They both took great care of me during my case very easy/professional to communicate with & understand, & very fast responses I never had to wait if i had a question or needed to report information they were always quick to respond. If you need an attorney, I would highly recommend anyone to choose Charlie Ginn of McCraw Law Group any day of the week and twice on Sunday! Charlie was truly a godsend for me. When I had my accident I didnt know what to do because I had never been in a situation like that before. My family right away was telling me to seek an attorney. Unfortunately I did not take their advice in the beginning. But when I was still suffering from nerve damage after 1 year and 10 months, only 2 months shy of the 2 year statute of limitations, I went to see Charlie Ginn and Jason Klotz for a free consultation. They both were very honest, professional, and patient when listening to my story. I wasnt even sure they could help me. But after listening, they assured me I was doing the right thing and had every right to seek help. They explained that I came to see them just in the nick of time for them to file my claim. So nevertheless, they quickly got right on it. After everything was all said and done, I was a very happy and blessed client. I was so overjoyed, I couldnt help myself even during this pandemic, that I had to give Charlie a BIG hug for all his hard work that he put in to my case. This is a very great business. Reid helped me with matters big or small (eg. getting documents notarized in his spare time). Make these people your FIRST call. I should start by saying that I dont like lawyers or writing reviews, but these guys are a credit to their profession. When my wife was injured at a local gas station, the complexity of the situation led many law firms to pass up on the case. They all wanted a slam dunk and a big payout, I suppose.
