Music is great to have a few drinks!! The food is expensive and not great plus expensive! The service is horrible, we had to get up every time to get whatever we needed! We even had to look for waiters to charge us.. we could have easily left without paying the drinks!!

We will give this place another shot. Place is clean, great tap list, but there were 7 people sitting at the bar (2 of them were us) and Noone else. Server made a few drinks right in front of us, while staring at our empty pint glasses. Served the mixed drinks, asked 2 other patrons if they would like another beer, and went to the other end to be with his buddy. Im okay with a server being busy, and not jumping on an empty glass (honestly, it should never truly be empty), but you should grab us another beer before you disappear. Im certain that when we stop back, if the same server is there, we wont revisit.

It is a very quiet place where you can go and talk very comfortably. They have many types of beer to choose from, from traditional ones to ones that I have never seen in my life, they also have a variety of tequilas and whiskeys. On Saturdays there is a group playing live. They sell food right next to the premises and allow you to bring it into the place without any problem.

*************Update: *********** about 3 years later I returned only to find a menu full of domestic pilsners and lagers and 6 dollar twisted tea pints. Now just because it has a craft beer name they are charging craft beer prices for domestic beers. Variety and prices all seem on a ridiculous side now. Honestly if I want domestic beers Ill just stop at the gas station and get me a 2 for 6 tall can special.

I had reviewed this a 5 start but I went 3/16/2023 at around 1830 and the bartender was more focused on taking pictures outside with her friends instead of asking new customers what they wanted. I was there for 5 to 10 min and never came over to ask if I had been helped. She came in and continued being more occupied with her party. I used to be a frequent customer but not going back.

I really like the variety of beers/drinks that are available....but....1 out of 5 bartenders/servers could use a lot of touch up with customer service. Have the bad tendency to social amongst each other and neglect the paying customer. I spent more time wondering what conversation they were having that had me waiting for my next drink.

First off, I want to say I never leave reviews. My wife and I have gone to Keg and Brew numerous times in the last couple of years. However, we were severally disappointed tonight. We had a gift card that was absolutely less than a year old. The bar tenders told us it was taking a bit longer, because there was credit on the gift card, but they were having an issue processing it. Eventually, we were told that the gift card was from 2020, therefore they were not going to honor it. My wife proceeded to tell them that she did not understand as the gift card was less than a year old. The bar tenders (though very good) explained that the owner was now willing to recognize the gift card because it was from 2020. Pretty disappointing that a gift card paid given to us, paid with cash, less than a year ago, wont be honored. I will struggle to revisit keg and brew.

Went for the first time even though we live pretty close. It was actually pretty chill. We had a few beers. The barkeep was pretty good at giving out samples and recommendations. She also filled our peanuts cup as often as we were emptying it. Lol. They dont serve food there but the food truck was just outside the back door and delivered the food when ready. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Be warned that they do not serve food here, however food options like Don Carbon, Toro Burger and others are within walking distance. Nice outside area as well if you dont want to be inside. Only big peeve is that on weekend nights the music is overbearing and deafening to the point it hurts and can barely have a conversation with the person next to you.
