Ordered a blooming onion and when it was brought to our table it was super small and very burnt. Told the waitress she too agreed that the onion was super burnt. She took it back to the kitchen . Then the kitchen manager brought us another blooming onion about 30 minutes later, and again it was super small and even more burnt than the first one. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.

Went tonight for my 14th wedding anniversary. My husband had never been here before, and he left saying its his new favorite place. The food was amazing and hot. Our waiter Abraham was the best! We both had never been treated so nicely and like family at a restaurant before. We will definitely be coming back.

Order a New York steak with a side of grilled shrimp, pecan blue cheese salad. Steak was cold, shrimp way over cooked and the salad you can tell that lettuce has been out for a few days. Never coming back, not the outback I remember being. But the beer was nice and cold.

Cold plates, cold bread, hot macaroni and cheese. Not sure what was going on. There werent busy. Staff and atmosphere has no complaints though. Update 9.6.24 ---> the following week the manager called me personally to ask about my experience. I did not do this review for money, youtube fame or free food, just wanted to note my odd experience. The manager was fair and provided a compensation for a future visit. I dont think you should expect anything from a review, but I do appreciate the gesture.

I gotta say, not too many places that I can give a 5 star rating to, but our waitress made it especially awesome. I think her name was Alex . .. she was attentive, sweet, and funny. Made some great suggestions and made sure that our food orders were on point. I usually have to ask for refills but my beer mug was never empty so that was a plus hahaha. Great Job Alex!

Went with a friend to have a couple of drinks for her birthday, and we had an amazing bartender named Alex Reyes. She was very attentive and recommended some good drinks. Also talked to the manager named Griselda and she helped us with all our needs and was very polite. Will definitely recommend this place for anyone and will love to go back due to the great environment!

Me and my coworkers went there for a dinner night a few days ago and got sat down pretty quick. Once we sat down our server was Alex Reyes right away started having a conversation with us and was just in the moment. She took the time to explain the menu to us and asked each of us what we like and recommended the best thing for each and one of us. It did take a while since it was a couple of us but she kept coming and reassuring that it was almost done and that if we needed anything else. Once the food came out she asked if everything was okay if we needed anything else and offered us some drinks. Very pleasant visit thanks to her. Not to mention the manager Griselda even came up to us and started talking and laughing with us. They both really made the visit special, will definitely be returning soon .

Had a dinner date and had Alex R as a server and right away she was very attentive to everything. Asked us what was the occasion and she recommended us what to get and asked us what type of food we like and went from there. We both got a ribeye and she offered us a free dessert for our anniversary. I loved the way she kept asking if we were okay and even asked us how we met and took the time to actually get to know us where in other places they don t even care. Definitely will come back and ask for her more.

Server Angel s performance was complete trash, he gives off this unwelcoming vibe that he doesn t want to be there and doing his job as Server is huge inconvenience! Appetizers come to the table no plates and no silverware! Main dish comes to the table with missing sides and trimmings that were ordered, so the main dish gets cold while waiting for sides and trimmings. Server Angel said he would bring the sides and trimmings out right away but Server Angel services other tables. Trying to get the check to leave the Servers are huddled around together talking instead of being proactive to help the restaurant guests. Spoken with Manager Mike to bring to his attention and he said that Server Angel was about to be fired.

I am extremely disappointed in every aspect of Outback. Being that I once worked there and it was a thriving restaurant. Todays visit was short of pathetic. I had to send my glass back 2 times because it was dirty. Sent back my food because it was cold, and the most unflavorful steak I have ever had to the point it was gross. For the amount of money you pay for this food it was just plain not good. I would never recommend this place, and more than likely, never come back. How does a chain like Putback have torn cushion seats for their customers. Not good at all. The experience today was disheartening and disappointing. Its not the Outback of old. Come on, corporate change is needed. No wonder the restaurant is empty, while others around it have a wait list. Goes to show you something is wrong!!!!

I had gone a couple days ago for a dinner date and the service was absolutely amazing. We had Alex as our server and this isn t the first time we get her, she immediately recognized us and started asking about our day and she knew what we wanted and asked to confirm. It was the first and it will be my LAST time to go to Outback steakhouse. Oh my goodness I actually was taking a very dear friend to dinner. My husband and I think the world of this beautiful lady. Sad to say the food was awful, my husbands grilled chicken burger was as he put it in his own words tasteless My burger was ordered medium well. I could only take a few bites, gross it was medium raw. Asked for a to hold box couldn t even enjoy the fries they were cold . Brought the burger home to see if the stray cat will eat it. What a waste of money on such a poor meal. $75 dollars for 3 gross burgers. Blooming onion was not at all like it was pictured on the menu. I would never recommend this steak house. Restaurant was dirty and they asked us to wait 5-10 minutes due to being low on staff. There were available tables all throughout the restaurant. Server was pleasant and polite that s about all that was noted for this restaurant. Other than that totally GROSS

He only brought us the 2 Jaws mixed drinks for me and my wife. Then our appetizers came out and still no water. How hard is it to make 4 glasses of water? We started choking on our appetizers until I just got up and said something about it. It was a different waiter, a waitress, who had to get our drinks. Then afterwards Tony came over and asked us if we were ok. Because I saw that the waitress had said something to him. He treated us as if he knew we were not going to tip well. I am always a 20% tipper until now. I could only give him $10 and I really hated to give him that much. The food was $134 and tasted bland and dry. Saltgrass would have been a better choice. We weren t even served bread. Never again to this place. Thanks Tony for helping us decide on future restaurants.

Nice enough staff, but unfortunately, the kitchen doesn t know how to cook a steak based off of what they represent on their menu. Rare is not medium especially when asked to recook it. The food came out cold. The manager did comp some of the meal which I didn t eat. Please get a working thermometer and you can easily avoid this.

