Cheryl made this process as painless as possible. Her and her team (big shout out to Jenny and Tammy) held my hand through the entire process, with frequent updates and reminders. She walked me through the paperwork instead of handing me a packet, and was extremely compassionate during this vulnerable time. She even helped me during her vacation. Mrs Davis and Tammy were amazing. There are no words to express my gratitude towards them. I was in a financial bind and wasn t sure what to do. I have searched for months around El Paso for some answers and ran into rude, disrespectful not caring about anything but getting there money before they gave you any advice.
