The organization of the line is terrible. Had free bday passes. Waited an hour. Was told to go to another line. Watched other people have the same pass enter the club. Then we were at the end and couldnt get in bc they filled all the seats. BTW here are some bday passes that you can waste your time on happy birthday.

Bart did good with getting the comedian Pierre. It was a lit show with a old school comedian. Me and the wifes first time, and it was a great time. The food was reasonably priced, but its like a highschool basketball game type, so no real meals juts hotdogs, burgers, and chips. Drinks are decently priced, and bartender made them very well. Still, the place is worth a 1st and second go. If you are still coming after that, youre a fan!

Shows are good for the most part (but not always). Service has always been lacking...always. May not be the servers fault since they seem to always be understaffed. Last time we were there we arrived late and knew going in that we were probably not going to be seated together. The lady in the front taking our names (bought online ahead) was extremely rude and disrespectful to all my friends. The volume was too low, and the staff does not seem to care about the waitresses and other tables being loud that it was distracting. Step up Bart!

I paid extra for a both or vip . Their idea of of this is putting me in a booth at the back of the place seated in a booth with random people. Understand when I say booth I mean a booth at a restaurant that should hold maybe 4 but packs in 8 so me n mine have to sit inn people lap while we watch the show from the back of the room. After saying they out of pocket for wasting my money we sit at a table in the back that is actually closer then this booth and they got the nerve to charge me for the water I asked for after going through the most to even get a seat. The place is straight trash and u better off just walking in off the street when u bored.

Service not good I ve been here Three times it took 15 minutes just to get a serve to come and stop to take our drink orders and there always a excuse to why we are always looked over the black family that comes in to give your business money Is it Racism or just a shameful treatment of your african-American clientele that lives in your community trying to support your business pick up the pace on how you treat all guests new face is good for business all money is green. Let your waiters know to stop prejudging the guest and treat them with respect and acknowledge the new ones that just came in and been seated and stopped making them wait so long to get service you may get bigger tips. Please fix your chili cheese nachos it shouldn t taste like it just came out a can you are a professional bar/restaurant/comedy club will make more money if you fix your food problems Food comes out medium warm

Horrible service. They sat a party of 6 right in front of us 2 mins before the show started. Then the waitress stood in front of us and took their whole food order. Then came back for the drink order. Then stood in front of us again. Another waitress tried to charge us for drinks we never ordered then stood in front of me during the headliner and argued with me. Overall terrible service. Ruined the whole night out. Never again

Went for my birthday. Didnt want to sit in the front and the guy who sat us down said he was going to have to charge us. Whatever. So, what he did was tell me and my friend that the MINIMUM on buckets was TWO at a time. Haha. So, a bucket for each of us. I should let TABC know about this. Response ... Im not making stuff up. You dont even know when I attended. Why would your staff member admit to it? I know its two items per person. Do your cameras go back to May? If they do you can see us asking to sit somewhere else and having to order two buckets. Thanks!

We came to see Jon Polar Bear Gonzalez. As we stood in line, we noticed a sign on the wall that said 2 items had to be purchased PER person entering. I asked the lady about it and she Said, thats how they pay all their staff. They have food, drinks and a full bar. The show was awesome. Its not a big venue at all. We purchased the GA tickets, and we were sitting directly next to people who had a reserved sign on their table.

Not a place to bring a date if you want to impress them. They employ talentless locals as opening acts who think material is poking fun at crowd members. Juvenile acts including making fun of disabilities, pure sophomoric humor. Money best spent elsewhere for a good date. Ownership needs to set standards for any stage performers. Get rid of low level acts.

Went to see Willie Barcena general admission and got a great table. The comedians were all super funny. Barcena was great except I think he needs to hold the mic closer to his mouth as sometimes it was a bit hard to hear and we were seated in a center table but closer to the back. Service was good and drinks were too. Everything very organized. We had a great time

I bought VIP tickets and wanted to sit with four other friends. They put us on the front row right at the stage. We asked if we could sit back in the middle the guy wouldn t let us move back. He stated the show doesn t start until the front row is filled. A paying customer should be able to sit where they want to. If the establishment is so concerned with seating they should allow patrons to select tables at the purchase of tickets online. That policy is ridiculous and not customer centric. They already got $20 for me downgrading my seats. The place wasn t full only two rows were occupied. I thought I m three years of my last patronizing it would have gotten better but it is still a disaster.

The comics were fantastic, the servers were kind. The bouncer ruined the venue, I will not be back. Response to owners post: My party and I acted extremely courteous to the comics and the servers. The bouncer appeared to have racist preconceptions and was very rude to us tonight. He had no cause to prevent entry or to kick us out as we enjoyed the entire show. These actions are not acceptable in any venue.

Owner/ host whatever he is, was extremely rude. Waitress accidentally dropped credit card instead of bringing it back to the table. Was looking everywhere for it and we found it under another table. Owner/host stated we probably dropped it because his waitress swore she brought it to the table like she usually does. We tried to say she probably dropped it on accident. He started getting belligerent. Didnt want to hear anything we had to say. He only kept saying he knows his waitress and he doesnt know us. Thats not how you handle an issue at your business. At least act like you care.

Saw Joey Medina, he was funny, he had a wild crowd. He made the best of it. He had some really drunk peeps. The staff, servers, bouncers were very friendly. My experience there was a nightmare i had a family emergency and had to walk out before the show had started ,later that night i realized i had left my drivers lisence when i opend up a 2$ tab for two waters,so i figured i would go the next buisness day to pick it up,so i called and they had mailed my driverse lisence to my adress not given me a chance to pick it up and pay my 2$ tab so its been two weeks and no DL im driving around without iti called and talked to bart the manager all he had to say is im sorry,beware if u leave any personal belongings with him .....good luck and god bless.

I love this place. It seems they work hard to get big talent to come to the night club and it shows. The wait staff works really hard to get you what you want and the rest of the staff is very kind. The cashier (a lady and a gentleman) in the front were rude. Not just my thoughts, my wife and I both noticed when we went in, shortly after a few more people came out to the patio their attitudes quickly became the talk of the patio. My wife overheard their conversation and so did a few others, as people talked and more came out, the catch frase was I KNOW RIGHT!? Waitress was amazing and the show was fantastic. I love going there, but felt that the entrance could use some attention.

Outstanding show!!! Wonderful selection of comics but the sitting area was somewhat cramp and it took awhile to receive the food that was ordered. Still in was good times.
