DO NOT HIRE THESE LAWYERS. THEY MAKE THEY HAVE COMPASSION... UNTIL YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT THEN THEN BE YOUR LUCK. They do not honor their own contract, clause 2.2 says that you have 3 days to renounce the contract and they charge you 750.00 of your deposit of 2000.00. AFTER 3 DAYS I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID NO. If I could give it a lower rating I would. My husband started the process in May, and unfortunately we can no longer cancel the service, but the entire deal has been terrible. They are not serious about their work. From the beginning, an advisor gave my husband incorrect information regarding costs and questions. Before signing the contract, another advisor explained to us that the previous advisor had made a mistake regarding costs, he changed our advisor and guaranteed us that we would no longer have any problems. Trusting in his good faith, we signed the contract. We worked with the new agent and at first it was good. But like everyone else, when we are in immigration processes along the way, doubts arise and we try to clarify them and that is where communication and service begin to fail again. Now it turns out that we have a new agent with whom we have not had communication because the scheduled appointments have not been kept. I dont understand how they say they help people if it is the lawyers themselves who are not helping you. I dont know how this process will end.

They recommended this place to us because they say they are good at their job, we scheduled an appointment for today, Saturday, in which we paid $87; the person who helped us knew absolutely nothing about what we were talking about, he was only worried about the payment, He still didnt say how much the process they were told about was going to take and he was already charging me without telling me the amount, I had to ask him and of course 15k dollars was an exaggeration. In short, very bad service, they should put a competent and prepared person, since this person lacked it.

I called so they could help me resolve some questions, the lady told me that by paying $125 they would answer all my questions and when they called me the person who spoke told me that I have to sign a contract with them and that the process was going to go smoothly. at $10,000 to $12,000, so it was 5 minutes on the call and apart from that they tripled the charge of the $125 so they debited me $500 this was March 15 and I am still waiting for the refund, PURE FRAUD!!! Very disappointed with the way the whole process went first and foremost I won t take credit away for the receptions trying to schedule an appointment last minute however we were given misinformation throughout the entire phone conversation I was told the amount for consultation which was $100.00 before me even paying I specifically asked can you all given me an appointment today which the guy said yes ma am I spoke with one of the attorney and they said yes I made payment I waited and to my surprise 5 min later he comes back to tell me they can no longer provide service for today which was 12-6-23 and that I had to reschedule I told the guy I was very disappointed for misinformation I felt scammed if you ask me. I was very detailed on the questions I asked . Then he tells me the attorney got busy and that it s best for me to wait till the next day so that I could speak with the best one which is Jose Hernandez I later said no just refund me my money he then put me on hold AGAIN and all of a sudden Jose Hernandez is in the office to which I told him politely no thank you I no longer want the services and I would like my money back to which he replied oh don t worry ma am we are not keeping your money why the smartnest? Who know to which i replied oh the same way I paid and within second my money is withdrawn is the same way I ll request for the refund even if it was $10 dollars it s my money and I deserve the refund for a service never provided I did not like the first time impression nor behavior from such attorney if I didn t have the money I wouldn t be looking for an attorney to begin with. This is for proof that I am still waiting for a receipt of my refund.
