It was my husband birthday and as usual we always like to try new restaurants to dine in and STK was our number one choice on the list. We got there, got seated and its time to order. We found that out that 3pm is lunch or dinner time and our reservation was for 1:30pm. We decided to order since the kids are very hungry. Food came out super late, myself and my husband waited for the dinner before we ordered our food. Our server looks confused, food was delayed and we asked over and over again before we finally got our food. Then waiting on our dessert, waited and waited, dessert came out when we were walking out the door and that sad part of all is, was the fact that they were not even busy. I made a complaint to the manager on duty, Andrea, she apologized and offered us come and opportunity to come back for a better experience which we did over the weekend and its was amazing, which was what expected. We appetizer, to meals and dessert, everything was on time, and we enjoyed our family time out. Thank to Andrea and her staff for making it a memorable experience for us. Our children shouted, they want to come back again!! Parking: The valet was very quick and the staff are very polite

I recently dined at STK Steakhouse, and I have to say that the experience was made exceptional thanks to the manager Andrea & Athenas service. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome with her warm personality and attentive service. Andrea was knowledgeable about the menu and provided fantastic recommendations, ensuring we had the perfect pairings for our meal. Not only did she anticipate our needs throughout the evening, but her friendly demeanor and professionalism truly enhanced the dining experience. The food was amazing, but it was Andrea s impeccable service that made our night unforgettable. I highly recommend asking for her if you re looking for a top-notch experience at STK Steakhouse!

I had reservations for my birthday at 8:30p they did not seat my party until 9:39p. The dress code was clearly not enforced as there were other guests in unappealing attire. The food was not good and was definitely over priced. My steak was cold when it got to the table. The mashed potatoes tasted like they came out of the box. It was just not the experience I was expecting for my birthday. I was very disappointed and embarrassed and will not be back!

Do not go here at night its not a steakhouse. If I want to go to the bar or club, thats where Ill go. Bad hosting gives out an unrealistic waiting timeframe 5-10 minutes and waiting over half an hour to still not be seated. Horrible late night experience.

Not quite sure what this place turns into after 9pm but I wouldnt recommend coming here late(club vibes with loud music NOT a Steakhouse). We have been here and made a dinner double date night out with friends. Made reservations for 10pm and was told, they were backed up on reservations and it wouldnt be too long. We were given a little pager and stood to the side with a bunch of other people. We asked when we would be seated after waiting 10 mins. They said, it would be another 5-10 mins. After 8 mins we asked again when, another hostess stated they are backed up and it would be about 40 mins and she wanted to give us a more accurate time frame. So with that we left around 10:25 for a 10pm reservation. Such a huge disappointment. Not the scene we expected and one of our friends had been to other locations and was shocked as well. Not sure if Ill be willing to give this another shot with the lack of organization and the fact this place turns into a club at night. Not a place you want to have a romantic date night out.

So disappointed the service was horrible I asked for a glass of tea 3 times and never received it. I only had one small glass of water for the whole meal. We didnt see our waitress again until it was time to bring the check. Way too noisy I almost had to yell to talk to my date and they place the tables so close together its like the party next to you is a part of our table. If youre going to charge uptown prices then you should give quality service. This is clearly not a place for people with class. you know what they say about Old Money and New Money. New Money can afford to go to the same place they just dont have class, so for all you classy people out here avoid this place at all cost.

