Terrible place went to a brithday for my friends baby we got the cheap package for 6 bucks and they charged our friends 25 dollars to walk in. My son wanted to play the claw machine that only takes *Tokens* when I ask to get some the girl working at register she said they don t have any today but when my husband asked she gave him 4 of them. Very unprofessional for getting 25 dollar package it should come with tokens for the dinosaur ride an claw machine but they had to pay *Extra* for them what a rip off never coming here again

Friendly staff, food was good, fun activities for all the kids my oldest likes the new Nintendo stations they have. They love it here and it s always a pleasure to see Ms Ariel and we love to let the kids run around and play all day The facepainting the girls got came out so nice they feel like princesses

I went to check out the place the gentleman in the front with glasses tried explaining the packages but had no patience and started scolding my son. Just because my son was excited about the place he wanted to play. I understand you gotta go over the pricing and it s not like if I am not gonna pay. It really felt like he doesn t wanna deal with Kids . He should really find a different job. I was gonna go ahead and check out the place to get a birthday party package and the way treated my son I do not appreciate that and I really would not choose to come here again. Today s July 26 at 12 noon.

Came early. When we walked in, it was vibrant. staff was helpful and kind. I really like that it was clean, very touch friendly for my toddler. The rides are nice for the kids. After all the rides they enjoyed the ball area and slides very much. Food was great, full of happy energy and we had a great time.

Everything was wonderful. Customer service and how cool the staff was. My top favs were Josh Ryan and Pluto! The the ladies in the front and the guy with pink hair was nice too! They all had a smile on their face the whole time we were there. Will be returning, our friends also loved the place.

Fun experience for my child. Clean premises. Variety of games. Enjoyed the face painting and dress up for both girls and boys. Massage chairs for parents inside the glamour game. Relax while you wait for you child to get face painted.

I hope management goes over reviews because they would learn a lot on how customers feel about their location. Took my daughter for a pre birthday play time and was very dissatisfied with many things. First-employees, many teenagers working there have no interest on being there always with a bored face and dont make you feel welcomed. Asked the lady on the front to explained the plans and gave us nothing but a paper. Second-prices, theyre are pretty outrageous for what you get, not even the VIP can get you more than a face painting, you have to buy tokens for most activities. Third-space, the location is very very small, not enough for an adequate birthday party or enjoyable play time with your little one. The place is over rated and over priced theres many better options out there, please make yourselves a favor and dont come here.

Fun and reasonably priced kids zone! Josh was so kind and helpful! Definitely recommend for younger kids on a hot day! We went on a weekday around 1, and it wasnt packed at all, so the place was nice and quiet for my autistic son. He loved it!

I have had the worst experience with this place. My son got sick a couple of days before his party and I called to cancel and asked for a refund on my deposit. I was told they had to speak to the manager. They called her over the phone and had her on speaker. The supervisor (male) would repeat what I said to the manger on the phone. I asked if they could show me the no refund policy but they admitted there wasn t one but they could not refund. I asked why and the supervisor told me he didn t know but that the manager just said no. I asked for names and the only name they would give me was Ariel who is the manager. I asked when she would be working so I could speak to her and the supervisor told me he didn t know because she works whenever she wants and he didn t know when she would be there. He said she would call me.She never did. I called again the next day and they hung up on me. When I tried to call again I kept getting a not available message so I called from a different number and got through immediately meaning they blocked my number??? I m still out $100 for no service. I wouldn t be making such a big deal of there was a non refund policy on the site but there isn t anything of the sort. I made sure to take screenshots because from what I see its a shady business!

First off we bought unlimited ride tickets then the young man told us the boats werent working when the boats were working so the manger spoke to him and my children were able to ride them, but after my 3 year old (who is obviously impatient because hes 3) was waiting in line to jump off the stairs onto that big pillow like thing and of course he kept cutting so I kept correcting him and moving him & one of the youngish ladies made a remark saying patience geez with an attitude and a ugly face , I didnt say anything to her but I wish I wouldve . She was the medium skinned toned girl looked a little older than the rest of the teenagers that work there .

