Spoke to someone about a month ago about my situation and the person on the phone seemed very uninterested in what I had to say. He was so odd. I hadn t heard from lone star firms since I called so I reached out and received a phone call and that person was so rude arrogant and sarcastic. Stated that if I hadn t heard back from a lawyer then my case wasn t considered. I get that and I m not upset about it but there are nicer ways to say that. He was so sarcastic. No customer service skills whatsoever. They never stated that I wouldn t receive a follow up if my case wasn t considered. No communication whatsoever. I decided to contact this law firm because of the reviews and 5 stars and now I don t recommend this law firm. Don t waste your time.

I didnt really use them. The reason Im giving 1 star is because I called and the guy that answered said someone would call me in a day or two and here we are a week later and nothing. I did call 3 days later and they guy gave me another number to call and it wasnt local either. It was for CA. I told him I was in El Paso, Texas. Anyways I gave up and called another business
