Had an amazing experience working with the Nuvo Team. Professional, creative and responsive. I had a large Birthday Party, and they had everything I needed, and they also gave me some great ideas to make the party extra special. The entire Team from the Support Staff to the Event Planners to the Catering Team...they made the event perfect

I m a DJ and I recently did a wedding at the Nuvo Room and I had a great experience with them. The staff was great and very easy to work with. They had everything I needed ready for me when I walked in and their coordinator was very nice and very organized. Highly recommended

We were HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED at the outcome of the food as they were WAY SMALLER PORTIONS than the food tasting and the taste was WAY OFF than what they promised us. The meats were dry and flavorless and red snapper fish was smelly nothing compared to what we have tasted at the food tasting (all the appetizers and entrees taste sooo perfect at the food tasting) Even the vegetarian portions were SOOO SMALL and flavorless that we noticed majority of guests did not touch their food. It was as if another chef had cooked the food or premade them somehow. We had bragged to our family and friends beforehand of how cool the venue is and how good the food is. Yet, WE ARE NOT HAPPY and LOST OUR HOPES right on the spot, but we did not want to make it a scene on our happy day. Additionally, we have requested for two Led lights display for our wedding theme, but only one light were led up for the night. The manager was not quick-witted at handling the venue s staff as the flow was not efficient as we have hoped for. Our guests have left the night early since they told us afterward they were hungry and was so disappointed and unhappy at how bad the food tastes and was expecting better larger food portions to fill them up for the night. They complained that the venue table setup were poorly executed as many of them who sat on the corner could not see the much. We feel so appalled and embarrassed hearing their comments. We feel like THIS VENUE OVERPROMISES AND UNDER DELIVERS as we did not have a good smooth experience with them. Ultimately, We DO NOT RECOMMEND OTHERS TO BOOK this venue if food selections are your priority and make sure to ask all the details as they will change the contract policies and small details without discussing with you first. For instance, two security officers were stated in my original contract yet there were no officer on the day as the manager says they were not required due to some new policies that we were not even aware of and discussed with us. We feel anxious for our safety on the actual day as well. We just feel our expectations were crushed since our wedding day was not what we envisioned it to be. We just hope the chef and staffs would do something to make amends for our wounded hopes, but we figure it is what it is. Once you paid off your balance, no vendors will care about your satisfaction plain and simple stated.

It was a great and memorable experience for my daughters sweet 16 at Nuvo Room. The event manager Jacob made all the expected arrangements based upon our requests. The staffs are so friendly. I would highly recommend the Nuvo room for your any events.

We recently hosted our daughter s Bat Mitzvah party at Nuvo and could not have been any happier! From the very first email with Vivian requesting information and avails to the very last interaction on the day of the event with Tabitha, Nuvo s customer service, willingness to accommodate our needs and requests, and overall experience was fantastic! Nuvo takes care of the bar setup, tables and chairs, plates, glassware, food catering, AV, and staffing. The room is beautiful (open, elegant, modern) and very well maintained. The food is excellent and very well plated. They have many options to choose from and will work with your budget and goals. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a venue to host an event!!

Just had my daughters batmitzvah there. They made the experience so easy and effortless. They were very patient with my questions. Cece and her team were amazing. Chef was really nice, tons of experience and very talented. He was very accommodating for some special food requests. People came up to me through the night saying how yummy the food was. Vendors loved working with nuvo room.

I can not say enough about my experience with Nuvo Room and my coordinator CeCe. From the consult to the execution of my wedding CeCe was so professional, friendly, understanding and available. CeCe and her staff worked well with all my vendors- I didn t have to worry about or do anything but show up on the day of my wedding! Our food -appetizers and Tex mex buffet were fresh, hot and delicious! The bar staff rocked! I was so concerned about lines for the bar and food but lines moved quickly- my guest loved the food and bar. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The team packed my husband and I a really nice to go bag for our send off with more than enough food, cake and water for late night. The venue space was cozy and just right for our guest count of 125. The venue is very clean with accommodations to suit any event- sound system, lighting, beautiful acrylic chavari chairs, etc. I truly have no cons!