First time coming here, I don t recommend to go during the week because if they are slow and don t have enough clients, they will close early and you are still responsible to pay full price, no matter what. We were trying to celebrate our grandson s birthday, unable to do it much earlier due to work. Kids were excited to try a new place, but had to cut it really short. Very disappointed with the outcome.

Hosted my son s bday last week and I will NEVER do that again. Joseph our party host was rude! When arriving prior to party starting, he thought it was okay to ask for the bday kids Mom and Dad. (If you ever met the guy, he has a loud personality) when I stated I m the mom. He thought it was needed to again if there was a dad. And when I stated there wasn t, he thought it was okay to announce that so there is no dad. I then mentioned there was no need to announce it to the world. He then knew he had kept his mouth shut. During the party I had immediately ordered 2 extra pizzas and didn t receive them 20 mins before the party ended. Joseph had these long nails that he couldn t work with for the life of him. At close out he mentioned that tips are greatly appreciated but can only be in cash or cash app. Technically meaning that s out of the company policy. Again rude, and not organized. Save your money and find somewhere else to go

It s a cute place. There are plenty of staff to assist with rides and questions, friendly, front staff was professional, and we saw a couple of staff often cleaning things- the only problem is they weren t cleaning the right things. The jungle gym was quite dusty inside and had visible items that needed to be vacuumed up. Inside of the jungle gym should be vacuumed and wiped all over, like the ball area, and the ball sucker should be inverted to pull the balls to the top. Kids were sneezing a lot. If the right areas are maintained and kept clean, we will keep coming back.

I havent been there in a long time so Im basing my review the last time I went. My son is an adult now. This place has been around for 10+ years. It has a nice indoor padded playground with a quadruple 1 story plastic slides. Go kart mini track and mini-boats that float on a mini river track. Prizes and etc.

everything is broken now it was so nice when it first opened. theres no balls in the ball pit anymore. the turrets are broken on one side and the arcade games are so messed up the bucket that drops the balls is not operational and everything is being held up by duct tape embarrassing. you can tell the owner hasnt put money into this place in a long time

In theory and at first glance it looks like the place would be good for kids and kids birthday parties but looks can be deceiving. We booked a birthday party here before realizing the majority of the games and attractions were not operational. We were told you can purchase tokens for arcade games but when it came down to it we were told they didn t have any for purchase to disperse to customers. The air conditioning did not work was an uncomfortable and extremely hot experience. The party package offered pizza however it took an hour to even receive it when it was only a two hour party. When we asked to speak to a manager we were given the given the run around and told that we were eventually SOL. I do not recommend DO NOT waist your money

Such a fun place for young children. We got the all access bracelet for my 6 yr old and they gave us additional tickets so he could go do art or if he wanted to, he could get his face painted. They had fun on the little boats, at the game arcade, art studio and go karts but the mostly played in the indoor playground and the slide. My 2-year old also had a great time! Both children did not want to leave!! I think next time I ll just pay for regular admission and just get a few tickets for art studio.

Had HORRIBLE experience. Went in person to look at their venue for a party, was told I can schedule a party 2 weeks prior to event. Created invitation with that in mind to get an idea of who would attend, once I knew who was going to attend got online to book the party. Found it odd that my receipt had not date and time for my party so I called them directly to confirm, was made to feel silly for calling and was told to come the time I booked online no problem. Received a call 6 days before my schedule party to find out they do not open at the I booked online and I can schedule at 630 at night or next day. I was very upset because invitation had already gone put with the information I was provided both in person on their flyer and online. Talk to a VERY rude manager Arial who spoke over me when explaining to her the problem and why I was so upset. Was told all I can do is show up with my guest at 12 as general public and that we need to leave after a certain amount of time even though we are not reserved for the time and the do not refund only credit for the money I had put as a deposit. And supposedly they had called me 10 days prior but they could not reach checked my phone logs to see of I had any missed calls and had none but okay. I was told she would talk to someone about a refund but it would be late told her to call me as late as needed because it was important to me to know so that I could book somewhere else. NEVER got that call back, I called them next day to confirm my refund which they will send. So be careful dealing with parties here they have a bunch of kid managers with no real process in place and then their management expects you to figure it out for them, blame you for whatever they can and with no sense of urgency or care expect you to just tell all your guests to be there at xxx like the money your going to spend is nothing.

