Food is kinda cold this is second time I get nachos cold. Flatbread was actually good today I ordered another. Mixed blueberry Jell-O shot drink was not good at all. But it s super cheap. Games are good a bunch of variety. But most I liked didn t work. Or were off. Prices are expensive. I calculated it was around 30$ for a stuff plushie that I can get at target or walmart for 15-20$. Restrooms were clean. Table was clean. The hostesses took the cherry on top they were awesome. And the server was so nice and everyone just wanted to help. Haven t seen this in a while in EP and it takes the cake. Will come more often. But the food I wish it could be a bit warmer.

Had a great time with the kidoes,very cool atmosphere. I had the spicy chicken sandwich, and it was amazing, really plump and juicy. Pizza is good and great wings. Good place for fun of all ages. Parking: Lots of parking Kid-friendliness: Kids love it,they have fun with the arcade games and get their goodies with the tickets they win.

This place is good but I dont like how you cant split the points on the cards. It can be pricey with a few kids so it would be nice to pay $55 for 300 points but on 2 cards. And it was kind of disappointing how expensive things in the prize room are. 200tickets for one lollipop. My son got jipped Dont mean to sounds like a penny pincher. Things add up nice environment though.

Brought my family and was joined by a coworker as well, it was packed but I left my name and number with the girls up front and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. Didn t mind. I happened to want to go on a date with my husband, and after playing games, wanted to get take out. Everything besides that was fine, except when waiting 30 minutes after placed my order, the person in front desk left to check the status on my order, then she came out and handed me a bag, tell me why I get home and half my order I didn t even have, I called and the person who answered basically said the kitchen is closed and doesn t even apologize for the inconvenience and just asked me if I d like to go the next day or refund! the whole point of ordering take out was to have the food now, honestly not great with tonight s visit at all very frustrating to have only two things out of three to be in the bag, which only fed one person out of the two that were suppose to eat :( shame !

The young lady at the front desk was very inattentive and lacked basic customer service etiquette. I stood there for 5 minutes until she finished with another customer and then she never looked at me but ignored me until I raised my phone, and said excuse me, and then she looked surprised as if she didnt see me all that time waiting. She then asks, Can I help you, but it was in a condescending way and her attitude and body language was very dismissive and rude. I always try to give others respect and felt the need to post this because I didnt feel welcomed on this occasion to pick up my food. In the world we live in, it doesnt too much surprise me to deal with horrible customer service and individuals that feel entitled, despite me being a courteous and patient, paying customer, It was an awkward energy and I probably will not come to this location again.. This was 07/30 at 530pm

It is 104 degrees in El Paso and the AC felt like it was off on the game side. The restaurant side felt cooler. My 8 year old was, my husband and I were so uncomfortable. They have all those overpriced games and the kids are jumping around with sweat dripping down the sides of their faces. The game side was not busy so the temperature was not due to crowding. Usually this place is a nice place for a family escape but today was awful. We usually spend about 2 hours at D&B and today my son asked to leave in less than 30 minutes.

DO NOT SWIPE YOUR GAME CARD MORE THAN ONCE!!! This review is for the GAMING and not the FOOD. We did not eat their mid overpriced food we went just to play. First and foremost its incredibly expensive to purchase a game card and points. I was told upon walking in that the cheapest ones run out after only a couple games. Mind you the cheapest option I believe was $30. Me and my 7 year old settled for a mid range most popular deal that ended up costing $65 with an added bonus and card fee for what I believe was 375 tokens. Immediately we ran into struggles to have games recognize our game card. Thinking the scanners just werent reading our card we swiped it multiple times until they would finally let us play. I didnt catch on until after about 5 or 6 machines at which point I ended up swiping my card SIX times and still wouldnt let us play, however I noticed it had said approved and warned me I had just 110 tokens left. WHAT? No way I ran though 275 tokens in just a handful of plays. I tried one more time just to confirm my theory and sure enough the game was deducting tokens from our card and not letting us play. Im normally not a complainer but at the price I paid; The math breaks down to about 17 cents a token. 7 swipes on a game that costs 10 tokens to play is 70 tokens or $11.90 that the game just practically stole from our card. Broken down to the other games where I had to swipe multiple times explains why my $65 was almost gone after just 20 minutes of play. I told a nearby employee that I needed help with the machines stealing points and they told me to ask the people on the floor working on the machines. I told some dude about it and he just said yea they sometimes do that and went back to working on his machine. If thats the horrible customer service they have then I sure wont be returning. Learn from my mistake and do what I said at the top, dont swipe your card more than once. I already dont eat here because of the overpriced bland food. Do yourself a favor and just go throw dollar bills into Ascarate, youll have more fun confusing the ducks and geese.

