I saw some negative comments, but we still went. I have a 4 and 7 year old, and both had so much fun they didnt want to leave. Its not as big as other places, but its clean, has a food area to buy things, party rooms, and I felt the jump areas was nice.

This is now skyzone and it will be a long time before we go back. I know the kids love it here but even they dont want to return. There is no air conditioning, or if there is, it is broken or set to 90 degrees. Way too hot, too crowded, too loud and not at all controlled chaos (that I dont mind as much). But way too hot there. My kids couldnt last an hour. Their cheeks were beet red. And they were so dehydrated after. Not worth it. Maybe if they at least fix the air, I can ignore the rest for the sake of the kids.

This place just became sky zone but it is hands down the best trampoline park/ amusement park I ve ever been to. i ve been to a few other trampoline parks and they honestly aren t the best experience but this place honestly turned my opinion around on them. It is truly a special place for kids. The management and employees there are awesome, they make sure that each and every person there is having a great time.

BUYER BEWARE! Have only been here a handful of times but will not be back. I wanted to take my son for an hour and checked the prices online beforehand. When I got there I was told that the only thing they were allowed to sell was the unlimited pass which is significantly more money but my kid was allowed to jump the whole day because we were coming during summer break. Keep in mind, this is Saturday and the hourly jump rate is already pricey as is. Well it was late in the day and there were probably only 2 hours left until closing so it wasn t worth it to me. I asked them why the prices were different online and why I had the option to buy the hourly pass online but they couldn t sell it to me in store and the guy didn t even know! He said if I bought it online that he would try to run it through the system to see if he could honor it. Sounds like a total scam! Don t waste your money here but if you do, make sure you buy tickets online beforehand so you don t get ripped off in person. Lucky for us XZone is right around the corner and a much better deal and better service.

Went for their membership to have something for the kids to do out of the heat. Well, been three times in the last two weeks and all three times the temperature in here is insanely warm. The dodgeball area has yet to be fixed so it s been closed and to top it off the slingshot ride was also not working. Definitely not renewing and taking my kids elsewhere.

First and last time here. I asked for what promotions they had and Judith mentioned $27.99 for one day unlimited or $29.99 and a monthly charge. So I asked, thats it? She said yes. So I bought the unlimited one for one day. My son goes and lines up for the sling shot and Judith says, he needs to have a black bracelet. I told her, I asked for what you had and you mentioned that was it. Horrible service with this girl. She needs to get trained. Never coming back.

Was overpriced, by the le hour, also beware of the dodgeball area, them kids can be mean, same kid who throws them hard at young ones wont do the ninja beam. 3 Frozen pizzas took 90min to get to our private birthday party room, we had 10+ people, shared the facility with another 20+ or so. Good vibes bad hosting. Great place nonetheless, superb child energy burn off, good to bond with your children if you have the stamina. They removed the arcade but didnt add anything, curious to see a more complex rockwall, or more features to include the adults. #removethe6&under huge jump area, get more hoops and obsticale courses, would love to spend all my mo ey with those changes! Not worth what theyre charging. Took our 3 kids there on a Saturday and was told because it was the weekend, the unlimited pass was our only option, ok fine. Then of course they needed the socks, another $5 each. Spent a total of about $107. No employees watching any areas. Kids and parents walking on the half walls to jump off of it, throwing things from one section into another. Absolute s*** show and not worth a dime. With the lack of supervision, Im sure theyll see a lawsuit in their future. Save your money and take your kids somewhere else for fun.

The worker mislead us and signed us up for an expensive monthly membership. Then they were unwilling to help process our refund. Corporate offices have not returned our calls. Highly disappointed in this costumer service. Edit - after numerous calls, the funds were returned to my account. Ive updated to a 3 star. The facility is nice, lets just hope they sort out their customer service and billing systems.

You get there and the only option is to pay for a membership or an unlimited pass. If you want to pay for an hour you have to buy it online. If that is not ridiculous enough the site does not work. The $5 deal is a scam. They make it extremely easy to head down the road to Urban Air. Will never return.

If I could give zero stars I would. I m going to start off by saying. This company has continuously charged my account after I had canceled it ( in person ). I had to close down my bank account. I have been asking for a refund on the transactions. I m still waiting for a call back from the supervisor , Rafael. I have left him multiple voice messages/ text messages/ calls and I have not heard back from him. Be aware when canceling your membership.

We ve been members of Rockin Jump for over a year now and it s been nothing but a positive experience since Day 1. We had my sons birthday party there back in March and it was one of the best parties we ve ever had for him. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food court area is always clean and they have many options of food and snacks to choose from. As far as the facility itself I think there s a good amount of activities for the kids to do, my son hasn t gotten bored of it and they even have a mini arcade area. The overall cleanliness of the facility is 10/10 we started our membership during COVID and every time we go I always see staff members cleaning and disinfecting and they have hand sanitizer available throughout the facility.

