughout the affected areas the first day (Saturday). Sunday Sebastian and another Technician returned to monitor the drying and to check moisture levels. They determined that they needed to adjust the position for few of the dryers. Monday Sebastian returned with more SERVPRO Technicians. He called my claims agent to get authorization to remove the wood floors from our Master Bedroom and closet. They removed our furniture started to take up the wood floors. Sebastian is very professional and a hard worker too. There were no less than 2 Technicians on site at all times. The drying process took five days. I felt confident with SERVRO throughout the water removal/ water extraction, drying and dehumidification process. I rate this company Five Stars.

They almost started my house on fire. I had my water heater explode. So I had water in my house. They sent this company. With all the blowers they over loaded my electrical box. They got a master electrician to come And my box started on fire. If my husband wouldnt have been there my house would have burnt. The possessions in your home the one that are are saleable they dont care about. There careless putting the machines scratching your other stuff. Then they did a test for smoke damage and now they dont want to fix it. They made a bad situation worse.
