Our little mini big city skyscrapers, several nice restaurants within walking distance, baseball stadium, and newly opened kids museum, el paso downtown us really developing into a wonderful place to explore more! Not counting san Jacinto plaza with plenty of nightlife for all ages, and great live music many times in the city square. I love my city

This was a great plaza when it first opened. It is slowly going downhill sadly. It is still an attractive addition to the area though. A great place to go and imagine youre not stuck in this sand trap. Cleanliness has gone downhill and some of the aesthetics are fading. There are occasional events at this plaza. A small fast food booth. Security and a curfew has been added which I do not like as I like walking parks to wind down after bar hopping. Location is great.

seems simple and small, but the park holds a rich history, maintained well, and with nearby food and drink, it makes for a quaint place that is sure to invoke a moment (or more) of romanticism with your significant other you take with you during the evening hours.

They have made a cornerstone show piece out of the center of downtown! I remember the alligator fountain when I was a kid and later how the plaza fell into disrepair. It has been rejuvenated beyond its former glory and now is being surrounded by the rebirth of the downtown scene. Christmas time is especially amazing with nativity scene and a wonderful light display. #ElPasoRising

I love San Jacinto. I frequently walk the square and there are always children and families. It is a quiet and safe place. At Christmas there are food trucks and many live music events. For me it is the quintessence of El Paso.

The Christmas decorations are spectacular. Food trucks in the afternoons, during the winter festival. Very good security. Sufficient parking in the surrounding area. Very good size Christmas tree. The lights projected on the surrounding buildings give you a fantastic view. Very well done birth. Voice show, different every day. Very familiar place in a historic square in the city center. The skating area has been moved to the one next door to have more space available.

For El Paso its a nice place, great for dates to talk to each other. Also during the holidays like Christmas they have live bands, many food vendors and around the block of the area you have many restaurants with views. Every now and then you might seen a Tyrannosaurus Rex twerking or a Panda being flirtatious haha. All in good fun.
