Mr. Flores is incredible . He took his time with us , making sure we understood each step. We did not feel rushed at all . I was very nervous , you know the unknown . He listened intently, very refreshing . When one of us were speaking hed look us in the face , that gave us comfort. So in short , to late lol , thank you Mr. Flores .

The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is because my discharge paperwork was sent to an old address! When I moved back in February 2022, I went to the office of Tanzy and Borregoand gave them my updated address. Upon me completing my bankruptcy payments, I realized 2 months had past and I hadnt received anything. I called the central office today and they informed me my discharge paperwork was sent to an old address! Luckily, the woman I spoke with was able to email me my discharge paperwork.

I have tried to modify my plan and the attorney assistant wont even respond to my phone calls nor emails for months now. They will drop the ball when you most need them to represent you. In this case its not worth the money. They spend too much money on advertising when all that is needed is good representation and word of mouth goes a long way. I will get a new attorney asap but please dont risk your belongings with these guys. Now I find myself on a worse shape that when I started because of them.