prices do not match the service received I m beyond disappointed in this establishment from start to finish. And I m a really easy person to please I came here to celebrate my birthday (Dallas location) My spouse was excited about it because he found it on tiktok and it was a surprise to me (I didn t know where we were going til we arrived ) We pull up to valet and we get out with our cake and ballon s the valet guy tell us ur not allowed to bring ballon s I said really ? Ok fine we left them in the car They sat our party of 9 ppl and the table was dirty. The guy had to come out and wipe the table down. We get our food my spouse is going in on his food it has a hair in it no problem (side eye)they get him another one. It took a while so he said he will just take it to go. He asked the waiter to bring out the cake ( which he called before hand and asked about cake and the lady said we cuddled bring our on cake and they don t have cake so we did) which was fine But this was the kicker the waiter ask me did I know about a the cake fee (she knew dang well we didn t know) Of course I don t she explained they charge $5 per person to cut the cake I said um no I ll cut it my self and she said no if u cut the cake here it s $5 per person ( and if someone calls making inquiries about cake and u tell them they can bring their own cake u should have mentioned u have a cake fee) What the fuzz are u talking about. That makes no sense if cutting my birthday cake is a huge inconvenience for u to charge I don t want it bring my cake please we ready for the check. This is the icing on the cake for me After waiting for ever for the check I noticed they charged full price for my spouse meal the one with the hair. I spoke with the manager and he stated we charge for what he consumed but he didn t get to eat his food with there, didn t even offer anything not even an apology it was like he could care less. The waiter got a $30 tip off every check at the table. When tbh we didn t even receive the service that everyone talks about. Barely was there I finished my drink before my food no one ever came and asked if I wanted another or a regular drink nothing. This place is way over priced for the type of service we got. It was like paying for a brand new Maybach with a Mitsubishi engine on the inside I felt our party was so dismissed no body came to check on us. We asked for the check let s say at 9 we didn t get our bill til about 10 that s how slow it was For an establishment to charge $50 for a tablespoon of crabmeat I would expect the top of the line service from the staff. I had to ask for the cake that was never brought out from a different person to get it Ive honestly had better service at Texas Roadhouse. I m just really pissed off because why didn t we receive the service everyone is raving about in the reviews If someone is spending over $1000 dollars not including tip you should do better. This is so unacceptable. Because at the end of the day what am I paying 1000 plus dollars for ? To be dismissed ? Excuses? He didn t even apologize for the hair. The only good thing about the night was I got to be with family how my family was treated I don t like at all. I m so mad I wish my spouse wud have read these reviews then the ones on tiktok. We came to celebrate Vikys birthday! It was a Sunday, they had happy hour from 3pm til 5:30 pm, I believe. Certain specialty cocktails and apps are at a special price. We had various orders of calamari, bread, and other delicious items. The bread really stood out to me because its house made, perfectly buttered and salted. Fluffy, fresh and baked to be broken and shared. It came with a green dip that tastes like avocado without the texture or consistency of avocado. Obviously, it was delicious. The calamari was also great! If you dont like your drinks too sweet, try the Moscow Mule. Ash was great, and she was a pleasure to have around to take care of our needs. We also met Marco, who is the manager. He made me feel very welcome with regard to taking some photos and videos for social media and Google. I dont have a doubt that hes passionate about his role at STK and ensure that high standards are met. Its worth mentioning that they were very quick to ensure that if we didnt particularly like something, it was replaced with something we likely would like. Particularly, when I didnt like my first drink because it was too sweet. They celebrated Viky by gifting her a cheesecake with a very nice presentation. Also, Ash made me feel very special. She brought me a plate celebrating the number of reviews over the years. The numbers were in chocolate and were paired with two dollops of whipped cream on both sides, along with a candle. She speaks Spanish too! Overall, wonderful experience. All smiles!

we visit this location on 09-20-24, this ha to be the worst location, service from the start at the door was horrible, the greeting from hostess was very low and poor. the atmosphere very poor, food was not that great either, Lobster mac & cheese the worst i ever had, the maple glaze salmon was so over done, it like the dont care, we travel a lot, and we try to find an STK where we travel, stay away from this location.

