The food at this place is elevated, flavorful and delicious. Hosted a bussiness meeting after being there a couple times. The Bone Marrow with suadero, grilled octopus, blue oysters, ahi tuna tostada, ribeye, short rib, duck carnitas, and plus sides. All were EXCELLENT. Top 3 places to eat in El PASO. Treat yourself you will not be disapointed.

We re absolutely coming back here again, the service was absolutely stellar, the atmosphere and the food was amazing. I highly recommend the bone marrow, any of the steak options and the short rib! The only thing that I feel they can improve on is the dish pictured below. I felt that the tiradito was one dimensional compared to the other dishes. While the fish itself tasted very clean and fresh, you only got two notes from the dish. Fresh(clean) and spicy, I was waiting for some sweetness, salt, umami, or someone else to join the party. It s not a gross dish but compared to everything else we ate this was just a bit more muted in the flavors than I was expecting. Appreciate that our server brought this out first before the bone marrow though! That was a good call.

Everything was bad from reservation to meal service. End to end terrible. Sorry guys. An hour wait when I had a reservation. Appetizer had 1 tostada for each of us. Was given a complimentary drink while I waited forty minutes for my order to be served cold. After telling them it was cold they apologized and put it in the microwave(they said that)but brought it back the same. 20 dollars additional for the mashed potato side. Mashed potatoes! What s crazier is I was ready to pay for that! I sound like a total Karen, haircut and everything! Hope everyone else s experience is better but I can t go back. You can t recover from that. Not when all the plates are 40 dollars or more plus 20 additional if you want some freaking mashed potatoes!

I was skeptical at based on some of the reviews, but I come to learn that do not reflect how good the food is. We ordered the grilled octopus, NY steak, cauliflower, Branzino, drinks and side dishes, all of them were deep in flavors and delicious. Highly recommended, the price may seem high but there are more expensive restaurants including steakhouses that do not come even close on taste. For sure I will go back.

I would advise everyone to reconsider if they plan to go to Casa Pantera. If you are going, you are about to experience the worst service ever, even when you made a reservation in advance. You will get there and the hostesses will tell you there is still a wait time of +1 hr. If you are willing to stay for the hour because you must try it, food will take another hour to get to your table. Disappointing as it may sound, after you see the pictures and pretty atmosphere from site/instagram, hear me out when i say that this is not worth it. Not worth your time, specially on a birthday/celebration. You can skip it. It will be fine. There are other places.

Great atmosphere except for the uncomfortable chairs that make you cry your back after 30 minutes on those. Great cuisine, but not the best prices, I mean, $20 bucks for one tamal? nothing to complain about the taste, especially the drinks, which are really good. Service is slow and and waiters are very passive-aggressive rude. Hard to talk to them, especially if you are a first-timer. We are a young couple, but at Cafe Central, Mesa St or Garufa, we always get the best of the service even though we look young. We saw our waiter having a better time with the doctors table next to us. We felt a little discriminated. We would go again? Maybe but just for the drinks, sit at the bar and then go to another restaurant to have dinner. Or maybe if the server is better than the last one. Because as I said food its really good but prices make you think about it. Same with the drinks!

Casa Pantera is the real deal no flashy gimmicks or over-the-top aesthetics, just genuine, exceptional food. Its been years since a restaurant in El Paso has impressed me as much as this one did. For months, my wife had been raving about Casa Pantera, but every time we tried to make a reservation, something would get in the way. Finally, a few weeks ago, we got our chance. The anticipation built up, fueled not only by my wifes excitement but also by the buzz from others who had visited. When we sat down and received our first dish and drinks, I felt like a kid on the first day of school eager but unsure of what to expect. What came next was a delightful surprise. One sip of their house margarita instantly transported me to a place of pure bliss. Then came the roasted cauliflower simple yet sophisticated, accompanied by a romesco and salsa macha that delivered layers of transcendent flavor. For our mains, I chose the tomahawk pork chop with truffle mashed potatoes, while my wife opted for the Nixtamalized Oaxacan Heirloom Corn Tamal. The presentation was stunning, and the taste was even better culinary perfection. The pork chop, paired with mole, revealed deep, complex flavors, and the mashed potatoes were nothing short of exquisite. However, the star of the evening was the tamal. Though simple in appearance, its flavor was extraordinary bite after bite, it became the best dish I had ever tasted. What began as an impromptu date turned into a journey of culinary excellence. The hype around Casa Pantera is well-deserved, and I cant wait to go back.