Our wedding was nothing short of everything we dreamed of! Nuvo Room we re so attentive to our needs & took care of us in more ways than one. The fact that offer food, liquor AND the venue at a very good price all in one was a plus to us! The food was awesome, which I knew it would be because they also a culinary art school in the same building. My wife & I would recommend Nuvo Room to any of our friends who are getting married & want a stress free experience. They also offer taste testing for menu selections, which were so hard to pick from because they were all delicious. We truly appreciate the nice staff who assisted us on our special day! Not to mention there is a park in the back of the venue which we used for our bridal party pics! Everything was amazing! Thank you all for everything! If I called & asked, they answered & delivered! It made our day & the days leading up to our special day that more less stressful! My guests were pleased & so were we! :)

Just had my wedding at Nuvo room last week. Although I felt like the staff was SO supportive and amazing through the entire planning process, there were a few unfortunate incidents the day of that had us regretting picking Nuvo as our venue. First thing: when we had our tasting with the on-site catering chef, the food was INCREDIBLE. Fast forward to the event, it was meh. Vegetables were completely raw so that was very unfortunate. Second thing: Despite paying thousands of dollars to have an open bar for 4 hours, they closed it early because people had been over-served. Listen, people definitely drank more than they should ve, won t argue that, but any bartender knows you cut those people off, you don t close the entire bar early after I paid literally thousands of dollars for 4 hours. Not fair to me or my guests. The bartenders were very rude and unprofessional as well, literally rolling their eyes at us when we asked for drinks I will say this affected my night a lot The wait staff in general were rude. Third thing: This actually made me cry, not gonna lie! I bought a VERY fancy wedding cake that feeds 120 people. We had only 70 guests. Somehow all the cake was served no leftovers Multiple family members AND friends saw the staff take the leftover cake to the back. They either stole my wedding cake or threw away the leftovers. I mean it doesnt really get worse than that! Very unfortunate experience because again, the coordinators, they were all amazing and helpful!!! The staff was just rude, and some were either thieves or just dumb Again I had multiple wedding attendees say they saw leftover cake be taken to the back. This made me very VERY upset. I regret choosing Nuvo and I advise against it!

The only reason Im giving it 3 stars is because of the food. One of our passed hors- doeuvres we picked was the lamb skewers what we tasted at our tasting and what we received the night of was totally different. It was like a meet ball on a stick. Then dinner we ordered beef tips and it looked like we was served a pot roast it was terrible and bland and the presentation just looked like slop on a plate. Other than that the venue is beautiful they were very helpful and service was great and our wedding was beautiful. Maybe we made the wrong food choice.

I just hosted my daughters Bat Mitzvah celebration at Nuvo Room and the event was amazing. The space looked stunning, the service was impeccable and the food was out of this world. Jaena was so kind and helpful throughout, making sure that every detail was taken care of. And Chef Yossi really outdid himself. My kids said it was the best party they have ever been to and the adults thought I must have used a party planner. But, actually, Nuvo Room took care of everything. I would highly recommend it for any event. Thanks for a magical evening!

My wife and I used Nuvo room for our wedding ceremony and reception. The staff was very personable and were happy to help. The food was excellent. The price was competitive versus other venues. Our guests enjoyed their time at the venue and I would use them again for any other large get together I would like to put on. They recently did some renovations and the location could not look nicer. This venue is modern and they have a unique lighting and sound system. If you are looking for something unique then ask if Nuvo can do it and they will probably say yes.

We had a blast on our wedding day thanks to Nuvo Room. The staff was awesome and they took good care of us. The place was very clean and elegant, and they made sure everyone was on point. We had both our ceremony and reception here, and the food was amazing. We still have guest telling us how beautiful the venue was. One of the best affordable, Elegant, Spacious Venue with a view. You can have a wedding in one room, A small reception, and then a Large reception in the larger area with 360 degree view and a really nice wooden dance floor. Our wedding was there on a Thursday Night and it was really Nice. Dressing rooms and elevators.

This venue is very lovely. It has a more modern aesthetic, but the owner is very accommodating to individual tastes. I was a guest for a wedding here, and a vendor (baked the cakes), and my experiences were positive in both roles. The staff is very professional and caring. Also, the food was fantastic.
