I made my appointment online and I tough that it was for May 25 so I showed up but the girl in the front told me that it was actually for June 25. That s OK my mistake. She told me that the doctor will be there on the 25th. She told me that she can give me an up sooner appointment with his son who is a nurse practitioner but I prefer to see the doctor on my first visit. Today they called me and they told me that the doctor is not there on June 25 and he s there only on Wednesdays. I told her what I was told when I showed up in may, in person, and she said that she s in the front office and has been working there for over15 years and doesn t make that kind of mistakes. Very dismissive. I made the appointment online because no one answered the phones to make an appointment. I hear good reviews about the doctor but his staff.,.. I don t know

Been trying to reach someone all day and no one seems to answer or they answer and hang up. This issue should be corrected as it stands it seems whoever is the front desk personnel is doing a poor job at handling incoming calls.

The front staff as you walk in is not very friendly. Once upstairs, the staff was pleasant. I waited close to an hour and a half just to be called in to be weighed. Then another hour for the doctor to come into the room. The doctor is friendly but talks too fast and does not give time for clarification. His son, however, did stay back and assured me of the best steps to move forward and waited for my questions.

Dr. Moldes is an excellent Gastroenterologist. I have known him for over 17 years when he was my parents doctor. Now that I am in need of his help I went to him. Dr. Moldes will not stop until he finds out what your health problem is. He treats his patients with the outmost respect and is always willing to answer any questions that you may have. I have never had to sit and wait without a justifiable reason. He gives each of his patients the time that they require during consultation or during procedures. For these reasons, I give Dr. Orestes Moldes my highest recommendation as a Gastroenterologist and my immense gratitude for being such a wonderful human being. Mil Gracias Dr. Moldes!!!

I have nothing against the doctor but his staff is horrible, which is an extension of his care. I had to fight to get my results because of their poor management and then they wrote on my record that I refused their care. It is easy for them to wash their hands of responsibility even when they lack bed side manners

NP Moldes has been amazing every time I ve followed up with him. My usual experience of doctors/providers has been to wait an hour or so for a 5 minute conversation. Not so with him. He takes his time in explaining the studies as well as the results, making sure I understand every aspect of my health. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone for their GI health. A++ !!!

I had a fever when I got home I was nauseated with the laxative i drank. I was throwing it up and everything else plus the wait time in the procedure room was too long .my appointment was 11 but I didnt get out of there until 2:00. I was zombie from the anesthesia. The staff kept talking in front of me about food for lunch for themselves and i was starving. 3 days no eat. Ridiculous. Come up with a more modern prep procedure. That procedure was too difficult.

I checked in online and paid prior to my office visit. I got to the office, signed in, and was sent upstairs. Waited less than 5 minutes before being called in to check my weight and blood pressure and was taken to a room thereafter. I didnt wait long (approx. 10 min.) before FNP Moldes came in for my visit. He is a caring soul who takes his time with each person to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend him!

They need to be trained in customer service or find staff that knows how to cater to patients. I had an appt last week on Tuesday i called to cancel appt due to being sick on Monday of last week and i tried all day long from 8-4 and they kept hanging up the phone with me finally at 4:15 someone answer told them to cancel all my appts due to being sick which I called 24 hours ahead. She said they were having phone issues which I didnt believe her. The next day I called to make sure they had cancel the spot and the staff member never did. idomeon answer and she just transfer the call to a voicemail without even letting me know she was going to do it. I called back an she answer the phone and hinged up sgain. left several voicemail as well an it has been a week and no one has return my call. Today I call to schedule the appt and same thing happen people answer and hang up finally . The Dr is very professional and the staff but the call center needs to do something about his staff they are hanging up on people and when you finally get someone they transfer you or they do not cancel appts. It is very unprofessional and because of that staff the Dr and the medical staff look bad. I will be finding another Dr I dont need to stress everytime i need to get an appt or cancel

However, I am disappointed on follow up visit high fees of $220.00 for a patient that has no insurance I myself work for a specialist and we do have discounts on follow up visits especially for patients that have no insurance!!
