No smiles, not enough people on the line...Noone handling salad bar...entre side, all food looked amore stale than a run out, literally old dried up lemons and garnish on all the items....80 percent of silver trays were on side options were all guncked up with food caking up on sides...not appetizing whatsoever. We still ordered....sat down only to have been served cold food and to get back up and our own and get our orders redone...not a great experience what so ever

I always come at lunch when Im in the area working. The lunch staff here is a hard working bunch that are always friendly and go the extra mile for customers. The food is always on point and you can beat the price for the good food. Again the staff is so nice that when the elderly are in line, the staff will help carry their trays to their tables. Great job Lubys and I hope your bosss see this review.

A customer can from restroom and told the hostess that a waitress can from the bathroom stall and walked out the door with washing her hands. The customer also gave a description of the waitress. The hostess did not appear to be concerned. Which was a red flag! I saw the waitress in question and was happy she didn t wait on our table because we would have left.

Enjoyed Ourselves..Did Go On A Sunday after Church and Of Course it Was A Line and Crowded but That Was Expected. We Move Right Thru. The Time n Wait Was Not Long. Plus It was 9 of Us. They are very unorganized here. I was told a kids meal is free and I would not have to purchase anything from a cooked whom just ask the manager in which agreed. Once I got by the cashier the manager stated it was not free without purchase. Which changed my mind on purchasing anything from here. What a waste of my time waiting in line just to be told something different. I do not recommend coming here and I will be calling corporate asap.

What a friendly and comfortable restaurant. We have not been to Lubys Cafeteria in years. Bring a big appetite when you visit this fantastic restaurant. We had so many things to choose from, but as we are on a Keto diet for the moment we chose fish and veggies. Everything looked delicious, and our meals were out of this world. A smiley faced jovial man checked on us a few times even though it is a cafeteria place. All the many employees deserve kudos for their hard work in preparing and serving such delicious food. BTW You cannot beat the low prices. Thanks, oodles, for this wonderful experience, Lubys!!! You will see us again at another one of your locations.

Person assigned to our table was pleasant and courteous. She helped with each request. The line employees were very dismissive and would leave you at a station for several minutes, creating a long line of frustrated people behind us. We waited over 5 minutes just to get carrot salad because there was no one manning the station. Definitely not the kind of service weve received at other locations.

Well today is Easter Sunday,I expected Lubys line to be long and that was okay,what I really had a hard time with is the food line once we approached getting our trays,the food service people were all over the place they had horrible service,I dont have a problem with our young people being employed at a restaurant in fact I promote it if its their choice but at least give them proper training on serving,I witnessed one of the workers going back and fourth with a elderly woman because of what she requested on her plate, finally I assume a manager came and she was also trying to down play the situation,respect is everything and none was there,please Lubys properly train the young people on how to serve and how to have respect,by the way waiting so long in the line on my plate after being fixed the the employee who plated my food was so busy watching her supervisor being disrespectful that another person in the line asked me where my food was,I stated its just sitting there getting cold,when my family finally got out the line to the table my food was a disappointment and was cold.Lubys step your game up because there is a small amount of Lubys hanging on.

I ordered Uber Eats from this location and Yes!!!! this Lubys came through!!!! I mean the best I eva had. Turkey and Dressing was actual turkey not pressed meat. The dressing great as always. Too much to talk about, but management is horrible. I placed an online order and when I arrived they couldnt find it. They finally found it and said it was a doordash and the dasher needed to pick it up. If the online website let me place the order, you shouldnt label me as doordash. Totally crazy! Came with my boyfriend s family after a funeral and it was good! We stood in a very long line at the beginning and lemme tell you, I ve never seen such a horrible display of employee abuse! Those staff members who get the food for you did fantastic with how people talk to them. They are mostly the reason why I m giving four stars. The food is good too! I loved the potatoes and macaroni with the baked chicken. I got cobbler for dessert which I thought was blackberry but it was cherry. So sweet it gave me a headache. Our waitress was very limited. She did not give refills or take any dishes from our table. Really my only big complaint is the bathrooms! Nasty! Only two stalls. One toilet seat was covered in piddle. There s two sinks but only one towel dispenser wedged on the wall by one sink so it s impossible to get a towel when someone is using it.

I love Cafeteria food and Lubys quickly became one of my favorites. It was delicious, hot, and fresh. Ill be back! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options (salad bar) are available. Parking: Tons of free parking. Kid-friendliness: Lubys is kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Lubys is wheelchair accessible.