Small venue. Inside seating was elbow to elbow with the party next to you, not what you expect for a romantic night out with your partner. Food was mediocre, and our steaks were not cooked to our request. There was nothing to really make me want to come back. The only thing I enjoyed here was the side of potatoes, though it s kind of hard to mess that up. Overall it s an overhyped restaurant.

Food is good but it is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what they offer!! Very limited menu options, most of the dishes are spicy, most seating area is outdoors, it is and it feels crowded, can t hold a conversation with your companion because of how loud it is and if you do manage to hear each other you ll be without a voice at the end of your dinner; there is no parking and the surrounding areas are not the best areas in town. Me and my husband ordered two coctails (which were not great), an octopus, the chicken, and a ceviche. The food flavors were really great, though most of the dishes contained some spicy element. Service was good. So, while the food is really good, the rest of the experience does not motivate me to go back.

We went Saturday, July 27, for our friends birthday as a party of 4. We made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a table inside. When we arrived, we learned they had given our table to someone outside because it was hot...... and proceeded to seat us outside. And yes, it was hot, which was precisely why we made a reservation for inside 2 weeks in advance. On top of that, our food took an hour and a half to come out. Our reservation was at 6:45 and we didnt get our food until 8:30. Our waiter assured us multiple times the food would be right out, only to disappear for another 30 minutes. At one point he told us the food was being plated, only for a manager to come out and tell us because there was a large table inside, and because the grill is too small, they got significantly set back. He proceeded to comp us a round of drinks, which was highly appreciated, however, it didnt make up for the horrible experience. If your grill cannot accommodate a party of that size, do not seat a party that big. When we finally did get our food, it was mediocre at best. One member of our partys steak was served ice cold, and the food came out at all different times. By the time the last member of our 4-person party got her food, the other 3 members had finished eating. We will never ever go back.

Evenings is the best time to go during our hot season since the majority of the restaurant is out doors. The appetizers are delicious. Never have had bone marrow with pulled-pork on top. Truffle mash potatoes are packed with flavor. You can never go wrong with French fries. Servers memorize the menu and knew the ingredients in the food. Very impressive. Constantly filled our drinks. Great service. We gave 4 out of 5 with the food because of the main meal, the tomahawk steak. The steak had great flavor but was really really tough. We had it cooked medium rare and sent back to cook it longer hoping it would help but it did not. With 1 appetizer, 2 sides, 1 main meal we payed close to $300 including the tip.

My dish was the Salmon Veracruzano. The salmon was cooked on the edges but completely raw and cold in the center. When I brought this up to the server, they took the plate back. Later, the manager came by to check on us. We explained what had happened, and he said he would look into it. He returned and informed us that the dish would be out shortly. Then, one of the head chefs came out and asked me to cut into the salmon to see if it was to my liking. I cut into it and found it was no longer raw. However, I realized after the chef left that it was the same plate, and the salmon had just been microwaved. No one apologized for the salmon being severely undercooked. It was clear that the dish was not intended to be sashimi, but I felt as though they were treating it as if it was supposed to be that way and that I was being picky. I didn t finish it. There was no discount given, nor any attempt to make the situation better. This was not the experience we were looking for.

Went to @casapantera to see what the hype was about. The bartenders and servers were very attentive and generous with me. Thank you guys. The food, however, not so much, after a long delay, I got the chilled beet appetizer (great tasting) and the salmon veracrusano (not sure of that s the right name) with steak fries. And although the flavors were very different, I got a large spine in my first bite of salmon, and my steak fries were pretty stale. So, I didn t find the food as impressive considering it s suppose to be a finer restaurant. The drinks were spot on, great recipes. The ambience and decor is beautiful, love the design. The people that were sitting next to me got a steak entree and octopus appetizer and that was way better tasting, they let me try their food and were really nice. The place was packed though, I love to see so much diversity in such a historical area. I love central. Overall I felt a bit let down with the food and long delay, but the service definitely made up for it, I hope they keep improving and I ll visit again soon.