We were in one of the event rooms with the buffet. They were super quick with serving drinks. They had chicken tenders, french fries, fried dumplings, fruits, and little burger slider things. The games were sooooo fun. I lost my ring because I set it down to play a game and was totally panicking, but sure enough someone turned it into the lost and found.

The Parm Chicken was surprisingly good. I wasnt expecting much from an amusement establishment, but the food by far exceeded my expectations. My lunch companions have been there before and said that the food and service are generally very good. The atmosphere is very noisy, especially in the gaming area. The dining area is a bit less noisy. I suppose that the meeting rooms are quiet.

We absolutely love the games here! Its so nice to forget life for a moment and just have fun! Although the food has its own issues. A while ago their menu had gotten rather bad so we were hestant to eat there last Saturday. We noticed the food menu had been revamped and were excited to try new things and some old favorites. We had a party of four, everything seemed great until later that night some of us came down with cases of violent food poisoning. I seriously stress the word VIOLENT. While they are getting better slowly now we probably wont ever eat there again. Probably just grab a bite somewhere else and hit the games later.

Decided to eat here today. My server Morgan seemed very overwhelmed or distracted . I saw her working at a different section across the restaurant while she still had us in a different section, so unfortunately service wasn t great. My family waited over 45 mins to get their food ..and we waited over 20 minutes for a coke refill and bar drink finally some plates came but some entrees were still missing. They exceeded 50 minutes so we decided to cancel missing orders. Jackie the Manager was not rude but didn t offer any solutions or an apology for the inconvenience all she did was explain to me that Morgan the server had put in the order incorrectly so we were just going to have to wait .again I will like to stress ..no solution or apology was given to us I really feel this was a situation Jackie (the manager) should have intervened in a helpful way for both her staff and customers . I unfortunately left today feeling extremely unsatisfied

Made a reservation and appeared at the time given. My family and I approached the front desk and were rudely told by the representative that we still had to wait an additional 30-60 minutes . There were plenty of tables available and other customers came after us and were getting ready to be seated. We went a few weeks back. Had the worst customer service while dining. The service took 45 minutes to bring our food out, and the worst part was that they only brought one plate, then made us wait another 15 minutes before they brought my partners food. Love going here, especially with their new menu! That cheesecake OMG! My daughter is Autistic, and this is one of her favorite places to visit. Everyone is always super friendly, and goes above and beyond even the managers have made time to play a few games with my daughter! A year ago, they threw away my food that I hadnt finished yet, they threw out food that I ordered to go that I had left on my table and they gave my table to other people when I had only gone 20 minutes to the arcade (only my brother and I went ). When I asked what happened they told us that they had to use our table because there were no more tables, and I understand that but, throwing away our food without full notice, 40 dollars in the trash plus the food that we had not finished yet and without giving us a solution . I would return but if they are going to throw away our food when we are not at the table then I dont think I will return, bad experience. I would give a 5 star but what my husband and I disliked was how there were soooo many kids!!! We couldn t walk around in peace with our drinks, oh and to get a freaking duck was ridiculous there was a kid by himself playing literally the whole hour we were there we would go back to try and play. Isn t it in the terms that no child is to be by themselves!! I think the staff are great but they need staff members on the floor there were cups with beer in them and children by themselves. I honestly thought this was an adult place families need to stay at Peter piper pizza and Chucky cheese!! I have kids too but we don t take them on our dates!!! Other than that we were still satisfied because we went and I won 500 tickets twice!!! It s a great place for a date but not when there s a lot of kids running in front of you! Dave and Busters was great! We went for the games but were surprised how good the beer specials were at the bar ($2.00 16 OZ), and the food.....the food really wowed us. The food was amazing, nachos are awesome and the wings were really good as well. We didnt expect such good prices and such good food. Its on our list of places to go back to. I MUST SAY THAT SOPHIE WHO WAS WORKING THE BAR IS THEIR GREATEST ASSET, she was friendly, inviting, offered us the specials, but always said thank you and your welcome with a big smile. Thats the type of person you want interacting with your customers. Everybody else was well trained as well, but Sophie was unusually personable. We will visit again!

