Michael Osborne has been a blessing to rent our home hassle free! From the minute he stepped into our home, he was full of energy, prepared with sign boards, documents , etc to put me at ease. I had a time constraint as I was flying out of country shortly. Mike told me that shouldn t be a concern et all as he had experience of selling homes and renting it for non resident owners. My home was rented within 72 hours!! He connected me with the cleaners, pest control etc to ensure the home was move in ready. I will recommend Mr. Osborne to anyone for a hassle free home transaction experience!

We cant say enough good things about Mike Osborne! He helped us purchase a custom home new build and not only was he present and available throughout the entire build, he has been with us post move-in as we clear up some issues with the builder. Many realtors would walk away after getting paid or even after the closing, not Mike. He is our realtor and advocate 100% of the time. You are in good hands with Mike, we highly recommend him!!!

We give all the praise to God almighty. Today is a true blessing. Being able to secure a home that we love in this housing market is a blessing all by itself. My family recently moved to DFW from Phoenix. We were looking at rental homes, not knowing where we should be looking. A friend introduced us to Mike, and it was a perfect match! Mike was an absolutely stellar realtor, I recommend him highly -- I think Ive already personally recommended him to a half dozen people already. We worked with Mike on our first home purchase, he was an absolute expert in understanding our needs and working with our budget. He found us an outstanding new construction option that was absolutely perfect. He was there every step of the way with recommendations on how to ensure we had no quality issues. We closed on our new home last week and everything is absolutely perfect. We used Michael to sell and buy house for us. He did great job on getting our house ready to sell. Entire process went smoothly & he took care of all problems that came up. We got an offer in less than 24 hours. We got price we wanted and he negotiated 2 & 1/2 months of free rent. He also negotiated lot of money off our new home. He was very responsive to all concerns we had & had no problem taking care of everything. Any time we needed him he was available. Mike was an absolute pleasure working with when it came to selling our house. His expertise in the field and proactive personality really won us over from the beginning. We were first time sellers, so not very familiar with the entire process. Mike was patient with us and answered all our questions, day or night, always staying on top of everything.
