Sun aug 4th 24 2:50 pm, we had a very bad experince , while waiting for my table i visited the restroom while in the restroom a server used the toilet exited the stall and did not wash his hands , when i got my table the server that did not wash his hands was my server i asked for the manager when the manager aproched the table i explained the issue and he askes me 3 times if i was right and sure of what i was telling him he took as a joke he said we are not a taqueria degrading business as a racial remark towards mexican taquerias he went to talk to the server and came back and said i was liying about that the server had washes his hands we had to leave the restaurant as the manager keep laughing and taking this as a joke I dont recomend this location as it lacks sanitary procedures and the manger lacks ethics and morals on how to handle a situation of this level

Beautiful beautiful experience there!! Just left the restaurant leaving full like a fat crème donut! He explained and recommended the fabulous Singapore street noodles!! He was also fabulous as well with his beautiful charismatic personality. We got into a wonderful conversation about hairstyles and he also recommended some great hair products!! Ordered 2 meals to be delivered with Rangoon and some shrimp for around 75 dollars. This had to be one of the worst dinners. Small portions, the honey chicken was almost soggy as if under coooked. The rangoons were almost burnt and hardened. The only saving grace were the noodles but the shrimp with them were subpar. Dont recommend. Maybe it is different in the restaurant, but after this I wont try it.

This place has really gone down hill and not representative of what PF Changs has been in the past. Twice I am sorry. We are out of tofu. Tofu doent go bad so why are you out so often? They didnt have it for the lettuce wraps or the main course dishes (different types of tofu). So I ordered a noodle dish. Guess what, the noodles were plain ol speghitti! Like a manager said We are out of that too? Go to Walmart and buy some speghitti. I think this location should closed down or have they all gotten this bad?

We celebrated my niece s HS Graduation today here and everything was excellent!! The manager Trina greeted all of us at the table, and checked in on us regularly. The server was Amazing she got everything Perfect which is hard to do for a group of 20!! She s a rock star. The food was perfect and timely and the margaritas are amazing. Try one !! Was there on May 15,2024. Was with large family. Service was good but food on menu not what it says it is. Got the salt and pepper prawns. They werent prawns...small shrimp. I wouldnt even call them jumbo shrimp. Also got the honey crisp shrimp. They were missing half the ingredients. When did the honeydew melon and glazed walnuts disappear? The only thing that made the meal ok was that we had great service. You need to update the menu.

the service was amazing, Jennifer laughed at all my jokes. The Pad Thai was delicious and considering the time I went in I was sat down pretty quickly.. you can never go wrong at this location.. Looking for a nice place to have dinner with friends of mine, we realise P.F CHANGS is one of the best choices for party reunions and fine dinner. The service was always on time and not once did we ever felt that our server, who introduced herself as destiny, was flying above us all the time, maybe it was destiny to meet Destiny . The atmosphere was very comfortable. There was music on speakers but the volumen was just enough to blend in. And of course the food as delicious as it looked. I dined at this P.F. Chang s located at the Fountains location and just wanted to say that it was fantastic. The food was great as usual, however our service was the main reason we really enjoyed our evening. Our server Claudio did a great job taking care of us today. We ate for the first time here and had a pleasant experience (:. The hostess cleaned our table right before we sat down. Our waiter was observative (refilled empty cup without asking) and friendly. The food was yummy. We got the $50 4 course meal for 2. It was a good portion size for us two. We were told our dumplings were accidentally given to the wrong table, so they gave us free soup for the extra wait which was very nice since we did not ask for that. We would come here again (:. I stopped in for a solo dinner. I sat at the bar in which I was greeted promptly by David and ordered a Hendricks n tonic. For starters, I had the brussel sprouts (I highly recommend ordering with pineapple), and for the main dish was the Changs Spicy Chicken with (you guessed it) pineapple white rice! The food came out in a very timely manner, and the drinks were great. I was also greeted by the manager Juan, who was checking to make sure all was well. Overall, it is a great place with great service, excellent food, and a relaxing atmosphere.