I so badly wanted to love this place, but it was a sad disappointment. The staff is very nice and curteous, answered all my questions and rendered good service. My disappointment was in the play areas themselves. The jungle gym is pretty run down, it has seen better days, to say the least. Most of the interative activities did not work, like the air ball shooters at the top of the gym. For the go cart area, we had to wait because we were told only one cart was working out of the 4-5 carts they had. The toddler area is only two slides and a little house that doesnt really have any interative activities for the kids. The package we bought stated it was unlimited rides but to our surprise, to be able to ride the little animal carousel in the craft area, we would have to pay for the tokens. I am not sure what was going on with the water cart area, seemed like they were not working and the water looked dirty. We waited for our little one to ride the dinosaur, however, as soon as the child that was riding finished their ride, the operator closed the ride and walked away knowing we had been waiting. The VIP area we were pp laced in was small and disappointing. Not to mention the restrooms, they smelled awful, there was no hand soap, and the paper towel roll was just on top of the dispenser. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hadnt been here in a while. Total disappointment. Walking in it smells absolutely terrible. The entire place looks dirty. Prices are higher and nothing new was added. Restrooms were filthy no toilet paper smelled nasty and trash everywhere. Food and drinks are over the top expensive and sodas were flat. Last time coming to this place for us. If your going to raise your prices add new things. Keep up with cleanliness aswell please.

we live out in sunland and don t get to go often but we are glad we did we got the time to watch the girls play and enjoy our time. The workers are patient and kind the food came out great and the kids really loved it. Ariel recommend the vip pass and we completely agree it made the visit easier than having to purchase many tickets. It seemed busier than usual when we arrived but it wasn t too bad. This place is not worth the VIP price. Most of their equipment is non functional. The toddler pit the vacuums don t work, the shooting guns do not work, the go carts some of their cars do not work, the dinosaur was not functional to top it of the modeling studio was closed. The things that my granddaughters wanted to enjoy were not working. We drove 30 minutes from the Westside for a poor run business The manager was not around so that I could get my money back DON t waste your time and money

My friend recommended this place We had our party today and it was absolutely awesome! The staff was very friendly. mrs Ariel was so sweet as always. One of their ovens went down but they were amazing and helped us very well, food wait time was about 15-35 Minutes for my 5-10 pizzas which was pretty reasonable considering the circumstances Some people, possibly in other rooms were absolutely horrendous and spoke so ugly to others (public, staff, everyone) I was in absolute disbelief. I myself would love to applaud this staff for their upbeat attitude and hard work.

I enjoy bringing my toddler daughter to Jungle Jaks. She always has a great time running around in the big playground, which let me say i even enjoy myself because of how spacious it is! An average sized adult fits comfortably inside which is so important for me since i have to be by my daughters side since she is still little. The slide is my favorite part! The only reason why i am not giving 5 stars is due to the place being extremely dusty in hard to reach spots but thats not a reason why it shouldnt be getting cleaned. You can tell it is probably months or years of build up. I really wish they would take care of this.

Great establishment for indoor fun for the kiddos. They had bumper boats and Go-Karts (small track/pod), but doable for my 4-year-old. They had face painting/tattoo/dress-up parlor. Nice-sized tunnel mazes with slides. Even a baby/toddler area for them to slide, go in a home, and paint. I was impressed, especially with the size of the establishment. Recommended for just a spontaneous day with the kids when you do not want to be in the heat and sun.

