The Quality of the fish is top notch. They weigh your portions unlike most places like this who heap healthy servings- that could be a plus or a minus- I like it as I am trying to be health conscious. You may want to hit up this spot on the weekend. We went mid-week and there is apparently one guy who makes a lot of the specials- so we weren t able to try everything we wanted to. But the food was really good, so I ll probably be back on a weekend to check out those specials.

The food is EXCELLENT. Ask for suggestions. Definitely do the bootea rice (garlic and cilantro infused) and mix the shoyu sauce with Sriracha cream *chefs kiss*. Vegetarian options: Everything is pick and choose and its only not vegetarian if you choose to add fish to your bowl. Very easy to get a hearty vegetarian bowl.

The worker put the person in front of us protein in our rice bowl. She scooped it off of our rice when she realized, putting it into the correct bowl. But she did not get us a new bowl of rice. OR even offer to. Luckily, the person in front of us was a coworker so we did not mind. And luckily we didn t have a shellfish allergy (since it was shrimp). But this is something that we may have been upset about under different circumstances. A message to the workers: Please be mindful of this in the future. Working in the food industry, I know not everyone is as forgiving as us. And allergies are a life threatening thing to consider.

This is my second time coming to this establishment and it was HORRIBLE! I came with my cousin who is a regular all the time on Cinco de mayo. We came in and she asked if the bar manager was in and they informed us he wasn t in for today. We sat at the bar as a party of 4. To my surprise we sat at the bar for 15 mins and no acknowledgement from the staff. A younger couple came in to order poke and were attended to immediately! It wasn t until my cousin spoke on the blatant disregard for our service. The staff then stated the bar was closed for today. Now your guess would be just a good as mine, to understand why this wasn t stated as we sat at the bar. It seemed so comical to the two young ladies behind the counter. I hope this continues to be the laughter for your lack of customer service. To the cook who also witnessed this horrible experience. You can come from the kitchen when a customer speaks up for an understanding but you continued to look out and see us patiently waiting to be serviced or informed from the kitchen. I m not one to entertain the presence not warrant the attention of other guest. To the public I m not sure if this was just for today but the bar is closed on Sundays. If you sit at the bar the staff will not say anything they will just act as if you are the napkins at the bar. Consider this your bar acknowledgment.

It s too bad because I love this place, but I only come here every several months or so. This last time, I ended up getting food poisoning; no clue if it s from the salmon, spicy tuna, or any of the uncooked vegetables I added like seaweed. I m having to take antibiotics for it, it s that bad. I m never coming back here again.

I used to love this place so much! But last few months the quality and the quantity of food is really bad. Yesterday I took 2 regular bowls but it looked like they just split one bowl into two, extremely small portions of protein. Usually they weight all proteins but not now. We love the Low-key. We always get regular poke bowls and love the green rice, the seafood that is always fresh, and all the veggies are great-- cucumber, edamame, avocado. Add the crab salad! Our favorite dressing is a mix of jalapeno and soy, be careful- some of the dressings are hot! The staff are always very nice, too.

This is my husband & I s go to Poke place!!! Every time we have to drive down to Dallas this is our ~spot~ either going down or coming back because we literally get cravings for this poke place. It s a cute little fast casual spot but the quality of the food here is beyond that of any other poke places & trust me we ve tried PLENTY. They have a very decent protein to bowl ratio, the sauces are so very flavorful (plus they give you the freedom to mix and match sauces), the toppings are always fresh & given in abundance. At the very end you are left with a bowl piled high packed to the max with ingredients, textures and flavors. Always happy to visit and always leave very full & happy that we came.

Ordered the Pokerito with the wasabi crust (WasabiRito). The crust made everything a bit more messy and didnt really add anything to the taste, so I would just stick with the plain OG version. That being said, I would rank the amount of filling that you receive slightly below the average that most poke places will serve.

This is the most disappointing poke bowl I think Ive ever had. I was really in the mood for poke last night and this bowl was awful. I tried the bootea rice which sounded very interesting but it was so overwhelmed in garlic that it permeated the whole bowl. The spicy mayo was also disappointing, no spice at all it was just like orange mayo. The avocado was turning brown which I know a lot of restaurants struggle with so I get that. Lastly their crunch toppings are lacking, they didnt have any of my usual faves so I thought Id try cheetos, they had both regular and hot and who doesnt like cheetos. What I didnt think through was the steam from the warm rice turned the crunch into mush on my very short ride home (1 mile). Overall just a very poor tasting bowl, they didnt give me any reason to even give them another chance. I hate leaving this poor of a review but it was just really not good.

