The lady with the 1,000 tattoos had an attitude. I thought I ordered extra fries as an offer but it didn t go through. Why you may ask, because apparently ALL offers are not available at this location. When I got down to ask for my fries, she already new you only got points the fries did not go through! My kids like ketchup and could only my give me one packet each.

Absolutely horrible customer service. First of all, I always do mobile orders just like McDonalds. Ok so I usually order a frozen drink. Surprise surprise the machine is always broken. I tell them to refund my money for the frozen coke then the drive thru people say I have to request it online. Omg so I have to write and email for a stupid frozen drink every single time! Ridiculous! Then yesterday they didnt have the frozen drink AGAIN, so then I asked them to cancel my whole order because I was going to McDonalds who have WORKING machines. They say, ummm I think you have to do that online with an email. Omg! I was so pissed and said, can yall do it. Im in a hurry and mad. They said, yeah I think we can do it. I left. Of COURSE they didnt refund my money for the order I didnt get. So ughhhh for the hundred time I email Burger King that I didnt get my meal to refund me the whole thing. Guess what customer service said??? They said since I had already asked for refunds (ALWAYS FOR THE FROZEN DRINKS THEY NEVER HAVE) they say I CANT get a refund. I was so mad! I said to check the cameras! And I would be calling my bank. They didnt care. Omg people, run dont go to Burger King! Get McDonalds. The app automatically cancels items. Also, this place is is gross. I shouldnt even be going. I complained they dont wear gloves but they never have any. Frustrating!!!!

Got a couple impossible burgers to go. The service was like a comedy routine. I have a list of ingredients I wanted on the burgers. She said 2 plain burgers... Huh? One with cheese. She said double cheese? No. The receipt says heavy cheese. Id forgotten how aggravating it is to order. I kept apologizing to the person behind me in line. Not worth the aggravation. Vegetarian options: Be aware that the meatless burger is still grilled on the same griddle with real meat, so youll be getting meat bits. Its a healthier option but not vegetarian, as they will clearly tell you

Drive-through was pretty quick the lady that took my order was nice But I dont know what is wrong with all of the Burger Kings in The Valley this location never felt me before when I eat inside the food is very good and very hot but every single time I visit the drive-through the food is very cold it seems like if they just tossed it in the microwave for a minute and then hand it to me before I even get to the drive-through window the food is already to go I commend them for the fast service but service but I dont want to eat cold food even if it is the drive-through So service was good but drive-through food is always cold and for that I cant be positive about this review

I went march 22nd 2022 the manager was extremely rude to me because she didnt hear my order right and when I told her my order again she gave me an attitude and told me to say my order right next time with an attitude she snatched the money out of my hand very rudely and threw my food and money at me & she had tats on her arms and it was around 6pm .

This BK is pretty good. My kids like the original chicken sandwich, and my husband and I like the Whopper. If you keep your receipts and take the survey on it, you can get a free whopper burger with the purchase of a Whopper combo. There are also coupons you can get in a paper ad in the mail every month. We like coming here and eating for our family of 6 for under $25. You can save on a decent meal using coupons!

the lady that was taking our order was very rude. we were trying to use our t mobile promo codes and they kept saying we could only use 2. when in the t mobile tuesday guidelines, no where did it say we could only use 2 per vehicle. she was giving us attitude and was clearly annoyed.