Took my three grandkids there this afternoon today Thursday....We had a really good time they played alot love it !...boat bumpers and driving cars were fun! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful ! Your best bet is 25.00 per child to ride everything!...It was worth every penny they played till they got tired and that that was great for us! We took our almost 4 year old son to Jungle Jaks for the first time. The staff couldnt have been nicer. They took the time to explain the different prices and what each of them included. The staff was very courteous and friendly. They had staff supervising the kids and helping anyone who needed it. The location was clean and safe. Nothing was overpriced either. I highly recommend it. They have different activities for toddlers which I love!

Honestly it was okay, the FOOD part is the main reason behind the stars, We were leaving so wanted to get the kids something to eat, waited for someone to show up at the register for 20 mins, once they showed up I ordered ice cream their machine was broken so then i ordered churros which took 38 minutes, the older kids were pushing my kids everywhere on the slide it was honestly a disaster in my opinion. The workers weren t even asking for tickets so we really didn t even have to buy any. Would come back just for the 2 slides, but other then that it s nothing special

I used to go to thus place when my kids were little. I always felt comfortable letting them enjoy the place and feel free without me because theres no way out of it without a parent. The staff was always happy and nice. The place always looked clean. We left town for 7 years and now were back, my kids are grown so my husband and I had no reason to go back, we love the food but showing up there without kids well we didnt want to look like creepers. So we took our neighbors kid and we are happy to see that thus place is still amazing.

Took my daughter to celebrate her first birthday. Hadn t been there in years. The staff was consistently friendly. From the girl at the front desk, the guy at the water boats, the girl helping charge for the kitchen with short orange hair super friendly as well as Wendy the face painter. She was super friendly and although I didn t think my one year old would sit through and get her face painted she let us know she actually might be able to do it and to our surprise she was able to! Her face painting actually tied in to her birthday theme and was the cutest thing ever. Thank you Wendy and staff for a great evening. The kiddos all had a great experience tonight.

Horrible service, the only one that was worth it is the one who paints faces, the other 2 get upset if the children interrupt their conversation, they are ugly to them just for being in the gossip. If I come early it is so that my children can enjoy everything and it turns out worse with I better go to x-zone for this service.

If you care for your children am giving you a warning!! Avoid this place, my kid got very sick from the games, they do not disinfect nothing. It smells and the prices are ridiculous, I ll give you a better and cheaper idea take your kids to the park get them some fresh air and it s free.

Stopped by today (june 1st) very friendly staff, the guy in the front with curly hair was very nice amd helpful , also a small girl with blonde hair was a sweetheart , only reason i give it a 2 stars is that jungle jaks looks abandoned , place was dirty carpet was ripped , front desk in kitchen was broken down, this is not the same place feom 4 years ago

My daughter was frustrated because she wanted snow because of the large ice cream display that they have in the candy store and they told us that it is only on weekends, then she wanted to have her face painted and wear a pink skirt that they have on display and they also told us that those No. I talked to the manager about improving their service for future visits and their service attitude was very bad, she said that it was fine that way, no, that it was fine that way. Apart from that the guys serve excellent.

I took my family last Sunday and we had such a blast! Ariel was more than helpful and great with all the children! My kids loved the wings and pizza and their new Jungle Jaks cups. The young man helping us on the rides was really nice to my kids it was great to see them so happy Ale did a wonderful job on my daughters face painting We love the environment and will definitely be coming back soon to make more memories

We went in to check this place out for a possible location for a birthday party. The person at the front desk was very friendly and let us walk around to see the place. The entire place is worn down and old. The water in the bumper boats was murky, and nothing stood out as fantastic.

Had a kids birthday party there. First they open at 12. Our party is from 12-2, after doing paperwork and getting in the room they didn t let kids or guests back there till 1215. They still expected you to be done at 2. We paid for 2 hrs! Also the whole point of having a kids party somewhere is to not have to worry about clean up. They wanted us to pick everything up and have it the way it was before we left. Finally, our host only came into the room 3 times including dropping off food or drink. My wife and I had to be the ones to go to the counter for refills, forks, ect. And at the end he puts me on the spot and said I take tips in cash and cash app which one do you want to do?! We don t mind tipping and often tip over 20% should they earn it. But when we barely see you and I m running pitchers and other things, we did the work especially clean up. Our room had 3 people in the food business of which had manager or ownership experience all supported us not leaving tip. Only reason leaving two stars is because kids had a great time.