This place is WAY over priced! $10 for a beer. No place to sit, but the integrity is what got me. I put a card down for the tab had one beer but because other people could not get a chair and was next to the host put there biil on my card $90. Now I paid with cash and left. Decor is hip, music plays in the establishment. Have only ordered to go, so I can t speak on the cleanliness of the restaurant. Been here 3-4 times and I always think about how high the prices are, and to me it doesn t match the quality or quantity of the food. Last time I came in (2/10/23) I spent nearly $22 for just a regular size poke bowl- no drinks, no sides. To be fair I asked for avocado which was extra, a little extra seaweed (which they also charged for), but the kicker was they charged me for pineapple and didn t tell me there was an up charge for that. So for that alone I paid $4.50. I didn t end up finishing my bowl, unfortunately, because there was so little sauce (which I asked extra for) and the fish was a little fishy, if you catch my drift. Didn t want to tempt fate so I tossed the rest. Also, who adds sauces to the proteins separately of the bowl? It was a strange way of adding flavor and spoke to why it was so dry and lacked essence. Sadly I won t be coming back.

I placed a pick up order for two poke bowls, they delayed the order. This was not a problem but I have no idea why they would do that considering there wasn t anyone in the restaurant. Shrimp was old (fishy taste) all vegetables looked and tasted like they came from the can. Crab salad I spit out immediately. Idk what kind of rice they gave me but didn t seem like jasmine rice. We got the regular bowl with bootea rice which has a nice unique green tea flavor, not very overpowering and goes well with the fish. They have a lot of unique toppings and sauces that you don t usually see at at other poke places. The toppings were in good quantity and variety and made the bowl a little better. Although for a regular bowl we had 3 scoops of protein, I noticed that they were not very generous with the scoops, especially the shrimp. That was a bit of a bummer. I love myself a loaded protein bowl. The rice proportion was a bit much in comparison to the proteins and sauces, making the bowl a little dry towards the end. The crab salad was not very fresh. Overall a good-ish experience, good vibe, ambiance, music and food for the price. I may try something else here but maybe not the poke

Drinks were outrageously priced and I was served the wrong tequila from different bottles. I requested Anja brown color they gave me blanco white from a don Julia then when the bottles was so be for dark tequila....they obviously changing liquor bottles with cheaper value then charging higher prices. We came on a Saturday, early evening. There was a good amount of traffic but it wasn t crowded at all. The place was very clean and I love the vibe of the place. We each ordered a poke bowl with jasmine rice and kale mix with salmon and tuna. Everything was so delicious and very fresh. I got the jalapeño bizness sauce which added good flavor and just the right amount of kick. We also ordered the sushi tacos and takoyaki. Both were really good but we were pleasantly surprised of how much we really liked the sushi tacos. We will definitely come back when we are in the area!

Tend to make this a weekly habit when in office. Customer service is always very good, product is fresh and variety is good. I would like a more traditional items such as daikon radish vs the mixes and all the cheetos stuff. Luv the Bootea rice which has a few less carbs than traditional rice which is perfect for dietary restrictions. Overall really like this place and its great for meeting up with friends over lunch. They could turn down the music a bit though. It was hard to hear the people building your lunch. Vegetarian options: Tofu and non-protein in general. I ll give this place 5 stars because the lady working there provided exceptional customer service, the drink I had was fun, and the food was very fresh. The only things that had me at 4 stars were the minimal options for toppings. Mainly, the lack of sauces for the Poke Bowl. Also being there for the first time I wish I could ve received a little more help from the gentlemen taking my order, but he did a fine job. That being said, I would recommend checking this place out and would love to return if more sauces are added to the menu!

Fast and friendly service! Food is always on point and well portioned. Fried cauliflower is one of my faves. I get off work and often go an hour before close and never have they given me a hard time. Only thing I wish for is that they extend their hours to stay open a little later on the weekends.

Good poke joint with friendly staff. The poke burritos were interesting but a bit difficult to eat compared to a normal bowl. Spicy Cheetos on the outside definitely made for a nice texture and flavor though! Shrimp pasta was good but basically like garlic noodles. Wish they had the uni pasta as thats why we came but they didnt have uni in stock.