While out in Dallas, I really wanted to try a great steakhouse. During my search, I ran into STK steakhouse. I noticed it had many reviews, and as I started doing more research, I realized some of the negative comments were about it being somewhat noisy. I thought to myself that a little noise wouldnt affect the flavor of my steak. So I decided to take me and my newly wed wife for a nice steak dinner here. Upon entering the venue, I realized what the noise was. It was remix music of popular songs. This place had a whole vibe to it, which separated it from your standard steakhouses. No complaints here. We were greeted by our gracious waitress, Kourtney. She provided exceptional service throughout the night. She was very knowledgeable on the menu, and when asked for recommendations, she quickly gave us suggestions. Now for the food. We started off with the STK pearls and fried calamari, which were rich, savory, and nothing short of spectacular. My wife went surf and turf while I chose the dry aged porterhouse. The steaks were cooked to perfection and seasoned immaculately. I know some people would disagree, but I had to pair my steak with their au poivre and bearnaise sauces for at least half the meal. It gave my steak a nice twist without tarnishing the star of the dish, being the steak. Our drinks were remarkable as well. They didnt taste overpowered, but that didnt mean that the bartenders skimped out on the alcohol. 2 cocktails in, and I knew the drinks were well prepared. To end our dinner, we ordered the donut balls, which came with 3 decadent sauces and a sparkler. A nice touch added by our amazing waitress Kourtney to celebrate mine and my wifes wedding. It was a truly memorable experience. My only regret is not coming here with a couple more people to really enjoy the music and atmosphere. Overall I loved it and it was the best tasting steak Ive ever had and can say that confidently. I recently had one of the worst dining experiences of my life at STK Dallas. My brother and I had a reservation for 9:45 pm, yet we were left standing in the unbearable Texas heat with no room to wait indoors. We didn t get seated until nearly 11:45 pm at the bar, no less, since our buzzer finally went off at midnight after two hours of waiting. Why bother with a reservation system if you can t honor it? When we finally ordered, the disaster continued. My brother asked for a 32oz Delmonico steak, and I ordered a tomahawk, medium rare. After waiting almost another hour, they brought him the wrong side and a tiny 6oz filet instead of the massive Delmonico he ordered. Both steaks were cold, flavorless, and my medium rare was barely cooked at all practically raw. It was inedible. The manager comped the sides and rushed out the correct steak for my brother, but it was burnt beyond saving. The audacity to charge us over $400 for food that was this poorly cooked, cold, and tasteless is absolutely appalling. The leftovers were so bad we didn t even take them home. STK is clearly more interested in pretending to be a high-end restaurant than actually delivering quality food or service. If you want overpriced, flavorless food served hours late in a hot, uncomfortable environment, by all means, go to STK Dallas. But if you value your money and your time, avoid this place like the plague.

I ll start with the good. It s esthetically appealing and the Brussel Sprouts are good. Everything else is awful!! For the prices at this restaurant it s a down right absurd. The drinks were $22 and the liquor was none existent. The steaks are definitely over priced as in more than Del Frisco s that located across the street by $40 for a ribeye. The sides were trash. Did I mention we received sides before our main dish? The steaks were either over cooked or under cooked. An 6oz filet was 2oz when it hit the table. We ordered Truffle fries and it was missing the main ingredient TRUFFLE but it had salt and pepper only. The lobster Mac was dry and nasty. We were missing items and they were leaving items no one ordered. Table next to ours was experiencing a similar situation. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

The place was very chaotic, cluttered and all over the place. We had our four seat reservation at 9pm and didn t wrap up service until 12:45am. Throughout our 3 hour seating wait, multiple people complained as they also prepared dinner plans with a reservation. I understand it s a weekend, but 5 hours is insane. Not to mention it was 700$ for four. The drinks are mid but the food is excellent. Try a week day over a weekend.

Here we goooooo!!!!! STK in Dallas packs an atmosphere and ambiance that will leave a lasting impression. My bride and I were in celebrating the joining of our union and were greeted by friendly faces at the host stand. We were sat in a area not too far from the DJ (which we enjoyed due to the occasion) and introduce to our waitress Arianna. She seemed to be a little rattled by what would appear to be previous guests. After my wife had a short talk with the manager, her energy shifted and was AMAZING throughout the rest of the night Arianna explained the menu to us in detail and recommended shots that were simply amazing. We ordered several things from the happy hour menu that she recommended of which all were suuuUUUPER good! I would guess the manager informed the DJ of our occasion and he played several songs that had us dancing in our seats =-) Towards the end of our night, the manager Marco sent a desert tray full of goodies that were to die for! I must say, the apple pie is a MUST HAVE. Overall, our time at STK was more than amazing and we would surely come back. If you are ever in the downtown Dallas area you have to check out STK. My husband and I came for date night and we requested for a booth, they seated us at the left end of the restaurant. The food is OVERPRICED, they charge $22 for all cocktails and they even charge you $13 extra for truffle butter on your steak. Steak is not that special the only thing we enjoyed was the lobster macaroni and the oysters. Overall if you re not seated in the center table booths by the DJ it s not worth dining here. I ve had better food + experience in other Dallas restaurants that is worth the cost and won t cost you and arm and leg.

