Great service, great food and great atmosphere. The owner personally came to greet us and checked on us intermittently. The food was just how the Indian food should be. All the places in Denton tend to be so hot/ spicy which ruins the actual eating experience. The food spice is just the right amount to enjoy the food.

To say I m happy would be an understatement. Not only is the food incredibly delicious but the hospitality is unmatched. I have tried Indian food in Denton a few times, whether it was a food truck or brick & mortar, but I have never had Indian food this good in my life! You can tell everything here is meticulously prepared and you feel like you re in their home when dining. I will never go for any other Indian cuisine again. Stumbled upon this place as I was in town for work Best decision I made!!! Walked in with a friend for dinner after a very long day and was immediately greeted and felt welcomed. I asked for a few recommendations from the waiter and they did not disappoint at all!! I would highly recommend the paneer tikka and chicken tikka that were both cooked to perfection! Every bite was so flavorful and mouth-watering! The butter and garlic naan were also cooked very well and soft! And best way to finish off the meal was with my favorite dessert- ras malai! It was the perfect level of sweetness! Came in hungry, and left happy! Will definitely return again when I m in town for work

I visited for lunch and had the chicken vindaloo and it so was delicious, I decided to order take out for dinner. For dinner we ordered Spinach Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala. Both had wonderful flavor and there was plenty of food! The garlic Naan was packed full of garlic and was cooked perfectly! The service was wonderful! This was a delicious surprise! The chicken samosas were spiced perfectly with a flaky crust. The tandoori chicken (Cowboy Special) was very moist and flavorful. Best tandoori this side of London! The chicken korma was served in a creamy sauce made from ground almonds, pistachios and spices. Every bite was yummy! Service was warm and attentive. The menu is extensive. Be patient cause they are new. But on all other factors, they got it. Their mango lassi, 10/10 so creamy and refreshing and cooling while eating the freshly cooked-hot food. Their samosas are huge and so fresh and delicious with the sauces that come with it. They were out of minced lamb for the Keema Naan but they gave me chicken minced instead which was still delicious. I ordered the lamb Biryani on level 1 spicy and it was so flavorful and the meat was so juicy. The older gentleman who I presume may be the owner was so sweet and funny. Really ensured we were served properly. Everything was so fresh and the unique plates and containers enhanced the experience. 10/10 would definitely recommend. If you re looking for a new Indian Fusion restaurant, GO HERE!!! Update: Went there today and it was not a very comfortable experience. At first I loved how the gentlemen serving remembered how I had written a review, but I thought it was so strange that the place didn t have anyone in the front. There was no one in the seats or out to greet people coming into the restaurant, so my friends and I thought it was closed. Someone eventually came out, and we were served water immediately. The gentleman claimed he was hooking us up and provided some fried onions, potato, and cauliflower, which we did not specifically request. It was delicious, and we didn t think anything of it (which caused an issue later). Then, we got the naan. It was very delicious! I wanted to order the almond chicken that was already $16, but the gentlemen kept trying to push me to order the $18 chicken dish that he claimed was similar and better . I ordered it, but I was very disappointed by the amount of meat provided for the price demanded. Besides that, everything tasted good but I was disappointed at how much we had paid for the amount we had received, as well as the service. He also repeatedly hounded me that I take more pictures and update the review. I really just wanted to enjoy the meal I was given and the conversations that I was having with my friends. I had told him I d love to make a video but he proceeded to continuously show me his vision for the restaurant marketing. The social media was woman in bikinis at some restaurant, and I got extremely confused/uncomfortable because that was not something I wanted to see after my dining at a Fine Indian Cuisine restaurant. He then proceeded to ask that I make Instagram reels and that I invite my girlfriends to dance around me like the videos he had shown me. I immediately wanted to just leave. Towards the end, he brought out a complimentary dessert which was ok. After talking for a bit about this weird method of marketing, he repeatedly coerced us into eating dessert, despite expressing how we were already full. To be honest, I really hope they revamp their customer service tactics. Be aware that the transaction will show up as Travel with Me in New York??? Very strange place. Not going back after that situation.

Visited with my Iranian friend who tried Jeera rice and loved it. We had paratha, bana, vindaloo, and kadhai and everything was great. They adjust the spice level and the people are very very friendly and help you with the menu. If an Iranian likes your rice, it has got to be very special. P.S. Ia left a 2 star rating on Uber eats (cause of some logistic issue), please ignore that and read this one instead .