We reserved a table for 8 pm and it was ready until 9:40, they took like half hour to take our order for drinks and another hour to take the order for food, the restaurant was about to close and we haven t gotten our food yet. And still, we had to pay a mandatory 20% tip just because we were up to six people (which is understandable) still asking for an additional tip, but I feel like if the service was as bad as it clearly was, they didn t even deserve 10%. Plus, there is no parking and the streets are a little dark so for a woman to be walking at night alone to the car it s kinda sketchy and dangerous. Vegetarian options: We have no vegetarian or vegan options for main dishes

I am visiting and chose this spot for dinner and drinks. I saw it on a page on Instagram and decided to check it out. I thought since it was Thursday and a bit late for dinner, the place wouldnt be very busy. I came in, and the hostess asked if I had a reservation, and I said no, so she suggested going to the bar since it was open seating. I really wanted to sit outside since it was nice weather and there were plenty of empty tables. I was greeted immediately at the bar, and the bartender was courteous. They suggested a drink and went for it. La bruja, which is a mezcalita. It was ok but a bit too sweet for my taste. I decided to order an appetizer as my main and only dish, which was the octopus. It came literally in 3 minutes. The dish was explained to me, and I appreciated it. It was very tasty and well cooked. Later, a friend stopped by and tried the ceviche, which was equally as good. The ambience was nice and the music was good. I didnt see anymore people coming in so I was surprised we werent offered a table. Perhaps I would of felt a bit more comfortable and inclined to stay a bit longer. The restaurant is nice and all but it isnt a place I would go back to.

Wow! That was my first impression, when we first walked through that one giant, double size door. We got in here by some of accident. this part of town, its somewhat of a district hub area, there are many bars to choose from, within walking distance from each other. As we were making our way to OUR destination spot, I happened to see some beautiful sparkle over there, (as the sun was setting) it turns out, it was a giant disco ball, right at its peak. I just had to go check it out. I could only see the tippy-top of the disco ball with nothing else but tall walls. Going through the massive door, it feels as if you are walking into a completely different place. The restaurant is so beautifully designed, its a completely open area, with different tones within the restaurant. The flow of the restaurant, wraps around the perimeters of the entire building. The outdoor / patio areas are all different, in their own sort of way. We made our way straight to the bar section, where the bar is both an indoor / outdoor bar. On the bars patio, they have a small section towards the back with a couple of small tables, with the complete dinnerware set up, very classy and intimate. On that same area they have some outdoor patio lounge chairs, as a booth setup area with a low table to match the chairs, the furniture seems to say. Make yourself at home. As you make your way to the back of the restaurant, there is another indoor/outdoor section, here they showcase their kitchen area. This section sits the same way as the bar area, there are stools & chairs on the counter, but instead of bartenders you see cooks and sous chefs preparing you meal, right before your eyes. It looks a bit more casual compared to the front, but still fun. On the opposite side of the restaurant is a family-style area with a large table for a large group, also on this side, is the indoor seating area, with a dimmed nightclub kind of feel. Lastly, and probably the best of them all, is the front porch patio area of Casa Pantera, where there is a beautiful outdoor patio with all the trimmings. This patio is on a very cool checkered floor, with a giant disco ball above your head. I suggested that later on, they should put away the patio furniture, and turn it into a dancefloor. Although Im going on and on about the restaurant itself, the service at Casa Pantera sucks, it was less than stellar. It must have been obvious that we were out of our element, since we were casually dressed, going to our local pub, or maybe its that we didnt look money enough, for such an upscale, pinky up, type of venue. The bartenders were conceited, short & rude, treated as poorly, and make me feel a little bit uncomfortable. I felt as as if I was being scrutinized, judged and definitely ostracized. Its to bad that such a beautiful, free, chic, sexy restaurant, has such bad, miserable, bartenders, with no personality, proud, and think they are better than. We probably would have stayed and enjoyed dinner, if we hadnt had this bad feeling & experience. After all, my money is as good as any.