The esthetic and decor is beautiful. The initial. encounter with the host was not really welcoming. The servers were knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered the crab cake. It was good. My husband ordered the mini burgers. Entree was the chef s seafood pasta (my husband ordered). I ordered the surf & turf 6 ounce with prawns and lobster mac and cheese. The server brought rhesus 6 ounce with lobster (didn t feel like making a big deal out of it). They charged 13.00 for lobster butter (something I didn t order). Overall, the food is not worth the price or the drive we made to try it out. Total dine in was over 400.00 for two adults. Don t really care about pricing when the food and experience is excellent. This was my first time here. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. The decor is nice, the lighting was very cute. The wait staff is friendly and inviting. The hosteses upon entrance were not as friendly as the wait staff. The table situation was awkward, as we were seated so close to other people eating. It was like we were dining with them at the tiny tables. So that took away the intimate dinner I was going for. The food and drinks are overpriced. The Lobster Mac and Cheese only had lobster pieces at the top, not throughout..which is disappointing because it is $32. The drinks were about $22 each in regular sized glasses and seemed low on the alcohol. When I looked up this resturant I thought it was Fine Dining/Upscale. Its is unfortunately not in that categor. The food is very similar to what you can get at smaller chain resturants for cheaper prices, so that was an incredible let down. Overall, I had an okay time. Yet, I believe I would have enjoyed a different place just the same for a lower price. Or even a nicer place for the same price. So, I most likely will not be returning. The experience just didnt match the expense. This is just my own experience here, it may be very different for others. **They also do not validate parking if using a garage, but they do have Valet.

It was $125 for a fairly good, but ultimately average steak with absolutely nothing with it. It was another $26 for a truly average single (but somewhat large) serving of mashed potatoes, and $26 for a wedge salad that was good but had so much dressing I could barely finish it. Nothing was bad, everything was cooked well and tasted good, and the service was excellent, but this is a place you come to once for the experience and atmosphere and then probably never again. I might try their lunch specials if Im ever in the area for lunch, because those seemed way more of a value. It was a bit off putting seeing these flash by on a screen for our whole meal knowing we were paying 4xs as much for our dinner, but that would probably be the only way I come back.

We came in last night for a birthday dinner. All I can say is WOW! The whole experience was amazing. Our server Athena was so great, highly recommend getting her as your server! The food was to die for. Yes it was expensive, but it was so delicious. We shared the bourbon bacon appetizer, dry aged Delmonico, rack of lamb, lobster Mac, and crispy Brussel sprouts. The dry aged Delmonico and Brussel sprouts were my favorite!!! I could have eaten multiple orders of the Brussel sprouts. Also had a few passion fruit margaritas which were SOO Good!!! When I tell you that they made my birthday the worst experience ever ! i made reservations for 8 and I live 1 hour away i called when i noticed i would be 20 minutes late and i was told Its fine ive switched your reservation for 9:30 but with parking that gives you until 10 to make in the restaurant I arrive and the lady up front was sooooo rude she told me well you were 30 minutes late so thats not really our problem were doing you a favor I came with 2 of my guest and i was told i had to wait until my whole party got there. After sitting we waited anothr 30 minutes until we flagged down a waitress to help us order. she gave us water and i ordered a drink and when we were ready to order food we were told we cant order until everyone in the party got there. Bread isnt given until everyone orders food so if youre really hungry dont waste your breath. The only good thing was the food is decent and the decor but based on my experience i would never step foot here again.Oh yea and i was asked if i was here for a special occasion (I watched them bring out lights and cake for others- i was so excited ) Only to get told they paid for it i would have paid too had i known it was an option because its definitely not on the menu. we spent 2 hours here with terrible service and would have left had it not been for our empty stomachs and valeting our cars. I am so disappointed to be writing this review, we were so looking forward to a fun night out. The positive was the atmosphere was fun. The service was underwhelming (no pre-bussing, no bread, no checking on us after our food was out - we all had empty drinks) and the prices were substantial. I ordered 4 shrimp (that werent good) for $48. My glass of wine $29 for belle glos was maybe 4oz. And while we were trying to figure out how to split the check (we would never leave less than 20% - we just wanted it to be right within our group) the waitress was visibly upset saying that we had only tipped $60 on $600 but there was another $120 cash. Honestly, not good service, not good food and I hate writing a bad review. The whole check situation made our birthday girl terribly uncomfortable and took away from the evening - it was literally her worst nightmare and that is what is tragic. i would never go back and loved my Vegas STK experience.

