I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the legal services provided by this firm in handling my criminal defense case. The lack of attention and support I received from thee associates was unacceptable and detrimental to my case. On two separate occasions, I had warrants issued for my arrest due to their failure to update my court date in the system. This negligence caused significant inconvenience and stress, as I had to deal with the consequences of these errors. Furthermore, the misrepresentation of my case to the judge during a court appearance was highly unprofessional and demonstrated a lack of understanding of my situation. This misrepresentation could have had serious implications for the outcome of my case. I emailed them in great detail about an injury I sustained during an active shooter and they proceeded to tell the judge I was in a major car wreck which was false. The overall level of service provided by this firm was poor, and I felt compelled to write a letter directly to the District Attorney to address my concerns and all the discrepancies.I lole to think that the result of my efforts, the charges against me were eventually dropped, not due to the efforts of the firm, but because the District Attorney chose not to pursue the case further. Despite paying a substantial amount of money,$5k, for their services, I felt that this firm was more interested in pursuing additional fees,$3k+, rather than providing effective representation or even hearing me out. The constant billing, even when I was unable to reach their associates for assistance, added to my frustration. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal representation, particularly in criminal defense cases. I believe that this firm lacks the necessary skills and dedication to provide effective defense for clients. .

Don t waste your money, he will get you the same deal as court appointed lawyer. You are paying for terry but he is not your lawyer nor does he pay attention to your case. Spend your money on a lawyer who is actually going to look at your case and help you.

The law office does not respond for anything! First mistake- they filed my case in the wrong county. Second mistake- They failed to file against the insurance company. Third mistake- they did not serve papers to the other party in a timely manner. When I point out the errors his office made, Mr. Canales started yelling at me and tild me if I was not happy with his representation I could pick up my papers today. Then a month later, they decided to stop representing me. Now I have no case and no representation. A drunk hit my car and I cannot even get my car fixed. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I wanted to thank you for the excellent work you did as my attorney. I know you have a lot of clients, so your prompt responses and attention to detail really meant a lot to me. It was quite a long and upsetting process and I could never thought anyone would stay by my side for this long but you were very generous regarding it. I was recommended to this law firm I made an appointment and was told I d be getting called. I never got called (Phone Appointment) so I called them just so they could tell me that the lawyer wasn t going to be able to take any appointments until January 9th. I waited almost a week so they could tell me this when I could ve looked around for a different attorney! Poor customer service, don t communicate well at all!