Where do I begin with this one? I want to say my experience was a one off, but my entire family and cousins went a few weeks later and had nothing good to say about this place either. Here s mine, though I ordered a filet medium rare and was brought a pile of literal tendons. I knew immediately it wasn t a filet and asked the waiter if I had the right order. He assured me I did, and I told him that this was in fact not a filet (which I routinely order and am familiar with), and instead was nothing but fascia, fat and tendons, and that it needed to be sent back to the chef, as it was hardly edible. He came back and apologized profusely and explained that because of the change of shift, the incoming cook had cooked me the waste off of other cuts of meat accidentally and he wasn t sure how that happened and how it was sent out. !!!! I mean does it even matter how the rest of the dinner went? I ll tell you anyway, though. The other sides were just okay, 7/10, but nothing special. There isn t any exquisite mastery going on here. So, I m not sure how they justify with pricing, given that it s comparable to the nicest restaurants in the city. It was insulting to be charged so much. Also, the place is a converted older probably bar, and the decor feels kitschy and cheap. The space feels almost like someone s backyard (is it a converted home?), but not really a nice backyard. They also blared the music so loudly I couldn t hear the person sitting next to me. Maybe this place is fun if you just want apps and a cocktail before you go out to party. But If you expect an excellent experience or something romantic, it s not happening here. Save your money- by the way, my bill was >200 after receiving the cartilage, but I did order a bottle of wine. Listen, if you want a fine dining experience with good steak options stick to cafe central or another quintessential steak house.

Our food was incredible but we did feel the wait time was rather long at about 45-55 minutes. We did come on a Saturday evening which may be why, and despite our reservation being for indoor seating, we were sat outside while it was extremely cold on a February evening where there simply were not enough heaters to keep warm. We had to ask to be moved to the area where food is prepared as it was the only open spot that was remotely warm. For two people it was approximately $300 including tip. Definitely a nice place for rare special occasions.

Casa Pantera was absolutely fantastic! Best dining experience I have had in a El Paso, from the food to the service. I know they were many mixed reviews in the beginning stages of this restaurant, but I believe they have worked really hard to work out the kinks and provide, a beautiful dining experience that is both new and familiar to the local pallet. Showcasing Oaxacan flavors in food, drinks, and dessert smokey, spicy, aromatic. I would ve loved to have taken more photos, but I will say it was quite dark on the inside during the evening but of course this is great for a date night and more intimate setting. You can appreciate the beautiful decor, both inside and outside, next time, I would love to make a reservation for a daytime alfresco experience. I am so happy to see this part of Central El Paso, growing and thriving with local business owners that I have invested in the area over the years.

Place for instagram photos in day time not night. Small tables in cramped space. Light was only asmall lamp on each of the tables. Music was very loud felt more like a club. Bone marrow was good. Drinks $16+ stuffed with ice so very little drink. Total for 2 people was over $220 plus a card fee for appetizer two mains and two drinks.

Its a nice location with interesting decor. The music is a bit loud and it feels a bit cramped. Requested an indoor table with the reservation and we were seated halfway outside. No big deal. The bone marrow was the best thing we had. The rest of the food and drinks were just OK, but not worth over $100 per person. Overall this place seems to be more of the new hip hangout spot to take instagram pictures than a fine dining restaurant.

Very pricey but nice atmosphere. When making reservations you cant specify whether outdoor sitting or indoor seating info and theres no telephone to call ahead of time to indicate a special occasion. We were celebrating a special birthday and wanted it to be a surprise but when we got there we had to tell the hostess in front of the person who we were surprising. Also they had put us down for outdoor sitting but we wanted indoor, so had to wait 30 minutes even though we had made reservations. The honoree was not pleased.

Really hip atmosphere for a nice dinner occasion. When you walk in youll immediately feel the ambiance, transporting you to a different world. Music is quite loud with heavy bass which gives the place some energy. We ordered grilled octopus, corn tamal, bone marrow, and chilled beets to start. All the apps were amazing, but the bone marrow really stood out...so delicious. For mains ,we had the whole branzino, pork tomahawk, and swordfish. Branzino was disappointing, with somewhat fishy flavor. Tasted like the fish was not fresh. Other mains were good but honestly underwhelming compared to the appetizers. All in all, a trendy dinner spot.

