Seems like a place for old regulars to come practice. Lanes are not well waxed and pins were stuck and balls were stuck. They need more wax... itll help it all. Very nice workers. Theyre a little chatty but have some patience its one of those chill places. Overall great deals especially after the good old feds printed out 16 trillion to make our dollar worth 40% less.... anyhow. Nice place. I will visit again!! If you dont hear an update... the feds got to me....

Our lanes kept jacking up! The balls kept getting stuck, the points were way off, and one of our kiddos didnt get to bowl their last set as the system cut off before its was time! We called the front desk like 7 times to fix the lanes. It was horrible! We reported it, and the staff made it feel like we were a bother! We had a group with us! Ordered lots of food and drinks! And I cant give positive ratings on the food... chicken wings were like little pebbles, not nuggets, and were cooked hard and super dry... pizza was ok... the guy that took our order... the only one I can say had a decent hospitality with us. Horrible way to celebrate our little cousins birthday!! Horrible! Horrible!

Horrible customer service bad attitudes. Don t know how to talk to people . It took everything in me not to act a fool and have the police called on me.I didn t want to cause dramas on friend of mine s birthday party so I chill out they had to calm me down. It got really warm inside the building. A lot of the balls were cracked, and the finger sizing on the balls arent what they normally are at bowling alleys. I might have gone on a day that they were short staffed or something, but it took about 20 minutes and asking twice for our 4 WATERS to come out. I most definitely wont come back to this place.

We had one of the worst customer service experiences here. Christina, or Tina (whatever her name is), should not be allowed to work with customers. Long story short, ONLINE it is posted that all-you-can-bowl starts at 7PM. We showed up to bowl at 7PM for this deal, and Christina spoke to my mom and family as if we were stupid for doing so. She would not accommodate us and proceeded to tell us that we were wrong. When we told her we would leave elsewhere, she said Please do! Please do! in a condescending tone. The only reason we stayed is because the manager, Chrissy (I believe that s her name), was a literal ANGEL. She was able to help us and apologize for the confusion. Had this level of customer service been presented at the beginning, then I would not be writing this bad review. The two stars is not for this location, but more so for the level of service received from Christina. Please do better.

Crappy experience, decided to take my children just to have a good time. I paid for two games and 3 pairs of shoes and when it was time to pay i was charged for 6 games. Extremely disappointed because theres nothing saying that each person gets charged per game . And yet they still didnt want to compensate for the outrageous price gouge. Not to mention extremely understaffed and they have outdated lanes. I went to put bumpers up for my children and they have manual ones instead of automatic so every time I wanted to bowl I had to have them come put it down just to have them have to put it back up for my children. Not impressed at all . Even the food and drink prices were outrageous. Definitely not going back. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Even though this place is understaffed, the employees here were really professional and courteous. I used to be in a league here, and it seemed the employees were consistently replaced. On March 14th, 2024 at 8:15 PM, my family and I visited an establishment that offered endless bowling. We paid what was charged and started playing. However, at the end of the set, we were informed that we had not paid for the endless bowling and that we would have to pay over $100 again if we wanted to continue. We spoke to a supervisor who was condescending and refused to help us. Since it was a large group event, we had to pay again. This was unprofessional, and we felt disrespected as customers. Moreover, we ordered our food before starting to bowl, but it took nearly two hours to arrive. The staff-to-customer ratio was inadequate, and we felt that our needs were not being met. Initially, we had planned to go to Main Event, and we regretted not sticking to our plan. We had a terrible experience with the worst customer service ever. We urge the establishment to do better because customers are the backbone of any business.

Front desk girl is rude ever time we come in.. we come every Wednesday for the last 2 years.. we started with my cousins because my Grandad and Aunt died within 1 week of each other do to COVID. It s been something we have enjoyed. Sometimes it s just a few of us and sometimes more, but we are here every week. We are close to a lot of regulars and league bowlers and they all say the same thing, when we been help she acts as if we are bothering her.. she constantly put people on lanes that have issues.. After she moves us to a different lane she will put another guest immediately in the same lane only to have them moved. Her attitude is not one for customer service..

First off, the security check up front threw me off. Being wanded, bag check and emptying out my pockets left me wondering what happened here to warrant the extra security. Secondly, the lady up front seemed bothered and annoyed when asked what special they had going. We have all kinds, do you want me to list them all? We asked for the best deal and she rang us up. We were a total of 3 groups, and within minutes, we were charged 3 different prices for each game. From $5.99 up to $8.99 a game. She nor her manager could explain, or as it seemed, didnt want to explain why the difference. We asked for a refund and that upset them even more. I wish this place had a more professional staff as this is so close to us, but I will now drive out further to get a better bowling experience.

Never again will we go to this bowling alley. Our experience was HORRIBLE. When we first got there we ordered a pizza and a sampler. We were there literally 2 hours and never got our food. We spoke to the manager she seemed to understand our situation, out of nowhere the supervisor comes up very upset acting like we were a problem because they employees dont know what they doing. The supervisor had no reason to open her mouth PERIOD because we were already talking to the manager the person thats over her. That ugly Lil supervisor chick was VERY RUDE and unprofessional she does not need to be in that position. Ive worked in retail for 20 years and I never seen a Supervisor be so unprofessional like her. My Fiance and I dont recommend this place at all especially if u order food from there u will never get it. Smh!!! Get yall a new Supervisor!!!!

