I always try and give this place another chance and I m always disappointed. The food is decent and so is the atmosphere, the issue is the service. Every single I ve gone, I have to awkwardly wait in the front to be acknowledged. They look at you come in but you re not greeted. There s never a host when I have gone. Once you basically sit yourself EVENTUALLY a server will come by. It s frustrating. Today I just walked out. I don t go out to eat to be ignored. By the way the place wasn t busy at all. There was just 4 people at the bar.

Walk-Ons was a disappointment today like they have been in the past. They sit you down right away but neglect to attend you after that. It was a party of 3 and we waited for roughly 15-18 mins before we walked out. We asked to speak to a manager in person and over the phone when we called to complain and got a response of, the manager is busy at the moment, can I take a message? I really liked this restaurant at one point, but they have been getting worse and worse in customer services. I really hope they do better in the future.

One of the worse bar service by a male bartender who has no urgency for service. In fact, a turtle walks faster than him. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR STAFF. This is a good place but with SERVICE LIKE THIS. Business will hurt as it already is.. . Its been over 5 minutes and still no drinks. Thanks

Great Food choices ! Plenty of beer on Tap ! Lots of TV s inside and out ! My husband loved the Cajun Shrimp Pasta ! Kiddos kinda liked the sliders but preferred the Chicken Strips ! Plenty of parking . Waitstaff was attentive . Beer was nice and cold ! Chicken sandwich was a lot and tasted so yummy ! Parking: Easy walking distance from Hotels near by !

We dropped by for a drink after y were pleased with place and service. We sat at the bar and chatted over drinks. We didnt have any game we were watching, but they had many on the screens. It wasnt very noisy and we easily carried on our conversation. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Eaten here every week for the past month. Wings are good, service isn t-they walk to the back and it takes forever before they come check on us, twice I ve gone to the host to get them to give us our check or even provide napkins. Also it s hit or miss on the chips and dip, some days they give us an ounce of cheese others it s the cup, same price and when questioned they say it s right.

Sheila was extra helpful and encouraging on what meal to order. We sat at the bar and were able to really take in how nice, clean and eye-catching the place is. TVs everywhere! Tortilla/Fideo soup was hearty and tasty, Borracho Beans were extra spicy but loaded with flavor! Hamburgers are specially popular here...so popular they ran out of pattys!! Beer was icy-cold and the servers all helpful and friendly

First time visiting this restaurant. It was a quiet restaurant with a lot of TVs on different sports and AFV. The server was a good, came to the table several times to check on us. The food was great, kid s burger was so good our granddaughter ate it all and sometimes she is a picky eater. The crawfish étouffée was very good, had pieces of crawfish in every bite. The chicken was good, except the green beans were ordered and my husband received broccoli. Pasta Alfredo was fantastic, plenty of sauce and the blackened chicken tasted great too. It was the never ending bowl, I was eating and I didn t even make a dent.

My ahi tuna salads was full of sauce. Just soaked to the point my salad was not crunchy. I was basically drinking a salad. This is the second time I get disappointed. First time was with the crawfish gumbo super disappointing with crawfish that was not Sufficient . Absolutely disgusting. I gave it a second try and they just failed me again. Good for drink but food is a no for me.

I struggled with my review on this one because service was fabulous and we had a blast but don t mess with my drinks. Two of us ordered jalapeño margaritas. First, they came with marischino cherries. Second they were sweet as hell. Not close to a margarita or a jalapeño one at that. So I switched my drink to a Mad Mary. One of the garnishes blueberries. Who does that? Blueberries on a Bloody Mary???? The drink was good though. I got shrimp and grits was good. Then we had beneights.

Nice!!! Huge bar, game room, tvs everywhere, clean restrooms, lit up parking and booths to eat while dining in. The AFC playoffs were on and you could hear and feel the crowds excitement on the outcome. Fun but chill atmosphere. The food was amazing!! Servers were always checking in with us, food was quickly served with care and had so much fun Rachel was our server and she was super nice attentive and happy to serve us worth a visit and will definitely come again. Parking: Clean and well lit Kid-friendliness: Yessss! Game room for kids and adults, sling and high chairs available for babies and toddlers. Women s restroom also has a separate restroom for mothers with diaper changing table and sink.

My hubby and I walked in, got seated at a dirty table, waited for someone to come over to start our orders no one came over despite two- employees making eye contact. The restaurant was not crowded at all so being busy could not be an excuse. Perhaps the fact that we were the only black patrons was the problem? Needless to say, we walked out and found somewhere else to dine.