I have to say I never been to outback before but this was first time with my husband. We went in and was inviting mainly our waiter Samuel! He gave good recommendations! The Tawoomba salmon with blue cheese pecan chopped salad was to Die for!!! And my husband loved his steak and shrimp! We definitely come here again! And if we come back we would want Samuel again! Went to go eat dinner with family and had the best experience there! Alex i believe was my server and she was very attentive to everything. I dont really come here to eat so I didnt know the menu and I asked her what she recommended and she asked me questions to figure out what I would be the best option for me. Griselda the manager also kept stopping by once we had our food, asked us if everything was good, if we needed anything else. They both made the experience for me and my family better! When you decide to order the wedge salad eat and chew with caution we went there on the 9 th of June and there was this hard small plastic thing in my salad when I discovered it I had bitten on it with my left front tooth we did notify the manager she took off my plate off the bill but I should of made a Incidence report just in case something happens to my tooth the mama should of also asked how it was found or check the camera s not coming back to this place

Went yesterday, sat at the bar, service was awful, bartender took forever for our drinks to start off, and we just had tea! Food was worse, ribeye steak was chewy, burned on the outside and super rare on the inside. I didnt send it back cuz I had already sent it cuz they smothered it with some sauce with onions and mushrooms on top of the steak which I didnt as for....overall they took forever and restaurant wasnt even full...Dont waste your time and money here.....

Horrible!!!! Server w red hair had hair all in her face Food got cold due to a/c was full blast. I requested 3 times if they could turn it down or off. Nope! My wife and I ordered food and my food was excellent, however my wife s steak was a bit overcooked and so they brought us another steak and sadly it was more of the same a little dry but I believe it was because we ordered sirloin instead of the ribeye which is what we normally order but I digress my reason for even taking the time to write this review is the customer service was outstanding and the Manager on duty, Griselda went above and beyond customer service. Not only did she remove the charge for the sirloin we had ordered , but she offered my wife a ribeye free of charge just to ensure we were satisfied! Exemplary service! We had made a reservation at 7:15pm on a Saturday. But we got there at 7pm. People were waiting to be seated. We didnt get seat til 7:45pm i understand it happens but when booths and tables are empty and waiting for customers to leave and bussers 2 clean the table. Then you need to higher more staff because thats ridiculous. Plus our so called WAITER. Didnt even offer us bread didnt even served our meal. Other staff delivered to us. And only came 1 time to see how was everything. Really need to get staff and management on ball.

Day of Service 5/3/2024 0 stars but have to put one to place this review. So sad use to be a very good place before, but not any more, 20 min waiting to be seat, after that 15 min to get a drink 20 min to get a waitress to order the food and more than 40 min to receive a news there was a mistake and need to wait longer for our order. We get up try to leave and talk to manager to give hour complain but guess what need to wait for him too we ended leaving to another place. Now only recently sent me away for a little bit longer is thinking that they didn t bring the food eventually because they were saying 5 min and will be ready but not true, we have kids that were getting tired and sleeping so we ended leaving to get them something else. OUT Back never again.

I had one of the most pleasant and enjoyable experience with the customer service from val. My glass of beverage had not ever ran empty. The food was impeccable. My wife and I had the Sirloin steak eleven ounces. It was cooked to perfection. This was my first visit and I will return because of the great world class customer service from our server Val. We originally Went to texas roadhouse. It was an hour wait just to seated. So we chose the outback. it was A better choice. The noise level was low and the lights dim. Which made it a very romantic evening with my wife. Didnt have to listen to anyone screaming or yelling because of someones birthday, like we have experience before at the texas roadhouse. If you really want an excellent meal with excellent service i highly recommend the outback Steakhouse. It was well worth my hard earned money. Be safe and enjoy.

Lobster was very small, about the size of a large shrimp I thought I would give Outback a second chance a year later, well it was worse, the service was horrible and the food has not changed, small lobster they forgot my shrimp and I was told my plate did not come with shrinp not the case. Appetizers plate was dirty, have to ask for replacement. Waitress not give 2 of us much attention at all, have to wait for simple sweet tea refill more then 15 min, also he forget bring utensils with napkins, I have to asking another waitress for refill and utensils. Showed up at Outback for their steak and lobster special on Thursday nite. Of course they are all out and do not offer any other option. Go with the chicken and shrimp pasta ($21.99)and ask for the onion soup as my side. Surprise! $7.99 for side of onion soup! Tried to ask server for explanation and the only response is it s on the menu . Overall poor dining experience and sub par customer service. Restaurant was pretty empty at 5:30 pm. Surprised if they can stay open much longer.

I ordered take out so did not actually stay in the restaurant. I was craving pasta but shrimp also and steak...yea, Im weird like that, lol. Anyways, they had the Kingsland Pasta with Steak and Shrimp and my-o-my was it tasty. The pasta was creamy and the grilled shrimps were divine. The steak was on a kabob, unbeknownst to me as the stick was removed so I thought it was an oddly shaped piece of meat. I mention this because when I went to take a bite, the perfect bite sized section came apart. Super tender and seasoned steak. YUM! I then noticed, oh it was a kabob but it made my day. Anyways, I highly recommend this dish and it came out to under $25 so that was a bargain. I even got a small loaf of bread which was nice also. My order was ready when it said itd be so pick up was a breeze. Great job Outback!

I ordered the premium bone in ribeye and asked to be cooked to medium rare. It came out well and very thin for an 18 Oz. Bone in ribeye. I asked for it to be sent back, and 15 minutes later, when the other guests I was with already finished their meal, here comes my steak. Again, it was 3/8 of an inch thick at looked like meat from an Alien planet. Tried a few bites and returned it again. The quality of their premium steaks are awful.
