Went on a Tuesday after a volleyball game and they were some what busy but we were able to get a table by the bar for 5. The waitress was sweet. Their food is super freaking good for a bar!!! I m shocked. Definitely gonna be our spot every Tuesday. Wings were so fresh and tasty. You could tell they put some TLC into those wings - hot lemon pepper is always my go to, and thankfully a friend let me try his but I ll def be ordering my own next go around especially since it s buy 6, get 6 free! My boyfriend got the Siracha burger I think and that was also yummy along with his seasoned fries - to die for. My other friend got the chicken strip basket and it looked good, gravy was a plus. I got the fried egg burger and added bacon, no pickles. Sooooooo damn good. Best burger I ve had ina while. The plus was the great beer prices. Perfection honestly for a Tuesday. Oh and we got the appetizer for the egg rolls. Ugh so yummy. No complaints here. (Sad I didn t get pics - will update next time I go)

The mango habanero boneless wings were so good! Came out as slightly warm but still delicious. The atmosphere was amazing despite babies being there. I don t know why you would bring a baby to a bar. It ruined the vibe a bit with the crying but still had an amazing time! Met some amazing people as well. The staff were friendly and great service.

Took over an hour to get our food even though there was only about 5 tables in the place with people. Ordered 24 wings in 3 different flavors. Instead of doing 8 in each flavor they did 12 in one flavor and 6 of the other 2. Wings were not hot when they came out. It seemed like the only thing they were interested in was selling beer and at $6 a bottle for a domestic beer I can see why. This was our second time here and will not be back.

TO3 has the best wings and tater tots in my opinion! The servers/bartenders are always friendly and nice. It has a very laid-back atmosphere with a pool table and a few games! My favorite spot is the patio because it is covered and during the winter they put out heaters and during the summer they turn on the big fan making it nice and breezy! It is also pet friendly, so I enjoy seeing all the pups on the patio.

I just left this place after sitting for 27 MINUTES without being served or even greeted! Meanwhile there were only 2 other tables occupied and one that was mostly finished was still visited once more by the waitress and the other one was visited FOUR TIMES! Both waitresses looked at me then walked back in each time. While I waited all this time, there were 2 girls that walked onto the porch and sat down at the bar to get service 3 minutes later and 3 ladies who sat down at the bar who got service in less than 2 minutes. This is not the first time Ive both seen and experienced this as of recently. My last visit the place quickly turned into a hangout just for the staff and their friends where the waitresses spent most of their time sitting at their tables chatting with no mind to anyone else. When the bar opened, it seemed like it was going to be a great local place in walking distance to go despite the OVERPRICED FOODS for the quality youre getting, but it is run into the ground by management and staff that dont care about anything at all. That type of NEGLECT translates to the work and cleanliness of an establishment including sanitization of food prep areas, so I am glad to have not been able to order anything tonight due to ZERO SERVICE. There are so many better establishments to go to. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

Then she proceeded to put a lime on a beer with the same fingers she had in her mouth and the garnish bin. We left. If they do that out in the open, what do they do in the kitchen?

Best wings in the world. In my opinion they are tied for first versus Bar Bill West in Buffalo, NY. T.O.3 actually has better wings but the the Blue Cheese dip was better in Buffalo. Hope that helps, enjoy!

Well how the hell are you suppose to know if their good or not unless you eat a few??? Just want to say that I just ordered a chicken salad 03/08/24 that had 3 small pieces of chicken on it that had been refried, it was not fresh at all. It was so refried that it was dry and burnt, then they put burnt pieces of fried crust all over it to make it look like more chicken. This is the most ridiculous salad to spend almost $14.00 on. This wont happen again. Shame on you Time out # 3. Do better.

Great food so far! Love the handicapped accessibility! The prices were great! The drink I had was pretty good, although I do wish they had a drink menu Wheelchair accessibility: We took our 21yr old special needs son who uses a wheelchair, they have a nice ramp to wheel him up and there is plenty of open room inside, only downfall is they only have one table (that i saw ) that is wheelchair hight, the rest are bar style tables and chairs, which was fine when we were just hanging put shooting pool but the one table is located right when you walk in...kinda awkward place to sit to eat but the food has been great so overall we like it and definitely would and have recommended people to check it out!

If you want to put money in the juke box and have the volume turned all the way down on you, this is the place for you. I paid money for music on the juke box and had it turned down by the manager . When I asked for my money back he prompted me to talk to the owners. When I tried to return the food that I longer wanted because I was told talk to the owners . I was also met with we can t give your money back because you already paid for it long story short. Terrible place! Hopefully in a year it goes by the wayside.

Came here 2 days in a row. They have lunch specials, $5.99. I got the bacon burger with waffle fries and drink. Today, I got the chicken tenders with waffle fires and drink. Told them to put the same seasoning from the fries on the tenders. Came out really good. Great new place to watch any game! Lots of TVs , one pool table. Full bar inside and outside. Nice outdoor covered patio. Service was great! The food was good as well just that my boneless wings I could hardly eat cause they were so hard , almost burnt. The onion rings were great. Friend said the Pizza was a little well done as well. Visited on a Saturday, noonish. Sat outside. Had the bacon cheeseburger with waffle fries. Great burger. Good waffle fries. Came here after a long hard day of work. Saw a group of friends and ordered a beer as I was also meeting someone there so I got a table outside. Had a bad experience tonight, had fantasy football draft there. Only had 5 beers and waitress made a bad mistake to cut us off, then bartenders wouldn t serve us no more. There was a group playing pool for couple hours drinking beers and shots and never cut them off. Plus people staying hours for the Astros and not cut them off too. Didn t try food so can t speak about that. 3pm on a Saturday before the Texans preseason game. Was helped relatively quickly when we sat down, which was nice. Wife didn t get a lime with her Dos Equis but she s not picky. Drinks got low and I had to go to the bar to request a drink despite ample wait staff and it not being very busy. Someone is playing back to back tejano. A couple just came in and sat at a table for 10 minutes without being helped and they left. Nice place but if you want to be better than this you need to get more out of your staff. Carina seems to be the only one busting her butt around here. There s plenty people working, not a lot of customer and still, service is this poor.

Both times I went it wasnt crowded at all. The bartenders are very friendly and the crowd was very friendly and welcoming. This is a nice hangout spot.

Small environment. Small stage the band barely fits on it. A few tables and dart boards. But best of all they have bitter and warm beer.