Meh. Arrived just after 6pm on a Friday night with a co-worker and it was very unbusy. Ordered a large beer (local brew, 5x5 Brewing Vaqueros) with an orange slice because it s a wheat beer, but had to ask twice. Asked for the Voodoo shrimp & grits with a side of red beans & rice; when it arrived, there weren t many grits, and the few shrimp in the bowl were HUGE. It tasted OK, but not much spice (too sweet for my taste). Server came back three times to see if she could remove plates, though there was no one waiting (the place wasn t even 1/3 full). She made us feel like she was in a real hurry to have us pay and get us out of there. It s a shame because I travel to this area all the time for work, and I was looking forward to coming to this place often, but I don t think I ll be back. Very mediocre experience. I m leaving three stars because it was next to my hotel, so I could walk.

We stopped here on a Sunday afternoon. It wasnt busy yet, the service was pleasant and our server was very attentive. They had good options for kids; tenders, grilled cheese, shrimp, etc. I ordered the voodoo shrimp and my husband ordered the Tuscan chicken. I also ordered a side salad and I asked which dressing they made in house. They make a very tasty ranch and spicy ranch dressing. The mashed potatoes tasted creamy and buttery. The corn grits really hit the spot. The Tuscan chicken had a very tangy strong flavor. The voodoo shrimp was mildly spicy and delicious. The shrimp is bacon wrapped; it was the ultimate comfort plate. They have a lot of screens for watching sports.

Ordered through a delivery service. Service was quick enough, no issue there. But then I saw the food. Pictures attached. I called to ask if this was normal. I was put on hold for 7min and then hung up on. What you can t see is that the fries are so stale I couldn t even bite into them. I also ordered extra toppings for the burger that I paid for and never received. If you want a burger, go anywhere else.

Really disappointed with the food. Ordered the Uncle B chicken tenders and food was not freshly made. Fries were barely warm as were the tenders. Husband ordered a beer and waitress brought the wrong one. Women s RR were really dirty. Service was also really slow. Definitely not coming back nor recommending anyone.

Truly disappointed that they are dumbing down the menus so that wait staff will not have a hard time getting the orders right. Food was rubbery and it was a complete disaster for what used to be a good restaurant. Today you lost a customer and I will tell everyone I know how the mighty have fallen. Your service and food sucked today and whoever was on duty, your wait staff seemed exceedingly rude and more content joking with other staff than customers. Post was done 11-8-2023@330pm. The manager on duty should be fired. On top of that their printer aint working so I dont know if they charged me ethically. Guess I just need to trust them. Worst 75 dollars ever wasted. I ordered 2 entrees and good thing I did, 2 of their entrees is one of the entrees at the quarter. Damn!!!

Great food. The spinach artichoke dip appetizer came quickly and was delicious. My chicken avocado sandwich was moist and tasty and way too much to eat. Very good waffle fries too. My wife really enjoyed her Gouda turkey burger. Service was fast, cheerful and courteous. Its not really a romantic place. A little louder than Id like. But its fun. It would be a great place to watch sports. Lots of very big TVs.

Watch your check. We added gumbo to our entree which should have added 2.99 but we were charged 6.99. When we caught the error we were told they had already closed the check. We had to insist on a correction or we would not have been refunded the difference. Food was ok.

None of the food seems fresh. But it s mainly a bar so it s understandable. The waitstaff is fast and friendly and if you want to watch a game while drinking this place is fine. If you re well off this is a dive bar but if you re not this place is a splurge. Spent about 50$ on 2 people

The food is great. We love the variety. However, Im not a fan of listening to profanity the entire time I eat my meal. The music was off the 2nd time we came here. We almost left, but it changed. We love to watch sports while we eat lunch. I wish all the TVs were high quality, but some are subpar. Food is pretty great, but so far, wait staff is just there to take your order and nothing else.. no water refill, I check-in.. Ill see you when the check is ready, thats it. Well probably still be back because its nice to have variety in the valley.

To be honest I am not sure how this place is still open. The food was horrendous and the service was worse. The food had no flavor whatsoever. The onion rings were super salty and was only saved by the ketchup. Beers were cold and music was good I am not going to deny that. I recommend to get there with food in your stomachs before you show up, because the food is really bad. I ordered a cajun shrimp po boy and all I tasted was bread. Dont waste your time! Never going there again thats for sure.