Don t get that lunch box they fill more than half of it with this green slob. But the thing I didn t like the most is how so unwelcoming they were and I think it was cause I m a college student. I walk in and the waiter just stares at me as I m trying to find where I can order or at least a menu. Then he walks up to me and is like what do you want . Maybe he forgot it was a restaurant and I want food idk. Then he goes go grab the menu and sit. This is a new Indian restaurant recently opened in Denton, and the food is spectacular. It is very clear that this restaurant uses the highest quality ingredients and spices. I tried multiple dishes, and each were consistent with typical Indian cuisine standard dishes, but each menu option also had very unique spices that cause this restaurants menu to stand out above average cookie cutter Indian food restaurants. I have eaten Indian cuisine from restaurants all over the world, and the quality of food at this establishment is truly top notch. I very much look forward to trying some of their other menu options as well. They also have a full menu, with both vegetarian and non-veg options. The interior decor of this restaurant is fantastic and upscale, and would be a great venue for a date or night out, as well as offering takeout for those who wish to eat at home. The owner of this establishment is very friendly, and obviously takes great pride in both the quality of food and atmosphere. I highly recommend Indian food fans give this establishment a try. Tried this place just because I was craving Indian, but it ended up being really good. Service was absolutely lovely, super nice, and they told me about what deals I could get. Yes, they are open and yes they are amazing! We were greeted by Robert, I believe his name is, from NY. The restaurant and atmosphere are pristine! He spoke to me and my children in casual, personable, not rehearsed, conversation, which was lovely. Ive had Indian food before, but wanted my children to have a new experience for themselves. He made great suggestions, even altering some sauces to appease a young persons pallet. My children had lamb Curry and I had chicken vindaloo. Oh, and before that, the samosas *chefs kiss* I have never seen my kiddos eat so much so fast. We barely had enough to bring home because we ate so much! I ve heard really good things about the food here from my sister so we decided to buy a gift card for our dad s birthday so he could try it out! When I called and asked if I could buy a gift card the guy on the phone said that he wasn t doing gift cards yet because he needed to pick them up I said oh well when would you have them? Since I wanted to buy one. He asked who I was and said that I was calling from a traveler s line? I told him it was my own number and I just wanted to buy a gift card so someone else could try eating there? He got aggressive and accusatory. When I said I had heard the food was good from my sister he said he didn t believe we had ever eaten there and asked for our names?? When I asked for his name he hung up on me. I m still not sure what went wrong, or if he maybe doesn t know what a gift card is? The situation was bizarre enough to leave a review. It sounds like he wasn t the owner so would still like to give this place a chance and gift the opportunity to someone else, but the initial customer service was incredibly strange. For what it s worth, I regular buy gift cards from small businesses around Denton as gifts for others. It s a great way to support local businesses I like while also giving a unique gift. Cowboy Curry deserves 5 stars. Let me explain. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The Indian music in the background was soothing. The owner greeted my wife and I with the utmost courtesy we have ever experienced at any restaurant. The food was awesome. I came because of the amount of 5 stars online, and now saw the truth. Each Entree of vegetable and chicken Samosa was seasoned to perfection. the condiments complimented them just as well. My wife had the Goat Bryiani, and I had the Spicy Chicken Tika Masala. Cowboy Curry on Eagle Dr in Denton is fantastic. If youre going to try one of the new Indian places in town make it this one. Super nice people and they have some seriously great food. The tandoori chicken is outstanding. Like really good. Everything is made fresh in their real tandoor including the naan/roti. (Make sure to ask for the tandoori chicken when you go because some of their other dishes have a different version of the chicken that is not as good.) Go try it out. They could use the business. This was the worst dining experience Ive ever had. The food was extremely bland, with no salt or spice in the curries. Ive visited many restaurants, but Ive never encountered anything like this. The owner (the guy who was taking orders) was incredibly rude and spoke disparagingly about other restaurants and South Indians. When my friend and I visited, he insulted me by saying, You look like one of those who work around in one of those restaurants. His behavior was completely unprofessional, and he kept bothering us throughout our meal. He kept saying everything is from scratch and everything is fresh, it s a scratch kitchen and the food wasn t even cooked. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The food is okay. The service (we were served by the owner) is overbearing with a touch of sexist undertones. The experience was so awful we left early so we wouldnt have to speak with the owner anymore because honestly, he would not leave us alone. He also seemed offended that we asked for To Go boxes and asked us why we didnt eat as much of the food. He was nice to my partner. Check out this new spot for amazing Indian food! Fresh and authentic. The name might be slightly misleading ... I thought this might be a fusion of BBQ + Indian, but aside from having the word cowboy in the name, dont expect to find ribs or brisket on the menu. You will find all the fresh herbs, spices, curry options and home made naan bread that makes Indian food so delicious. We happened to show up on a slow night during the middle of the week and were lucky to be greeted and served by one of the owners.