Disappointing Experience for a Special Occasion I chose STK Steakhouse for my daughter s 18th birthday, expecting a memorable evening, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. We had reservations for 8:15 PM, but were not seated until 9 PM. When we were finally seated, our party of 13 was squeezed around a small table, leaving us uncomfortably close to one another. To add to the misery, it was unbearably hot. We repeatedly asked our server to turn up the AC, but nothing was done. We ended up sweating the night away, using our menus as makeshift fans, much like being in church on a sweltering day. For the high prices STK charges, the conditions were extremely poor. I expected so much more, especially after having a great experience at the STK in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, this evening was a huge letdown for what was supposed to be a special occasion.

Underwhelming, lack of service, and obviously a very racist establishment. I ve been to STK a few times for happy hour and never really had a great experience with their food. Drinks are always great but only worth happy hour prices and not the regular $22 per cocktail at dinner time. Last night I went for dinner for restaurant week. I had a friend in town and this was first time. Unfortunately the service, the overcooked and under seasoned food, and overall dining experience left both of disappointed. The server was terrible and slow. We waited forever for our appetizers just to watch it be taken to a table who sat after us. Normally you get bread before your appetizers too watched the same table get bread. Could not locate our server so I asked someone else about the bread & our appetizers eventually our server came out with the bread and informed us our starters went to the wrong table. I watched the general manager walk around aimlessly around the restaurant and I know he seen me looking around for helped but he avoided my table. Eventually starters come out and tuna tartare tacos lacked flavor. Busser removed plates and this shows how server wasn t great because she asked US if our starters ever came. Normally at some point we d get a visit to see how everything is never got asked once during the entire dinner. Moving on to drinks we ordered cocktails and honestly best thing I consumed last night. We had to ask the server to refill our now empty water glasses. Dinner comes and the salmon is well done and not medium the steak is medium and not medium rare. What s the point of asking how what temperature we want our food if it comes out the complete opposite? Anyway what really bothered me about this dining experience was later on the night I watched the same GM ask the table next to me (white women) how they re doing then proceed to walk past my table and the table across from me (large black group celebrating a birthday) go down the stairs and go on the other side and ask the next table (white table) how things are going. Unacceptable and the blatant about what customers are more important.

STKs staff is the definition of a class act. I visited during DFW restaurant week because they have some amazing specials. I was promptly greeted by Lulus friendly smile, and warm personality, and she provided a brief explanation of the menus. Afterwards Amaya took over. I ordered the oysters to start, upgraded to the ribeye (med-rare), and added a side of corn pudding. The oysters tasted fresh, but the steak came out closer to med well. Amaya was a class act and offered to send it back and cook a new one, but the flavors were good and, and it wasnt overly dry so I declined. She took the extra step to send the manager Cheyenne over who offered the same, but I declined again. My overall rating reflects my mixed experience, but because of the service Im sure theyll get it right the next time and result in a 5-star rating. I hope to see you again Lulu, Amaya, and Cheyenne.

He didnt know how to explain dishes and what comes with them, we ordered alcohol and cocktails which we only received at the end of the meal. During the meal we only had water. And we couldnt ask for a drink because he just didnt come to the table again. Regarding the meat, we asked for it M and got it MW, its sad that the steak house cant bring the meat as we requested especially that we paid more than $400 for it. LIT!!!!!! Currently here for a friends birthday. Mariah is our server, and she has been VERY attentive! I ordered the crab cake and lobster mac n cheese. Delicious! Its probably one of the best crab cakes Ive had. Not the best lobster mac n cheese, but Im not complaining! It was definitely good! The birthday girl didnt like her selection (ribs), and Mariah quickly asked if she preferred another dish. The music is good, and we were given a free shot. Mariah said this happens on Fridays and Saturdays. She was very informative, very gracious and super nice! Beautiful restaurant! Amazing experience!

It was such a fun place for a birthday dinner. They go over and beyond to a fun and classy atmosphere! Our server was AMAZING! She made the experience even better! Me and my girls had an awesome time, definitely recommend!!
