I noticed that the service was a bit slow. It took around 15 minutes to get greeted and another 15 minutes to get our drinks. It was a bit disappointing to see another couple receive their second round of drinks before we were even greeted. On top of that, it took another 15 minutes to get our check after we asked for it. Overall, my first visit was a bit of a letdown.

Went in on a late Tuesday night, but the bartender was nice. she immediately greated me when i came in, gave us a menu and took our order a few minutes later. she also kept checking in on is through the night. cute little place with amazing service!

This place has kind of fallen off a cliff. The location is difficult - two bars in the same location went out of business in the 5 years before they opened. When they first opened they were pretty good. Not sure if there s new management or something but the place is much less good now. Opening hours are unreliable (you show up and it turns out they re closed) or all of their beer taps are broken and they have a terrible selection of bottled beers. I imagine they ll go belly up soon. I don t think I d go back.

Meh tried to go in for a drink on Saturday night after dinner. Bartenders were still inside, but door was locked and they turned off the light as we were walking towards the door. Google says business closes at 2am, but I guess they close at 1am better luck next time.

I have always wanted to try prof and press since being back in town. We went on a Tuesday night, aside from a couple of people at the bar, we were the only ones there. Jonathan, our server and bartender, greeted us right away. He was amazing. They have plenty of drinks on the menu but I asked him to surprise me with anything of his choosing. He ended up serving me amazing drinks that weren t on the menu. He is very talented and gave us great service. As far as the food, we wanted to try the flatbreads. We did have an incident were one of the flatbreads fell to the floor and they were so kind and replaced it for us. Even if it was our fault. They handled the situation great and we appreciated them. The only negative I have from this place was the restroom, they are not as clean as I would like them to be, you can see they aren t clean even with the dark lighting they have. Aside from that, I would go back to proof and press again and try more of their cocktails Parking: Tons of parking

Craft cocktails are at their finest. If you love or want a quality cocktail look no further. Each drink is made with love and art involved. The carajillo is the best coffee drink Ive ever tasted and every gin cocktail has hit its mark. Alex the bartende takes everything with lov and attention to detail. Nothing he has made is short of perfection. This is a must for a quality cocktail and wonderful ambiance

Proof and Press is my favorite craft cocktail bar to go and chill-their drink menu is fantastic and the staff is amazing! They always know what I want when I walk in the door! Their charcuterie boards are yummy and their drinks are made with time and care. Try their espresso martini or Gold Rush- they are divine. We recently held a graduation party there and they handled our crowd expertly.

Upscale bar with great service. I went with a group of friends. We all agreed the alcoholic drinks were delicious. I had a Moscow mule and house party. I wish the latter were a bit more spicy but the waiter quickly remedied it by adding more spice. Someone from pit party ordered French press and it looked more like tea. When it was brought to the attention of the bar staff, he again took care of it and made it right the 2nd time. We had hoped to try the food items but were informed the wait staff wouldn t be arriving until 7pm and it was 5:50pm. I d come again!!

This place looks awesome! Went in thinking they served brunch and came to find out no, only coffee and alcoholic drinks. But were told hopefully soon they will!
