Not sure what my bartenders name was but she was a completely rude person to me and my party. They didn t close 2 am and she was extremely pretentious and just a bad taste on my mouth. If I m spending $12 on a cocktail I would really like quality service as well. :)

This place is so neat and the cocktails are incredible! I helped plan and host a baby shower at Miss Angelines for a friend. The manager was super helpful the entire time, they were flexible to what we wanted, answered our questions quickly, and the staff was amazing! Would definitely recommend if youre going just to hangout or if you want to host something there!

Definitely gonna give this place one star. I went to school in the area and wanted to come back to visit friends and have drinks at this bar. However, my friends and I arrive, we use the restroom, then go outside, and order our drinks. THEN, the server came back with waters and said we were cutoff. Keep in mind that we just got there, none of my friends are tipsy let alone drunk and belligerent. Idk if the guy there just wants older people there, didnt like our outfits, idk but I encourage others to find a better place. Ive seen other reviews of it randomly happening to others too. You never know if youll randomly get cutoff.

Im going to have to give 0 stars because the bartender who has the small beard but bigger mustache wearing the green cap in one of the pictures of this place cut me off last night for some reason after I had 5 drinks. Clearly I was coherent and was going to uber back but he decided to cut me and my date off for whatever dumb reason he imagined. Will never be coming back here ever again as this bartender is a major vibe killer and nobody has time for that, especially since the night was going great. Luckily we went next door to Eastside Denton and we were able to get more drinks there. He could end up ruining a lot of peoples nights with that callous attitude. Never again. U lost good business as I tip well too. We ended up at Eastside Denton again tonight

First timers here !.. The ambience and customer service are both TOP SHELF!! The drinks were super unique and fun, not the same curations you see from bar to bar. This bar is definitely a Denton staple. However, the past few times I ve returned I ve noticed the bartenders have become very unpleasant. The bartenders here just aren t very friendly. A cozy little modern bar that leans more upscale - some more adventurous and fanciful drinks, as well as true and new takes on classic cocktails. Cocktails on draft are an interesting novelty as well. Drinks are a bit pricey, but this is more of a pregame/have a drink with the gals place rather than somewhere I would stay most/all night. Outside seating is pretty spacious, but the inside feels as though its more for show than prolonged lingering by patrons (not enough seating, and bar becomes pretty crowded on busier evenings). Overall, a very nice place to grab a drink or two, and then hit the food trucks before spending the rest of the night on Fry a couple of blocks down.

This place is very clean, and a nice place in the middle of a college town, where bars are sometimes not the prettiest! I had an issue with my tab, but had the problem resolved in minutes, which I m very thankful for! I recommend this place, the drinks are good, and the bartenders were great! I agree with everyone who says the staff here are beyond rude. Not sure how the same people could be managing this bar and Eastside next door where everyone is friendly. Here, if you dont reply to the bartender in less than a few seconds, they roll their eyes and move on to another customer. Not very welcoming for someone who may have difficulty speaking quickly. When I ordered 4 shots for a group they questioned who all the drinks were for and shot my group dirty looks all night. Truly the only bar in denton where lingering near the best is not welcomed.

Great place for shots, cocktails, and mocktails! Sometimes when you know you gotta drive home, it is best to get a mocktails with a shot or just drink enough so you wont get tipsy. You can do that here. I personally like the mimosa and shots from here. My fiancé loves the Piña Coladas, and they have a Pino Colada mocktail for those that dont like coconut. They are also open until 2AM, and dont kick you out until the last 5 minutes. Also, if you are seated outside, theyll come visit you often to see if you want any more drinks for the night. At the same site, there are 4 or 5 food trucks and a wide outside seating area where you can bring your dogs and hang out freely. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a late night get together!

Upsetting experience. Military friend of mine from Mississippi was in town on leave and after going to Eastside, we hopped over here. Bartender looked at my friends CAC card as well as Mississippi ID and denied us any service. I understand that out of state IDs are under scrutiny, but it felt incredibly rude. At least call a manager or someone over if you need another opinion? We continued to be served throughout Denton but to be frank, it left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth. Ask us to provide details, call a manager, whatever. Im not gonna argue and make a a scene. However, outright denial and 0 discussion is ridiculous.

This is probably the coolest thing Ive found on a family day. Its an adorable little bar which also provides mocktails for the kiddos. Thier grenadine and so many other things they serve are home made in house. It in the truck stop on Austin Street and you can take food in from the food trucks while you enjoy a drink, with or without alcohol. My 6 year old and her little friend had the best time dancing to the live band, getting food and going out for drinks

Sadly they asked my friend and I to leave for what was apparently no real reason. When asked they accused us of drunkenness and refused to serve us and said it was because my friend had forgotten his ID. Though I had my ID and was not in any way inebriated at all. Seemed like their patrons were fairly nice and outgoing people but the staff were rude and disrespectful. I will not be giving them my business and I would suggest to anyone to just find another place to go especially if they want a comfortable and relaxing evening.

Atmosphere is awesome!!! Definitely laid back & for any age group. The drinks however are lacking and over priced...that s my only complaint. My girlfriend never drinks , got a Long Island and thought she had a Shirley Temple, they get you on the drinks.

Great bar in Denton focusing on tapped cocktails! They have a wide variety covering the essential cocktails and variations like the espresso martini and a pumpkin variant. They do not have many original recipes, but they are a great affordable spot for a social time!

This place was amazing!!! Everyone was so nice on staff. Reservations were made quickly and in such a cute spot. The prices are spot on. Everything was clean and cozy. I can t remember the names all off the servers but we had 5 different people who checked on us. Really enjoyed it here and will definitely be coming back

Cute spot with a cozy patio, good service, and deliiiiicious drinks! Idk why but I was skeptical about batch cocktails at first but Ive loved everything Ive had from Angelines. I especially love their coffee negroni and espresso martinis/shots. They also used to have a peachy mezcal drink awhile back, I forget what its called but that one was a banger too.

We love coming to Dentons first cocktail garden a.k.a. cute house with a huge patio turned into cocktail parlor with chic vibes. The owner also owns East Side and Oak Street Draft house, all some of our top favs in Denton to drink at. Coolest bars in town IMO. Also whoever decorated this place needs to come do my house. Love the outdoor and indoor seating, twinkling lights, and cocktails on draft.