I hate doing this but it s a low key pass. When I decide to visit a new poke place, I m excited and I m routing for you. Not today. The place had several customers. It has positive vibes and tunes playing. There is even a bar. A definite plus. The mixture of flavors didn t do it for me. I had to spit out one bite of tuna because of the low quality cut. The shrimp were okay. I love rice, seriously love it. I couldn t even finish the rice. They don t have eel sauce. They do have some trendy new toppings like Cheetos and flaming hot Cheetos for toppings. They also have several fish options that many places can t offer. My lack of satisfaction could have been my choices, I guess. It s strange though because I know my way around a poke bowl. Keep it simple here. Don t go overboard with the topping choices. Maybe try the salmon. I got the ahi tuna and shrimp today. Other people seem to enjoy it and the 4.5 Google rating caught my eye. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was clean and seemed to be managed well. The image is what I left and did not consume. Too expensive for this outcome.

I went to try out this place for the first time and when I first arrived, it was completely empty and no one was in the front. I waited and looked around to find someone for about 5 minutes. Someone saw me waiting in the back and continued to stay there for another few minutes. Someone else then came in and the worker came out and spoke to him first. After the other customer left, it was finally my turn and the person making my bowl kept getting the opposite of what I wanted, and I had to say no, this several times. There was about 85% rice compared to a small amount of protein. The scoops are super tiny. After eating half the bowl, I had a stomachache. I really dont believe the fish used is sushi-grade, after seeing similar reviews of the quality. With customer service and taste, I most likely wont be back.

I like that it wasnt super crowded when we came (a Friday afternoon). The inside is clean and there are alot of options. The prices differ from what they have online, a large bowl is $17.95. That does give you 5 scoops of protein but be mindful, they dont go by scoops in reality, they go by weight. My friend got salmon and shrimp and not only was it only 5 little shrimp for the scoop, after doing the scoops, the attendant weighed the bowl and took some of her salmon out. Why say you do 5 scoops when you dont? There is a lot of rice in the bowl that isnt portioned compared to the protein in my opinion. The rice wouldnt be a big deal, but they sauce the protein and put it on top of the rice, so its not enough sauce in the bowl and they charge for extra (.50 c each for a small container). They give a small amount of the extra toppings too, even though there is a good amount of options. Its like they only want to give you just enough so you feel awkward to ask for a little more. I love that they had crushed hot cheetos for the top though. I also got the deep fried salmon belly ($8) and that was a treat, but again not enough sauces. They give you a big portion of salmon and one sauce. The flavors were great overall and I would return again but I hope its a different experience. Online they said there was happy hour at 3 and there was no sign or mention of it in the store. I also like the idea of the monitors with pictures and the menu, but all items here are not listed and I did not like that. I wanted a drink at the end and since I couldnt find the prices I went without. I had to ask for a receipt, I guess the cashier assumed I did not want one and when the amount sounded off, and I asked for an itemized receipt, she said she couldnt print it, so I got one texted to me. Overall I did enjoy the food quite a bit but the experience is what got me not giving this a 5 star.

Food was okay, the protein for the regular size was small and a little unbalanced with the large amount of rice. I didn t loved extra charges for things I would expect to be added to my dish free like wasabi and I just wished there was like a soy/sauces station because my poke ended severely under seasoned and in lunch peak time you cant be going back to the bar to ask to readjust the sauce.

I wandered into this place because I was inteh neighborhood, hungry, and on a time schedule. ALL the staff was super friendly with everyone walking in, checking out, throwing away things, getting togo things, leaving, everything. The person that helped explain all the options to me, let me custom my bowl. Even to the point of halving the sauces. They are willing to cook the fish if so desired. The have a wide array of veggies to add, extras, and dry toppings. The bowl was great! It all tasted fresh, clean, and the way described. The staff members paid attention to the person they were helping. The establishment was clean and well kept. The vibe was definitely low key and casual. Cant wait to wind up back in that neighborhood! (Sorry, tried a few bites before taking a pic..so good!)

Favorite poke in the area. Go with the green rice for a local specialty (not as sweet as jasmine rice, but umami). Hearty portions of meat, with all the fixings. They also have many of the rarer Japanese beers like Hitachino Nest. Cool.

This is one of my favorite places to go to in Addison and by far my favorite Poke place. The bootea rice its my go to choice anytime I get a bowl, but it does not stop there, the sushi pizza is phenomenal and any of the other thing in the menu (lowkey-Rito, tacos) are absolutely worth trying and as amazing as the rest. I feel like not a lot of people know about this place and that it doesnt get the recognition that it deserves so if youre curious about this location (which is absolutely cool and just want you stay around and chill) go ahead and give it a try you wont regret it.
