I would highly recommend elite event venue, i went to them for my gender reveal and baby shower and both turned out amazing! Service and staff are great and very helpful ! We rented this place for my mom s surprise birthday party. I would highly recommend it. The place is fabulous and the owner is excellent. She provided excellent service from beginning to end. I could not have asked for anything more. Very very satisfied!

Everything was outstanding in reference to this venue. The host is awesome and was very understanding and receptive to our needs. Wendy kept constant communication at all times and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this place 100%. Thank you for a the great experience. Note to the Wendy: I must mention for the sake of the business; the guard was very rude. My understanding was that he was there for our security, not to harass anyone. He was bossing my guests around and looking at people all wrong, myself included. I would not hire him again. As you may see from my profile, I seldom write reviews. A place has to be either really bad or really good for me to take the time to write one. In the case of Elite Event Venue I was compelled to write one because this place is not good, but AMAZING! From the beginning of the planning process to the end of the night at our event, everything was outstanding. We had my father s 8Oth birthday party here on Nov. 25th and it turned out beyond beautiful. The owner, Wendy, is such a kind and lovely person. She really works with you to make sure all details for your event are covered. She genuinely cares about her customers and goes out of her way to help you in the planning process to make sure things go just the way you envision. The hall is very elegant and super clean. I have to add this next thing because it s something really important to me - the restrooms are super clean and neat and smell so clean and fresh! I m a big believer that if a place can keep clean restrooms then they keep their entire establishment clean. I also want to add that the owner has great communication with you the entire time from the minute you book your party. She will definitely answers your calls/ texts promptly and never acts like she s being bothered unlike some other experiences I ve had. Another important thing is that she follows through with what she says she will do or offer you. She keeps her word and I really value and appreciate that. If she has to change something for whatever reason she will verify with you first. Finally, the most important thing is that the night of our event she was present the entire time. We did pay extra to have an assistant, who is also a lovely person and very helpful by the way, but Wendy also stayed the entire duration and was there to assist us with anything and everything. They both were very attentive and accommodating with us to make sure we and all our guests had what we needed all night and again, not once acted like we were bothering them. I am very pleased and grateful we found Elite Event Venue to make my dear father s milestone birthday celebration such a beautiful and memorable one.

Under new management , 4th time we rented and deff the last! Tension with staff made our event feel very uncomfortable. They want to charge for everything , can t even have paper towels in the restrooms Owner is super rude , never again .

Let me start off by saying that the staff is absolutely amazing and accomodating. They have been so kind every step of the way. Now, the hall itself is beyond beautiful. They have areas for the kids and a separate one for the teenagers which is awesome so the kids dont run around during the event itself. The staff has made the entire planning process so much easier and pleasant and it helps that the location is amazingly beautiful. Look no more, this location has it all.

My wife and I got married here and absolutely loved the staff the setup and love the hall in general! The staff was very friendly and helpful, very professional, and the hall was very clean and to our satisfaction. My wife and I loved the arcade and activity rooms for the kids. I highly recommend this hall for for any special events. We definitely will be coming back here for any future events.

I had my wedding here back in May. The hall is absolutely perfect for a small size wedding. It was everything we wanted. We decided to go for the biggest package to not have to stress about thinks like drinks/utensils/dj etc. The day of the wedding everything that could gone wrong went wrong. The dj (was a young kid) was late to start the entrance. Also we had a list of songs to be played for our first song etc and they were not ready in time. We had a surprise gender reveal and the music was wrong and we had to wait 20 minutes to start the reveal because the Dj couldn t find the music. When doing our first dance lights weren t dimmed or anything. I told them to fix the lights for my husbands dance with his mom and the first half was disco lights then the second half was dimmed. The food was a hour late. One of the staff members (also young kid) started vacuuming in the middle of our reception. We tried to not let our wedding day get ruined until we saw one of the staff members cutting our wedding cake without us The dj kept saying he had to go so we ended up shutting down the party an hour and a half early.If you re looking into this hall for your next party I definitely recommend getting your own food/dj and waiters

We had a family & friend event here at this wonderful establishment couple of days ago the staff where very respectful and helpful to my family and friends. what I loved the best is they had space to take care of my younger kids they even had game rooms for the little one with a jumping balloon and jungle gym for the younger kids. The teens even had there own space to hang out with bored games and table games I loved that they had a armed Officer on site my wife was very happy to see we had armed officers on site taking care of the establishment making sure no one was getting out of hand. The space in the main hall was wonderful if you are looking to do a family and friends party this is the best place to do it will be coming to this establishment for more party to come my family and friends where very happy with there services thank you keep up the wonderful hard work you are providing for the community in el paso thank you again.
