Bathroom nasty, these people are so rude and entitled. I spend $70 up there and asked for one seasoning pack and was told i needed to pay 81 cents. Then my order was missing items and i had to drive back to be treated like a poor criminal after paying that money of course im coming back to get my food.

This is probably the best fried food restaurant Ive had in a long time. Im from Chicago so thats hard to compete with. The 30pc shrimp combo is my favorite thing to order because I ask for extra seasoning and they know just how to sprinkle the right amount of love on it. I also love their shrimp fried rice. Dont wait any longer. Go get you some of their food. You wont regret it because everything is so fresh. I always burn my mouth because I eat it as soon as I get to the car lol!!!

Now dont get me wrong, the service is average and the atmosphere is not very pleasant, but the food here is irresistible. I make it a point to stop here whenever Im nearby. The Todays Special, which has seemingly never changed, is what I get every time, and it has never done me wrong. Fried shrimp, fish, seasoned fries, a roll, and dont forget their tartar sauce as well. Its very greasy, in fact, the grease soaks through the bag from the box, but its worth every bite.

Something in the food gave me a very bad head ache I dont know if its msg of special salt. Before it used to have a flavor of after eating three days made me sick. So I decided to drive out and get some food to keep me warm as the weather decided to chill my evening. And this was my place of choice after passing it for almost a year. There are more options than expected when looking at the name of the business, and I get it but my only concern was that you can taste everything that is cooked there due to the grease. I ordered a 10pc combo and it was obvious the chicken was fresh but the oil was very old. They were very busy and efficient. The atmosphere is a neighborhood near mine so it was okay. I have worked in the restaurant business before and understand the desire to cut corners but I may have to look elsewhere and try them again later to see if this was just a bad batch.

I order a number 5 , the shrimp combo with a Thai iced tea & a 4pcs tender combo with pink lemonade . The food was gross . The shrimp was overcooked , the fries was extremely salty. The Thai iced tea tasted like spoiled milk . The tenders was burnt and hard , the pink lemonade tasted like pink water. When I called to complain about it I was told the guy on the phone was very rude , I told him I wasn t able to bring all the food back , due to my daughter having her food with her. This is the second time I had problems with the food here, the last time I order a shrimp fried rice and instead I got fried shrimp with a side of dirty rice . Highly not recommended. Update: now my daughter has called to say she ate one of her tenders and some fries and now she is feeling nauseous

They have been pretty consistent across the board the past few times weve ordered!! Their tartar sauce is the BEST better get extra!!! I give this place two stars. Service was good when taking my ordered. But once I got my food the service quickly switched. I asked for a ranch and they said it would be 80 something cents. I said on that s fine I just need a ranch please. So I gave the young man my card. The other dude tells him cash only. I tell them I don t have cash. They tell me then I can t get the ranch. I m not from this area I just work in this area. I must say these food places need to work on their customer service. Cause north Texas would never be this rude.

Decided to swing through for a bite to eat before headed home. What a mistake. I pride myself on receiving Customer acknowledgement. Since I am spending money. I ordered an 8PC. There was a ton of chicken just sitting out which meant it wasnt going to be hot...took about 10 minutes. But I listened to customers ask for pickles and peppers but was told theres a charge 1.75. He kept repeating the amount and the lady got frustrated I heard you the first time. What got me. Some guy came out to help; handled money, then served up food without washing his hands. When I got home the chicken was dry, small and presentation was garbage. I wont be to this location. Oh and this was lunch time and not many people...red flag.

I wish I could leave 1 star. The customer service has recently declined drastically. The last few times I have went into the restaurant there are no safety precautions for COVID-19 and the portion size of the food has decreased. The cashiers who take your money or sometimes the same ones who prepare the food. They do not wash their hands before switching stations nor do they wear gloves. I will not be returning due to lack of safety precautions and the distasteful customer service. You will call in and they will instantly place you on hold, but will never return to the line. I once waited 32 minutes and 50 sec for someone to come to the line and they only returned once I arrived at the location to place my order and told them how I was still on hold. There was no empathy for the hold time nor anything to resolve for future visits.

Food is great and a fair value. Between multiple locations, the wait is reasonable and consistent. However, the staff are a bit stiff and not customer service oriented. I dont mean anything bad, just that they are a bit neutral in demeanor in regards to customer interactions. Also, regarding dining in, they do not allows refills at all. I wouldnt mind this if they had a sign indicating this so that no one would have to ask in the first place. I have been to many places that allowed only one refill or refills at a discounted price (usually 50 cents a pop). I definitely would dine-in again but I would still do takeout or delivery with this business.
