This law firm represented my minor son in a pretty sever dog bite incident. The defendant was very difficult to deal with and the law firm was a great buffer for that. It took a couple of years to get through it all but she was able to negotiate a settlement in the end. This was mostly for mental anguish, which I didn t think my son would get much for even though he has severe PTSD and anxiety due to the attack. I was kept informed the entire time and they always took time to explain the process to me. For injuries and more, I strongly recommend the Labinoti Law Firm. They aggressively represent their clients.

I dont know how much they get paid for leaving good reviews, or if its just my bad luck, but my experience with this office has been terrible, from the first day when I could barely walk and we were in the meeting room and how they needed it, We moved to a table almost at the exit of the buffet, which the assistant who initially served me said was buying my doctors receptionists, sending them donuts and coffee so that they could send the documents I needed. The receptionist who not only has the face of a bulldog, but behaves like one... because she has the luxury of arguing with the client and telling you that you should not think badly, of the office or of the lawyers, when you He is an adult and apart from having freedom of expression, one has the right to have a bad opinion if both Juliana and Melissa, who are in charge of the case, do not maintain good communication with one and despite the fact that there is an amount already offered, they are not capable to close the case, which is what I want, because I have neither the time nor the desire to postpone the case any longer. I sincerely believe that the previous opinions are paid or were people who had very good luck and did a professional job with them, that is not my case.

5/5 stars! Back story: I was in a car accident when the driver ran a red light and hit the left side of my brand new car. It left me with neck, shoulder and back pain. And sciatica in my left leg. I was in an auto accident a few years back and I wasn t from the area of El Paso. I looked up attorneys to help me with my case and I found Ruben Ortiz at first. He was a complete failure but I m grateful as it led me to find Ms. Labinoti s law firm. I met with Lily Chavez and spent a couple of hours talking about my case. Just as others have said. I called and explained my situation, the answering receptionist was rude and sarcastic while telling me Id get a call back. When I did receive the call back, the one I was speaking to, I assume was the lawyer, cut me off after a few seconds and said because of arbitration she wouldnt bother with me and hung up. Daniela Labinoti, Yvette, and their team are the most understanding and hardworking people I ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I had a very tough case with a multitude of factors that swayed in the opposing direction. None the less they were able to fight for me and my future. They made do with the worst variables and won my case. Not only did they win but they compromised on many things and cut medical costs and even their own fees to help me secure my future! When we were referred to Labinoti law firm. I didn t know what to expect. From Ms. Labinoti to Lily one of her associates, they demonstrated their professionalism and caring towards my mothers case. They kept us in the loop all the way. Asking how my moms health was doing, going over all facts and explaining the case to my mom whom is Spanish speaking only. I appreciate all their attentions and caring. Ms. Labinoti demonstrated that she is willing to to go above and beyond for her clients. I ve seen lawyers argue, but none compare to Ms. Labinoti. Very professional and answered all my questions , even on weekends . Anytime money and health is discussed , people can get testy and I think with my ordeal I was losing patience but all 3 ladies who worked with me in my case were always polite and helpful. I would love to recommend this law firm to everyone and anyone looking for a team to handle their case with care. I mean from the start I knew the amount would be set at Texas minimum. This so called firm had too much work on there hands to where they could not even stay in touch or let me know anything that was going on until 3 days prior! I was promised things but ended up realizing I was lied to right in front of my face! I was fighting this case since 2018 and I only spoke with the lawyer the day of the settlement and all medical bills were supposed to be taken care of with the settlement but this lazy sneaky firm left me to pay 1/4th of the settlement out of my pocket! Im sorry but if u want to be represented and treated fair this firm is not the ones who will do it!! Very pun