I have to leave a review after this disappointing experience. Toooooooo pricy! None of the games worked. Won all these tickets on one game just to be told none of the tickets win you any of the prizes. You have to pay for red tickets$2.50 each/ pay for the toys to get them. . &every 50 tickets won on the games will only get you 1 piece of candy. Which is ridiculous seeing as they have a candy machine which you can win a handful of candy for only 2 tokens. This place is a rip off for sure. And not at all with it. To charge 25$ for vip just for nothing to work anyway. On a more positive note, the food was okay.. & the bumper boats & face paint were cool!

The first time we visited that place and it will be the last since we had a very bad experience with some people from the place for not having empathy with my son who has autism, we explained to him why he was not wearing socks and in a few words he told us that by not he cared about the special needs or the conditions that people have... and a worker simply ignored my husband

First time here it is mainly for kids under 12. The girl that greeted us was kind but I did inform her that I had a child over 12 and that if she would be able to participate on any game, she said that I would need to buy tickets so I purchased them once inside she was not able to get on any ride as other staff said that there was an age limit then I purchased tokens and the games did not work. 15 min we were there and nothing worked I asked if I could get money back she stated no as there are no refunds on tokens or bracelets so basically I paid around $100 to just walk around and not be able to play the arcades. Very disappointing place for me at least hopefully someone else better experience there.

My kids got the VIP passes but we still had to pay for tickets, so I didn t see the point of purchasing VIP passes. One ticket is about 2.50 each. The rides range from 2-9 tickets! You can do the math. :( The food needs improvement. Very dry, nothing like the pictures advertised and overpriced. We won t be coming back. Lastly, beware of the flies.

Jungle Jaks was a blast! The indoor playground, bumper cars, modeling studio, and arts and crafts was definitely worth it. Very affordable place to bring the kids. The staff was very professional, and nice. Ale did a wonderful job with the face paint and nails. I know all the kids enjoyed themselves today at Jungle Jaks!

I expected more from Jungle Jaks. The pricing it outrageous. The food tastes like cafeteria food. The play zone is smaller than Peter Piper. All guests must have socks to be on the play area, parents included. Overall it was a very underwhelming experience. The only good thing is the staff was nice and helpful.

I am VERY unhappy with this business. I tried to schedule a birthday party for my son. I paid the required $100.00 deposit to get nothing out of it but problems. I call them later the same day that I tried to schedule the party as I hadnt received any email or receipt from them. I wanted to check and see if they had me scheduled. When I called the first girl said that she couldnt find anything scheduled for my name, my childs name or the time and date I had set. She told me please hold I will get a manager. The manager came to the phone. She told me that they were having problems with their system and asked me to email my information to this other email address and she said then they could set it up. I asked her to just cancel the whole thing. It wasnt worth all the trouble and I told her that my deposit was still pending so Please just cancel and send my deposit back to my card. The next day a different girl called me to confirm my date and time. She had a totally different child under my name and a different time and date for the party. I told her this should have been canceled the day before and my money needed to be refunded. She said that she would cancel it and I should have my money back and that never happened. Then on Thursday Ariel the Gm called me about what was going on. I told her that I just want my $100 back. She said I will have to ask him as the deposit is non refundable. She said that she would call me back by the next day. I told her that the other girl told me that I could have it back. She asked me for my receipt. I told her I never got one I didnt get anything from them. I have yet to hear from. Ariel. I have called her and sent her text msg also I have looked all over their website and there isnt anything about the deposit being non-refundable. PLEASE DONT USE THIS PLACE!!

Overall my family had a pretty good time and the staff was friendly. Nothing really all that impressive for the price point. Pro tip: DO NOT let your kids paint, or if you do, make sure theyre careful not getting paint on their clothes because it doesnt really wash out.