DISCLAIMER: read in a recent post that THE UNLIMITED GAMING SPRING PASS DID NOT COME WITH A WARNING THAT TICKETS WOULD NOT BE SAVED.... the owner responded to pass the message onto the staff and they did make me aware. I will advocate that the way they describe how the pointing system works, was really confusing for me to understand... which at first I bought the $55 thinking I could supercharge any time after that for the super charge price and get a different amount. Its not only the way it was explained but the way it is displayed.... they make it seem like youre getting a massive amount of play credits for cheap additional price. Ended up spending $172 total on credits because of the total misleading info, BUT THEY DID LET ME KNOW I WOULD NOT GET POINTS/TICKETS WITH THE SPRING BREAK UNLIMITED CARD. Im about service above all. They get a 2, but the food & our paid for experience was what kept our time delightful Waiter never really checked on us. It was dead. And never refilled our drinks. DISHES WERE DIRTY! EVEN FOR A SLOW DAY Food is great! Appetizers Nacho Queso Loaded really hits the spot with a rich bite of chorizo and corn. Tostadas lightly seasoned with a blend of spice & saltFried Pickles are coated lightly with that Asian style breading. Main entrées: Cesar salad was presented well. Avocado chicken sandwich is delish. chicken nuggets were lightly seasoned with a paprika and a juicy bite. Im a huge fan of ranch. Theirs is creamy. Buffalo chicken strips are served with Buffalo on the side. Had a tangy flavor with a hint of spicy that is enjoyable, but not over powering. burgers are cooked to your liking. chicken Cobb salad was served with the same chicken used for nuggets, corn, Pico de gallo and other yums FRENCH FRY FANATICS you wont be disappointed. Games: crazy expensive. We went with 6 adults and 2 kids. We shouldve bought the $110 and power up for an additional $12 tl.start with. But, we ended up paying $55 with power up for $7. And then $110. Cant remember how many total points we ended up with. The FUN WAS SO WORTH THE COST. The prizes are also fairly worth what you pay for. We ended up with almost 6k chips (tickets)....still 100 credits (tokens left over). We spent about 4 hours there. Vegetarian options: Labeled menu for vegan and alternative options for entrées with meat. Labeled gluten. Diet too Dietary restrictions: Gluten free labels Parking: We went on a slow day and windy. The games was good but it was hard to find anyone around the games to help you. We had a few instances where the machines took our money without playing the game and we had to go to the ticket redemption area to get someone to help us.

OMG it is a must. We have two young kids and went on a Monday afternoon and it was a great time to be there!! We are and played. However I spent $55 for about an hour for all three of us to play. Kid-friendliness: Bright, fun, colorful, games of all types. We played a group hungry hippo!

Came here to eat and play games. The service was ok but it took more than 40 minutes to receive our food. Another table sat down 20 minutes after we ordered and received their food before us. Then when we get out food, the chicken tenders were so overcooked that they were rock hard and they were still cold. The burger was ice cold and all the fries tasted like they ve been sitting out all day. I ve been to Dave and busters in multiple other cities and never received food this horrible. I will never eat here again.

We had a very fun afternoon at this place. There are games for all ages but I recommend it more for teenagers and older people. It has a restaurant bar and serves all drinks and food. We consider that what they have is good service. They also have private rooms for celebrations. It is a good place to watch sports on television. Yes we recommend it

Took my wife here because she had never been, she was excited and I had already hyped her up to the experience. We get inside its not busy, maybe 2 people sitting at the bar. We tell the girl at the front desk we are going to be eatting and she says pick any table. When I tell you we sat down and waited almost 20 mins without any help. I walked around to find someone to take our order and when I told them they said they would be right there. 15 mins later still no help, this was extremely embarrassing because 1 it was her birthday, and 2 we drove a good 40 mins just to try it. It seemed like they only cared about the people drinking at the bar then anyone else to be honest.