The 3 stars are for their trampoline layout and service. Other than that, the overall ambient is less than appealing. Restrooms are barely satisfactory and, in addition to that, Im guessing toilet paper is a rare commodity. Their concession stands over price their snacks way beyond their retail price. I understand business is supposed to be upheld, however, almost 4 dollars for a 12oz. fountain drink? (Thats their large, btw) thats a true hustle on people. Our return to Rockin Jump is less than likely.

Shady business practices. They charge you for a membership and then tell you you have to cancel it with 30 days notice (so they can bill you for something you dont use) and a phone call wont suffice- gotta come in person. WOW! Theyre definitely not getting another dime from me so Ill just have to cancel the credit card I used. Buyers beware. X-Zone does great business and is right around the corner.

A huge kid jumped into my daughters space, breaking her ankle in 3 places. If you dont mind risking your kids bones, have extra time off work for hours on end at emergency room PLUS all the extra doctors visits, feel free to go.

Bad customer service, since epidemic was in full effect decided not to have the birthday party I had plan for my son, since the beginning I was advised by Manager of place to give them time so they can get money to refund for party. Month later I called back and same manager advised it would take 1 month to get refund back to cc. Close to a month later was told no refunds on party reservation. No where in ticket or paper work they provide did it say of no refund of birthday parties. According to manager upper management won t provide refunds. Bad place for business for sure.

You must wait 48 hours before you can use the freaking coupon and it isnt valid during holiday seasons, basically its worthless, because holiday season is when my son is out of school. This place is super expensive as it is. Fountain drinks are $3.85 and its super small. 5 kids was $110 for 1 hour. (Plus the cost of their brand socks if you dont have them). Not as much things to do as it shows on the website. The staff is nice but one of them there is super nosey and talks way to much. She is super obsessed with controlling people from being on certain areas of the jumping area. It got annoying because my daughter wanted to play and noone was around and this chick wouldnt leave her alone until I started snapping at her and told her to leave her alone. Like I get safety and everything but she wasnt even by anyone to move her away than parents are in the 6 and under jump. But they yell at older kids for being in there. There drinks are small, pizza is gas station pizza. Not worth the money, I feel they need more and more games. It looks different online than in person. It was over all a if I had the money to waste I would kind of day there

Its a pretty cool place, only a few things that should be updated and change. The prices are not to bad but the games are literally rigged like any game from any place but at least some places let you win. Here everything from the claws are loose enough so everytime you grab a ball or stuffed animal it drops so easily. I understand they need to make money but make it where you can win something every here and there. Peter piper pizza and Chucky cheese has games where you win prizes and candy etc. If you dont mind spending money come here as a alternative but if you want a better quality for your kids, go to Peter piper pizza or chucky cheese.

Ok place to try once, but highly priced for what they offer, I just didnt see the value for what I paid, $80 for two kids a 4 year old and a 7 year old. Im glad I didnt jump definitely wasnt worth $30. For $20 more you can experience sea world. Guy was trying to upsell me some orange pizza themed socks, I asked why they were more, he said they were limited edition and that they were supposed to make me hungrier, haha! definitely trying too hard! It was ok but in my opinion the park is a much better option and its free. Im sure its a fun place for some but u can definitely have more fun somewhere else for less.

Aside from the obvious likelihood of contracting SARS, this place is also out to cheat customers. We went to try and take the kids for an afternoon of fun by purchasing the groupon, but hadn t read the fine print. When we arrived we tried to use our Groupon, but were informed that the Groupon was only valid 48 hours after purchase and only good on specific dates. The cashier then let us know he could help us out by selling us the same thing we had purchased but at full price. Wow what deal! Regular priced admission, thanks jimmy! The guys way of dealing with us seemed like he did it on a regular basis. So be aware, if you buy the Groupon, make sure you do it at least two days in advance and are going to be going on one of the specific days they take them, or you ll get the same deal they tried to give us.

Overall it is a fun place. My only disappointment is that they do not enforce the kiddy area. There is a section that is 6 years and under but there is still a lot of bigger kids in there. I get the parents that go in with the kids but I have 2 toddlers and I had to keep taking them out of the area because they were getting knocked over by the big kids. Oh and the drinks are ridiculously expensive. $2 for a can of soda and $4 for a 16 oz foam cup for the fountain drinks... Nope.

A little bit of a mix up when we first arrived, but kids had a blast, and thats all that matters. FYI, hourly prices are only available online, only day passes and summer passes are sold at the location. Plan accordingly.

Horrible place. They did not want honor my groupon due to the fact that some school districts are already on summer break. And being with yisd not being on summer break idk whos on summer break or not. The manager present said there was nothing he could but give us credit if bought a package. will not be returning

So EXPENSIVE! Took my family of 5 here. We already had socks from a birthday party we attended, so we only needed to buy my husbands socks. On the weekends they do NOT do hourly jumps so it s 27.99 PER PERSON and forget it if you have another companies socks on. We left and went to X-Zone. Sooooo much cheaper and they don t care that you wear another companies socks, because NO ONE looks at your socks. You re jumping, you re having fun! Grip socks are grip socks, sorry if you are so worried about your competition that you can t even allow another persons grip socks. If you need a fun place to go, go to X-Zone - good quality for a good price