My husband and I came with some friends on a Saturday afternoon. Everything was nice and clean. The lady at the register was super nice, we asked if we could move to a different lane because our friends had a baby stroller and we didnt want to block anyones lane/space. She quickly said yes. After bowling we made our way to the arcade, they have a good amount of games for big kids (our husbands)!. Overall, we all had fun and we will definitely come back to this location

If I could give them zero stars I would. The lady that was working on 11/12 at night, named Jessica was very rude to me and my family. The most disrespectful comment that was made from that lady was when I requested my shoe size. I stated to the lady I need a 8 1/2. When I realized it was a woman shoe 8 1/2, I asked her can I get a 8 1/2 in men s. I personally prefer to wear men shoes. She stated and I quote the rules here are I give you shoes with the gender you are born as so with that you need a 10 in women s and proceeded to hand me the women sized shoe. If I would ve been transgender the whole comment would ve been offensive. And if those are the rules to this establishment I advise they change them, especially if you are going to have out of towners like my family and myself who has LBGTQ members visit your establishment for a fun time. Overall bowling was fun with my family. It was just her statement that ruined the evening.

Lanes are always broken .Ive been 5 times, and every time, without fail, lanes are breaking down . Staff is always behind, needs more workers, and is better organized, especially during league play. This is an older bowling alley. I remember going here as a child and not many updates have been made to the place but they have daily deals on bowling and the concession food is good. Will never go back . Had a party of 5 people and wanted to split the lanes but was told no. Would have to pay for 2 extra people to do so. The whole place was dark and was hard to really enjoy the game. The patrons were very loud and obnoxious and the staff could care less. Smelt like marijuana and guest were walking down the middle of the lanes and throwing the balls while the staff watched and did nothing. The staff wasn t very friendly and not professional at all. The place was very clean and the lanes were oiled well , but the atmosphere just ruined it. The way the seating is between the lanes is limited and you have to share the majority of the space with the guest next to you. In my opinion, wasn t very relaxing or enjoyable because of all the negative aspects of the venue.

Overpriced! You can go to a nicer establishment for what you are paying here. They automatically charge a service fee instead of letting you tip their staff. They are garbage and if I could give negative stars I would! Not worth your money. I visited your AMF DeSoto location on 3/04/2023. My credit card number was manually entered in for extra charges after my original charges were paid. The individual then used my card number to rack up several Uber Eats charges from 3/04/2023 to 4/02/2023. I contacted my credit card company to have the card frozen and reissued with a new number. When I realized my credit had been compromised and back tracked to that location, I called a few times with no answer. Finally Saturday 4/09/2023 I called and Tiffany answered the phone. I asked to speak with a manager about a fraudulent concern and was told the manager was in a meeting. Tiffany took my information and said the manager would call me back. Til this day no one has returned my call concerning this very serious matter. My credit has been compromised and I do not feel the management team is taking this matter seriously.

Was there to celebrate my daughters 27th birthday. Advised the lady that I needed 2 lanes, which she did not honor. The other lady working with her asked her why she didnt give me 2 lanes, she told her that since I had 3 people coming to pay for shoes is too much of a mess for her to deal with. All she had to do was allow me to pay for all the games for my 2 lanes, then bill my 3 additional participants for their shoes, but it was too much for her to deal with. She was so rude and totaled up what she wanted, and that resulted in my additional party guest having to pay for their own games. I was not happy she was rude. Went to our lane and there was no seating around our lanes, and the table closest to our lane was occupied. Not an experience that I liked. I forgot to mention the bowling balls, they are damaged with chunks missing out of the balls, and were very limited. I will not be back.

This place SUCKS!!! The service was NOT good from the beginning to the end. There were approx 20 of us. We all paid as we should to be told that we didnt pay & the ensnared to see receipts before we could get shoes DIRECTLY AFTER the young dummy checked us out & forgot who she rang up. Food was stupid. WELL DRIVE ACROSS TOWN NEXT TIME TO AVOID THIS DIRTY AS LOCATION.

This was a fun friendly environment. A good place to bowl. They had food but I did not try this. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Cashiers and the bartender were pretty nice here. Bowling was fun, atmosphere fun, but what was not fun was 24.00 for a beer and a cocktail... Paying EACH time you got drinks instead of opening a tab. I guess certain circumstances caused this rule to be implemented but this has got to be one of the first places Ive ever been to that ran it this way. All in all I had a great time. That and the bathroom not having any paper towels or soap kept that last star off.

The place is trash The lanes are a disaster The customer service is horrible and the managers are rude and liars Oct 1st. Update.... The corporate home office ordered the manager over the other managers to apologize, what a waste. Not only did she apologize for something that had nothing to do with situation but she also called me a lier. The corporate office didnt even offer any kind of anything for the actions of their lack of professional acting management staff. Obviously everyone at this bowling center need people training. My friends and I will not be going back there and telling the hundreds of people we know to stay away. They should have negative stars for companies like these. Side note.... They have items on the menu they dont serve and havent for the past yr or so.