Beautiful place great atmosphere. Food, we ordered filet mignon med cooked and it was charred with some type pf pepper corn on it. It was bad. i did not enjoy, how do you mess up a filet. Swordfish was ordered and also they messed that up, sword fish is best as is with some wine or butter sauce. They drowned it some marinade it just seems like they are over doing it. Oh forgot about our first round of drinks. We ordered 3 margheritas and sent them right back they were horrible. Again how do you mess that up. Octopus was good, bone marrow was good, and the tuna ahi was amazing. The service was at best lacking it took about 45 minutes for the dinner to come out. we asked for it three times and they kept saying 5 mins. All this for 6 people just under $1000 bill. Definitely not worth the price tag so think twice before going.

Overhyped and overpriced. My husband made reservations for an indoor table and we ended up outside in a corner next to a trash can and the bus area. The tables were all cramped together. The waiters kept having to squeeze by to get items from behind us. Everything was a bit claustrophobic. The food was okay, but definitely overpriced. The decor was nice. Might have been more enjoyable in warmer months. Also, they dont have phone number or contact info listed. If you want to modify or cancel your reservation it says to contact them, but how? Maybe through Instagram? Seems kinda shady since they charge you if you miss your reservation.

The octopus came on a bed of potatoes and special sauce that was delicious. I had the bone in ribeye cooked a perfect medium and my wife had the tiradito fish. Did I mention the ribey is 22 ounce! The truffle steak fries complemented our meal nicely.

1st and definitely last time here! Our reservation was at 7:30...we got there at 7:20 only to be sat down until 8:10...the table they were waiting on for us wouldnt leave even after the manager asked them twice to do so. Usually when this happens at a restaurant like the one this place is pretending to be (expensive), the manager at least comes over to apologize and maybe offers a round of drinks or something on the house due to the inconvenience...well that didnt happen by either a manager or our server...not even an apology. The drinks are ok...but definitely not worth $15 at least for what we ordered. The drink presentation made it seem they wanted to go with an artisanal approach so it was surprising that they didnt have common mixes like say hibiscus, tamarind, or mango for the mezcal drinks...very very typical for these types of drinks. The sangria too was like blended or something...it had texture to it which was just odd. The food was also ok in taste. We ordered steak as main entrees and honestly, piece of meat was too condimented with spices to even taste the actual meat. When youre selling $70 steaks, they better be really good steaks that only need salt and nothing else...well not here. Not sure if they tried too hard on offering something different with their cooking but it didnt work for us. As for appetizers, they were also ok...I mean, you cant get fried caulifloeer or fries wrong but it wasnt necessarily out of this world good either. Overall, experience was bad from start to finish...only to then find out when we got our tab that they also pass on the bank credit card 3.5% fee to the customer! If were already paying $600 (5 adults sharing entrees and 2 kids under 8) for overpriced, average tasting food and they still cannot cover a $20 as part of doing business then that is just being greedy! Oh, they also forced a 20% tip! This place wont make it far charging big city steakhouse prices with their service and IN EL PASO!

The place is hip as El Paso can be. The modern southern Mexican cuisine with an eclectic setting and techno music make its environment one of the best places for couples and professionals. The food is a little different: we had the cauliflower & grilled octopus as appetizers. The cauliflower was a bit hard due to undercooking. The main entrees were quite tasty. We were about half way with our wine and the server was already asking if we wanted to order more wine - a bit unusual. We went to celebrate wife s birthday and after we were done our server forgot to bring out the birthday dessert. I had to ask her if they had a BD dessert, & then she realized her big boo-boo. $$$$

My husband made reservations for Saturday @5:45. We were seated immediately, as there were plenty of vacant tables available. I had been looking forward to our date night since we hardly get to do these date nights because of conflicting work schedules and a child that occupies our time. The ambience was beautiful and unique. Unfortunately, I couldnt tell you how the food was because after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes from when we ordered, we asked for our tab for our drinks and left. We even waited another 10-15 minutes before actually leaving. If you are planning on coming on an empty stomach, be expecting a long wait to be served your entree. Maybe make reservations for when they first open?

For the amount you are going to pay here, you are not going to get very much food. The seating isnt very conducive to dining, seats seemed designed for you to lounge and enjoy the many cocktails in their charming atmosphere. Dont visit here hungry, check it out only if you plan on mostly taking pleasure in their cocktails and then maybe snack on one of their exhibits on a plate. Beware you will likely stop somewhere else after to get something more filling to eat, ask me how I know.

We had gotten a couple of different people to our table bringing us things and didn t know who was actually our server. The food was delicious but wished it was a little more warmer. I think service should ve been more better due to the pricing of the food and also the beautiful scenery . I m pretty sure the MO of this place is to get you to spend money and get you drunk on alcoholic beverages before you even get sat. I made a reservation for a party of 8 for our office dinner party. Mind you I made this reservation months in advance Upon arrival we waited over an hour to get seated, during which time we were directed to the bar area to have drinks . An hour and 3 drinks later already buzzed we were finally seated at our table. FINALLY! Our server Nick was phenomenal, we ordered ANOTHER round of drinks and ordered some appetizers. Our appetizer came out about 30 minutes later which was a lot for an appetizer. But our food was another story . We waited a ridiculous 2 1/2 hours for some of our food to come out and we did not get to eat together because all the food came out at different times. Nick kept apologizing for the kitchen . By the time my food came out it was 6 or 7 drinks later, I lost count . What can I tell you about the food you ask? Nothing really because by that time I was too drunk to even remember my food much less how it tasted. We were all wasted and had terrible hangovers the next morning. We easily spent 4 hours there because we got there at 7pm and did not walk out until almost midnight. For a restaurant of this supposed caliber and with the prices they charge the wait times of being sat and served are outrageous. I haven t been back since word of advice avoid busy days and eat a snack before arriving especially if you plan to drink The kitchen obviously does not coordinate very well with the demand or they should do a better job of pre prepping some of the food. I ordered freaking fish and it took almost 3 hours??? WTH??? Did you go to the ocean to catch it and come back??? For such an expensive place you would think they would at least have some sense of time and better execution of their serving time. They definitely have a lot to work on based on the reviews .

Our waitress told us they were short on cups, so my husband and I were sharing a water cup (what kind of fine dining place does this happen at?!!) the food took an hour and a half to come. Cocktails took around 30 min and appetizers were the only thing delivered in a timely manner. We were very patient as we knew it was a Saturday and we were a larger group. We never complaint we were enjoying the company and ambiance. The part that made me the most upset was the waitress brought over the cake for the birthday girl and said have a nice night and left. She seemed bothered for whatever reason. I had to go up to the hostess stand and ask for plates and silverware for the cake. Immediately the response I got was oh we are short on plates (LIKE WHAT!!!) it s a beautiful place but spend your money elsewhere.

To start off, this place is NOT ADA accessible. We had a reservation for my in laws anniversary and arrived several minutes before our designated time. We were told we had to wait for them to finish setting up. They wanted to seat us in the front of the restaurant, keep in mind, they knew we needed ADA accommodations. If we sit at the front, how are we suppose to use the restroom that is located on the second floor? There are NO ramps at the front, therefore, they couldnt sit us there, unless they expected us to not use their restroom facilities. We had to wait an hour if not more so that they can persuade other customers to give up their tables for us. We had to get back in the car, drive to the back, and come in through the back of the restaurant because that is the only place they have a ramp available. We asked to speak to the manager several times and he couldnt bother showing his face to us and speaking to us. We get seated, orders are being taken and what not. Ceviche came out relatively fast so that helped us settle our hunger for a bit. We had to keep ordering drinks given our food wasnt ready. They told my father in law that the beer he wanted had run out, my cousins ordered a clamato and they had to run to the store to buy some and did not bother to prep it, they literally just poured from the bottle and served it as is, they were also running out of beer. Now, it took them over an hour to serve us our food. We kept asking and they kept on saying it was coming and what not. When we finally get our food, it wasnt great. My father in laws $120 steak was cold, my mother in laws fish wasnt appetizing to her and didnt taste well, one of our aunts chicken was burnt and dry, our shrimp was really hard to bite and even chew, and our cousins tortillas from her carnitas plate were extremely hard. We were extremely disappointed. We spent a total of 4 hours there yesterday and only until we were done eating and waiting for the check was when one of the managers decided to approach our table and speak to us. It was the first time many of us went there and it is definitely the last. I know they do not care, they could even be pleased but so will we. It is very sad to see that they lied about being ADA accessible and that their food isnt up to their prices or environment.

11/10 Honestly the best food Ive had in El Paso in the longest time. Mixed drinks on point. The short rib and swordfish were But I think the truffle mashed potatoes took it over the top for me, reminded me of my time in Italy. Definitely worth the price and will be back to try other dishes.

Need a reservation if you dont want to eat at the bar. Food was real good, ordered tomahawk steak real good flavor. Drinks were ok. They forgot our sides and delivered them after finishing the steak, but they were on the house. Good service. Definitely will go again, with a reservation.

Portions of food are smaller than expected, and prices have gone up significantly from the last time we went in 11/2022 on certain items like the tomahawk steak. Overall, the atmosphere, food, drinks, and service were good, though.

so I had booked a reservation for my girls birthday on a Saturday when I got there it seemed like it had overbooked the tables were far too close to each other and I had chosen standard seating anyways I asked to change tables and we were asked to wait 40 min which we did I had originally asked to make it special and they sat us at the far back side of the restaurant waited a good minute to be attended so we decided to leave , if you are going to make reservations here just make sure the table you get is right .

We were there last week and everything was great with the exception that we had a reservation and they made us wait around 20 min to get a table. Decided to go back to celebrate my moms birthday with a reservation inside on Wednesday!! They ended up sitting my parents outside in the hot weather. I asked the hostess to be relocated since I had requested an indoors table at the reservation. They said it would be 40 min. We decided on drinks and appetizers but the table was never available . We went ahead and order dinner outside, our waitress was clueless on plates, she knew some ingredients but she didn t know if it was good or not . Crazy different experience from the last time. Ended up with a mediocre birthday dinner. They need to understand how a reservation works. We are not making one to wait 40 minutes for a table. That s a walk in. PS cauliflower was not ready to be served.

If you like to have dinner at a club, then this place is for you! In my personal opinion, I do not. I found it very odd that they had a DJ on a corner jamming and dancing while everyone else was having a sit down dinner. The music was way to loud and made it hard to talk to each other. Another thing, if you are going to come here, I would recommend choosing the outdoor seating, as there is more room and lighting, you just have to make sure you have good weather that night. The indoor restaurant was way to cramped and completely dark. I did not know what I was eating as I could not see it. As far as service goes, it was bland, the server never made eye contact with us and did not make our experience personal. Lastly food, it was ok just overpriced. Way to overpriced. Based on the other factors that I mentioned above, I would prefer to dine at other fine dining restaurant in El Paso for the same price. **Almost forgot to mention, we had our reservation at 8:30 and did not get sat until almost 9:30pm.

I was visiting from London and we had a booking for 8 and after an hour they told us that our table had another booking and we had to go. So they rushed us to order food and after they went to get our last drink order they told us to leave and we had a over $1000 tab

We had a reservation at 6:15 PM and were kicked out at 7:30 PM. We were told to order quickly because they had another dinner scheduled at 8:15 PM. We would have understood this if we had been told prior to making our reservation. Great food, bad service.

Went here for my birthday dinner, and it was excellent. The seafood tower was delicious and honestly I dont even know where to begin to describe it, you just have to go experience it. Between the sauces and oysters, shrimp, and everything else, it was definitely a treat. The steak on the other hand was easily a top 3 steak for me, which is saying a lot, as I have been to quite a few steakhouses and have had quite a few expensive steaks. It was grilled to medium rare perfection and the quality of the steak was top notch. I even snuck in a few mixed cuts of steak without trimming off the fat, which my doctor would frown on.

Beautiful location. Food was excellent. Great menu to explore. Nice fun but upscale feel to the restaurant.mashed pots were amazing and the bone in NY strip was well worth ordering. Staff was okay. Hostesses were just preoccupied with whatever was going on to greet us with a friendly welcome. For a 220.00 bill (dinner for 2), Id say hospitality was definitely lacking. We were there on a Tuesday, so perhaps the A team wasnt there. Server was nowhere to be found when I wanted the bill. Asked 2 people for my server and the bill arrived 10min later, spoiling the surprise that I was paying for my date. The hospitality vs service arguement.... Going to give it another shot. Maybe it was just a one time thing.

I made a reservation an even showed up ahead of time to make sure I don t lose my spot, unfortunately my party for my reservation got smaller so I was put on the waiting list. The restaurant closes at 10pm and they asked me to wait till they text me to seat me and I didn t get a text till 9:52pm, minutes before they close. Very disappointed with this restaurant, I was not going to sit there and be rushed to eat my food fast because of their poor hour scheduling.
